I had a great experience with this business. I have a high mileage car that most body shops would have probably have written off but Brinks saw that the car was important to me and I didnt have unlimited money to replace the front bumper. They shopped around, got me a good replacement bumper and did an excellent job installing the parts and matching the paint. The cost was reasonable and the work done well.

Couldn’t recommend a better body shop. Not only are their prices less thanlocal competitors , they are efficient and do spotless work. If you happen to need a body shop this is the place.

Brinks is the absolute best!!!!! I recently took my Porsche to champion Porsche dealership in pompano and they diagnosed my car with over $5000 in repairs. I took it to Brinks for a second opinion and they went above and beyond!! I have been using them for over 10 years and they have always done the most amazing jobs repairing my vehicles and with honesty and good pricing. Wow! I am left speechless after my PERFECT and overly accommodating experience !! I had the unfortunate experience of someone hitting my parked car earlier this week. Lisa knew exactly what to do and exactly how to help with everything. I was referred to her by some other people in the area and I am overly pleased with her work. She gave me the price for everything 10 minutes after being there and had it done that day !! I will and would recommend Lisa for all repairs needed on your car. Excellent customer service and great work on my vehicle!

Going into a body shop for the first time I was thinking about how bad the experience was going to be but Lesa and Brinks made it awesome! I had to get my door handle fixed and they had to order a new one and it was there at the shop in the matter of hours and the installation only took about 30 minutes. I also had to get my wheel well fixed the next day and that was done in under an hour. Lesa and her whole staff are great people and make your experience as pain free and easy as possible. I recommend them to anyone with bodywork needed and will tell everyone I know that needs something done to go to Brinks!

Unfortunately I required a good body shop after I crashed my truck back in 1990. My dad found Brinks, and the rest is history. Jack and Ray became family to us. These days its Lisa and Ray who are always there for me, my family, and my friends. I wont EVER take my vehicles to anyone else. Brinks is the only body shop you need, if you go elsewhere youre either going to pay too much, wait too long, or receive poor quality work. Dont waste your time, have them tow it to Brinks! Heres a picture of my 1984 Camaro that Brinks painted at least 3 times in my youth ; )

On one occasion Brinks installed a roof rack on my SUV in a rush, at a very reasonable price. Other car repair shops had no idea how to do this.More recently, when the same car was rear-ended, Brinks took care of getting the car from the tow pound, working up an estimate for the insurance adjuster, ordering all of the parts, doing excellent repairs, and getting the work done quickly and on time.Lesa, who runs the front office, is a no-nonsense car girl who knows the inside-outs of this business and is extremely customer friendly. My insurance adjuster, who has been in the business for a long time with a large insurer, calls the service at Brinks amazing.In an industry filled with unreliable operators, Brinks is clearly a market leader that sets the highest standard for customer service and excellent workmanship.

No one ever likes having to go to body or mechanic shops, but Lisa at Brinks made it one of the best experiences I ever had in dealing with a body shop, and not just in South Florida. I have used this shop in the past and was very pleased. My sons car got stolen and it was towed to Auto Body Concepts they had his car for 3 months and work was still not complete. Brinks Auto Body is the best repair shop around. Estimate was below their competitors and when we pick up repaired car it was $300 less than quote. Lisa found used parts in good condition and passed the savings on to us. Under promised and Over delivered ! Will recommend Lisa to everyone !

Someone backed into my car so I took it to Brinks to get a quote. They said it would be $400 to repaint the front bumper (which was needed in this case). When I went to pick it up it wasnt quite ready so they took me over to Enterprise and paid for me to have a rental car for the night. I picked my car up the next morning, they only charged me $350 since it wasnt ready when they initially expected it would be, and it looked great! They even vacuumed out my car for me. Would definitely go back here in the future!

Very slow and flaky.They overcharged me more then 30% over original estimate and they did not informed me about it ahead of time.Repair that takes 1 or 2 days took them a week.Find another place.I will not go there ever again.

Large areas of paint came off of two cars I had repaired at Brinks. They will not honor their “lifetime” warranty. If you plan to keep your car for more than a year after the repair, go somewhere else!
