Great semi towing at a reasonable price. After calling two towing companies prior to Westway Towing and getting the runaround…Westway delivered. Dispatch went above and beyond. Driver arrived within stated ETA. If your looking for a honest no bull towing company…look no further. I would recommend Westway to anyone. Hands down top choice.

My business truck got a flat tire on I-95. I waited for AAA for over 2 hours and they never showed and then they said the call was complete. And I was still waiting. As an aside I have had AAA for over 20 years and have never made a call to them for help. The one time I need they did not come through for me. I called Westway and they showed up in less time then they said of 45 minutes. Felix was quick and very professional. I now have them in my contacts as the place to call in this case of an emergency. The people on the phone were very professional too. Also I very seldom write reviews but I just had to in this case!

Unfortunately I had a vehicle towed for being unauthorized. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. Being in the customer service business myself, I cant imagine what they deal with day in and day out, with so remember you arent calling Disney to book a trip. I got snippy at times, but only because I was in this situation. Not their fault. When I got to the office today, the two gentleman there were super helpful and even helped me get the vehicle attached to my tow hitch. Being towed isnt the best experience, but at least this company made it easier to deal with. So thank you to the two drivers today that helped me out and the office staff for accommodating the release so quickly!

Westway Towing in Boca is responsible for doing towing for I-95, Boca Raton, Delray. They are a professional company and Drivers are very curtious and quick.

Called for a tow was told I had to be there on pickup which is a huge inconvenience. Waited the 45 minutes as I was told. No one showed up. Called them back and was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Still waiting. I have meetings all day and having to sit here and wait for someone who doesnt reliably show up is a very big annoyance. I would much rather just pay before you pick it up so I dont have to wait and can get on with my day. Would not reccomend this company if your vehicle is broken down and have places to be.

No one likes getting their car Towed but at least here you get treated with respect and dignity.

I dont know why these guys are getting so much hate. Yes, theyre probably the guys who get called to tow your car when you get into a wreck, and yes theres fees, but thats just part of how the business work, otherwise thered be busted up cars all over the road putting you and your children at risk. I had a car towed here recently after a big not at fault accident, and Lori was very helpful in letting me get my belongings out of my car, as well as giving me tips on contacting my insurance and giving the insurance company permission to look at the damage. While this process is never fun, its good to know that they always have someone smart and helpful sitting behind the desk. Thanks again guys.

Where do I begin... When I first called them inquiring about taking my car out of their yard the woman who answered was so beyond rude told me to shut up and listen after my traumatic car accident I had the night before. she basically broke down the process in the nastiest way possible. I show up the next day (none of the workers were wearing masks btw) and they gave me a different price than what I was originally told what I was going to be paying. Whoever that scary woman was, is clearly running that clown circus. I honestly feel sorry for her and her terrible dark circles. Shes over worked and clearly underlaid. God bless you sad lady. P.s avoid this place.

My partners son hydroplaned off the road in a jeep and was stuck in a deep ravine. Jeep sent a tow truck that told them that they would have to tear off the front and rear bumper in order to get them out. I called Brett from Westway and in 10 minutes he had a wrecker their that winched them out with no damage. Westway is awesome!!!

This company is the worst company ever the give me a estimate for a towing of only two lights away from my office $100 flat when the driver finely arrives after 4.5 hours even though I got promised a 1 hour pick up time after 5 minutes of driving me back to my office this driver charged me $300 and the estimate from the office was $100. Also the driver locked up my keys inside my truck and when I call the office I been told that if the need to send me a Locksmith it’s going to coast me extra money even though it’s was his drivers that lock up my truck with the keys inside the ignition.0000000000000000 stars for this guys.

Rudest customer service Ive ever dealt with, I had a bad enough day with my car breaking down on the side of the highway then dealt with the dispatchers rude and belittling tone. I will pay extra to a company happy to take my money than to be treated like dog feces by Westway. I dont reccomend this company to anyone.

This place is a circus full of obnoxious and ignorant clowns.I brought a friend here from Ft Lauderdale to pick up his car after work and got stuck in traffic. Fearing they would close before we got there, we called and was told to call the number on the door and someone would meet us within the hour. Upon arriving, we saw a tow truck driver (with a Ronald McDonald hair DONT) sitting out front. This rude clown told us they were closed and we need to come back the next day. After explaining what we were told, he simply said nothing. Well after calling the posted number and waiting close to 45 minutes, the clown asked us which car we were picking up. After going back and forth about what paperwork is needed, the cash amount required increased by another $10 for a gate fee. When we finally found the car, we discovered they left the lights on and as a result, the battery died, resulting in another added fee of $25 for a jump start!Every municipality needs to review their contracts with this place and stay away from these shysters!

Went with a friend the woman was very nice and gave great knowledge of possibly getting some money refunded due to the reason her car was towed there in the first place.

I got into an accident back in December, I had a tv an air mattress and a sound bar. They had raided my car completely, bank information was ripped apart, everything was rummaged through. Horrible horrible staff. These people are thieves and racist.

Lets start with the staff: They are by far the most unintelligent, inconsiderate, obnoxious individuals I have ever dealt with. They all tell you different things pertaining to your vehicle. One person told me my vehicle was not even there and I was confused because two days ago it was so I called back to double-check and spoke with somebody else and they did tell me it was there. Also when the insurance company was waiting for them to release the vehicle to them and allow them to go in and inspect it they told me to send them a notarized letter to an email address. I sent the email twice and they told the insurance company and they never received it so I got on the phone with the insurance company and one of the employees and the insurance company stated that they were ccd on the email to them so she knows they received it the employee said why dont have time to look. The adjuster had to cuss him out and yell at him. Then he finally looked and said oh yeah you can come inspect the vehicle now. Ive also spoken with a Conchetta who was disgusting. At the end of our conversation which I have recorded she called my employee a b****. Ive been had to let her know that she had no idea where she was even doing her talking about in her own career and I know more about her career and I dont even work doing what she does. I guess if you know how to deal with lowlifes this is the place to go. DISGUSTING facility and dirty too. The office had 3 Palmetto bugs walking on the desk and nobody even flinched. They said it happens all the time.

Ive been in the car industry for a long time. I also dont normally write negative reviews and can only remember one other time I have. this company was called to tow my wifes car who is pregnant and panicking. which truthfully is irrelevant. boca p.d. had said she was blocking traffic and its a safety hazard which I also understood. what I dont understand is how you could possibly think of charging 150 to tow a vehicle twenty feet to move them out of traffic to safety. Then when the officer asks how much it was for the guy to just help my PREGNANT WIFE change a tire the driver had the audacity to say its the same price. are you kidding me? it should not be anywhere near the same price to help someone change a spare. j and J tows anywhere in broward for 50 dollars, which is on the cheaper side but charging 100 or even 110 would of been reasonable giving the emergency situation not 150 for a hookup and tow. thats crazy. Literally call any other tow company available. you will thank me later.

I would give a zero star rating if I could. This place is disgusting and so are the people who work here. I was in a motorcycle accident about 2 miles away from this tow yard. I told the state trooper who responded that I was having a friend come to pick up my bike in his truck, but the idiot decided to have it towed right away. I went to pick it up the same day and it cost over $500 to get it out. This is robbery. Without this place, the people who run it would be a bunch of homeless POS bums. The staff is extremely clueless, incompetent , rude, and ugly as all hell. Do not let this place rob you of your hard earned money.

They all are sooo rude & unprofessional ...do not use this tow truck company...one of the drivers came to pick up my moms car after she got in a accident...he didn’t say anything he just came and hooked up the car, and as she was standing n the doorway getting ready to reach in the backseat to get her belongings he nearly ran my mom over with her car as he was pulling it up on the truck and just drove off..i then got in my car & flagged him down to let him know he almost ran my 51 year old mother with the car & he needs to put the car down so she can get her stuff...he responded oh well i had to get the car out the road...i called the office to report this behavior & the girl at the front office than said ma’am he has to go but that’s his job to get the car out the road.....they kept using that as an excuse when the car wasn’t even in the road.
