Today wasnt my first time here visiting. Will definitely be my last. i needed a tire plugged. I was turned away all employees are rude mean and just as nasty as they can be. Same thing happened to me here two other times. I would avoid this place like it is the covid virus. Better places in area. Avoid this place employees are rude mean hateful and mean. Three different times with me. And yes they plug tires. Its like they dont want to do it.

My main issue was my water pump, but I also needed two front rotors and brakes pads replaced.The rotors should’ve been addressed earlier when I had the rear rotors installed by them, but had them serviced while I had my vehicle in for the water pump.The technicians were very professional, explained what services were being administered and parts being replaced. Having prior knowledge of the job, I realized there would be additional services and parts needed.This was a job I performed many times in my youth, but knowing the complexity, time and labor involved, I felt I could trust All American with the job.Everything is working great so far and I trust their work.

This place is just incredible. They are honest, do amazing work, and I will never go anywhere else. I was suddenly having major problems with my car and had to have it towed over. They could have taken advantage and charged me nfor whatever, but they diagnosed a small problem that was causing everything, took care of it immediately, and only charged me $26!!! Highly recommend!!!

Ramy and the rest of the team are excellent. Repairs completed quickly and accurately. They keep you updated on the work - you do not need to chase them for updates like some luxury vehicle dealerships in the 30 min area who act as though they are doing you a favor. We stopped using dealerships to repair our vehicles when we found this business. Even friends use them. Honest as can be. Took all 3 vehicles there. Even a tow truck driver said the same about them. They go above and beyond. You won’t be disappointed.

Mark Quallo, the General Manager, really cares about the people who come into his shop! I went to his shop to get a flat tire repaired, learned it was too far gone and had to be replaced. Mark offered me several options but I told him I wanted to check the deals being offered by my car dealership. No problem he said and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I asked him to check the pressure in my other tires,, which he did but wouldnt take my money.I was amazed at Marks pro-customer attitude and behavior and left the shop with a smile on my face. I was so impressed that instead of ignoring him I called him the next day to say I was going to get my new tires elsewhereHe was as nice on the phone as he had been in person.I definitely recommend All American Auto Repair where I was treated like a long-time customer even though I didnt spend any money there!

Just an absolutely wonderful experience. Nice shop, friendly and professional people. While I went in for an oil change I knew I needed to stop on my way home for gas and to put air in my tires. Got to the gas station and All American Auto had already put air in my tires. Above and beyond.

My mom and I share a 2016 GMC Terrain and we love our car. It has needed some routine service but nothing huge. Yesterday our battery went out for the second time. My mom called American Auto Repair (because of being a loyal customer here for 7 years she trusts them) and Devoro answered the phone. The list of things that needed to be done were about 7 items in total. He said he did not have an appointment until tomorrow at 2 but we could bring the car by and he would work on it in between or if he got a cancellation. After about 2 hours of the car being there he called back and said the car would be ready today. I just picked it up about an hour ago and it is driving like a dream! Just like the day we bought it! I highly suggest going here if you need work done on your car.

Had a hole in my sidewall, they helped me find a comparable Goodyear tire at a cheaper price installed then I could’ve bought the tire alone for on the GY website. Good service and quality.

Ramy and Corey and the lovely lady at Reception are very friendly and inviting. My husband and i have had both of our vehicles serviced there and I believe in their honesty and i believe they stand for quality and integrity! They always tell me little things they notice that I should pay attention to and they do not try to sell me extra service. They are very efficient and I would def recommend them to everyone. Plus their prices are affordable and perhaps unbeatable!!!

Very nice people. I did have a problem, I took the car in and the speed sensor needed to be replaced. When I got the car back the light was still on and doing the same thing. They did order a new sensor, I guess the 1st one was no good and they fixed right away. All and all, I would recommend this place

I brought the 2013 truck in for an oil change and a drip from my cooling system. Every week or so I would need to add coolant. My wife didnt like the stain on the driveway. They came back with a $1000 estimate to repair the cooling system. A thermostat was replaced about a year ago at the dealership, and that was on the estimate. They refused to do the oil change because the cooling system repair wasnt done. When I protested, the claimed that they already had started it and I would be charged for the labor. I agreed to have them complete the repair. This took two days! On Friday just before closing I picked up my truck. The next morning the underneath of the truck had coolant all over the driveway! When I took it back, they tested the pressure and now told me the water pump was bad! Another $300 charge! I told them they have replaced everything but the radiator for a drip and they said my truck was old (2013 F150). I just paid to get this fixed. After I picked it up, it overheated again about 2 miles down the road! They said bring it back again. The next morning as I headed to out I see my truck on the side of the road with the mechanic on the phone. He drove it out and overheated it again because he didnt believe me. When I called him later that day, he told me the radiator is now bad. Another $1500 for the drip of coolant. Keep in mind the truck never had a cooling problem but now every part needs to be replaced. The mechanic, Mark, finally just pulled the thermostat out and was able to keep the truck from overheating. This way I can take it over to Ford to have them undo what these clowns did to my vehicle. I have had several vehicles get oil changes there. But never again. If anyone reads this, please keep away from the service of you vehicles there.New update, after taking the truck to Ford to have the cooling system checked, the noticed that the oil pan was leaking to a cross threading on the drain nut. This happens when oil change places use impact wrenches to put these back in. They couldnt even do the oil change correctly. They also put back in the original thermostat that I asked to have left in the truck. No issues with the cooling system. I believe this place just made up charges cause they dont know what they are doing.Even after posting this, nobody from this All American Auto has reached out to me. They just dont care.

I went to all American because I was unable to start my car yesterday and had to get a charge from AAA who told me my battery was no good and I might need an alternator also. I found all American on the web and called them. They gave me an estimate of how long it would take and I came over. It didnt need an alternator and took less than a half hour to fix. There was no labor charge and the battery was warrantied for 3 years. They gave me $25 discounts for having AAA. Theyre very cordial and friendly. It was a good experience.

Walked into the shop after being told at another shop I had to wait six hours for a oil change. I asked him if they could change my oil and rotate my tires they assertively address that they could give me in next. I went and got something to eat and before I was even finished eating they had my car completed. Also give me a price on tires because they recommend a new tires which I’ll be ordering this week. Thanks again for the speedy service!!!

I just called to see how much FRONT BREAKS ARE and he quoted me 460$ 😂🤣 dishonest mechanics over here he told me I have to get the rotors done but luckily I have 3 brothers all mechanics and he was trying to get money from me because I’m a woman god forbid I know about cars 🤷‍♀️

I had my car towed there after hours. They called me in the morning and told me that they diagnosed the problem but could not fix it, however the car started and it was driveable. They did not charge me anything! I gave them a nice TIP! Nice and honest repair shop. A real Unicorn!

An honest business that doesnt waste your time. Took my car in for a slow puncture and they identified the issue right away and told me they couldnt fix it (because it was previously patched, which I wasnt aware of) and suggested a fix elsewhere.

They wanted to charge $270 plus $92 service fee to change a outer right tail light. I have the estimate i wish I could upload here. I bought the complete piece at carparts.com for $54 including taxes and shipping. Got a mechanic friend to change it, I gave him $20. It took him 5 min. 🤷‍♀️

They seem to be honest and conscientious... Once I had a car problem that stumped them but their mechanic mark worked patiently to figure it out correctly, where as other mechanics (including the VW dealership) were quick to tell me I needed a whole new clutch which I knew I did not. They seem very professional.

The staff is incredible! My truck was towed (due to starting issues,) and the gentlemen there were so kind and helpful, even though it was right at closing time! I was recommended to this shop by carmax car care. They fixed a sensor in my gas tank. They had to drop the gas tank in order to fix this issue. I had called carmax to make a claim and All American Auto Repair never contacted them back so I had to pay in full when it could have been covered by my warranty. Fast track a few months, I go to turn my car on and it will not start and starts spewing gas out from the tank. After taking it to a different place to get fixed, they had informed me that the safety clip was not placed back on the car which led to the fuel line to come out. All American Auto Repair was the only place I had working on my tank previously.

These guys were fantastic. Broke down on a trip to the Keys. We were beyond tow range of home or our destination. All American was recommended by our home mechanic. They called him twice to get details on previous repairs and maintenance on the truck.Super friendly and informative, my truck was ready when we came back through on the way home.

This place has fantastic service! I have been there several times, and I’m always impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. Today I rushed in 10 minutes before closing time with a nail in my tire. Despite the late hour, Cory greeted me with a smile and quickly found a technician (Justin) to help me. Justin very thoroughly examined my tire, found the nail in a tough spot, and then quickly and skillfully fixed it. All told, my small repair wasn’t completed until after closing time, but both Cory and Justin were kind, professional and accommodating about it. It’s not often easy to find such good service, so I appreciate it when I experience it! I would not hesitate to give them my business again in the future.

My wife’s car was having engine troubles today. We took the car in. The folks seemed very honest. They checked out the car for an hour. Answered all our questions. Gave honest advice. Sold us NOTHING! And then didn’t even charge us for the hour they spent looking at the vehicle. This auto shop just got a lifetime customer!

Ive been coming here for years to get my oil changed. Excellent prices and they know their stuff. My new car needed synthetic oil and it wasnt expensive at all. I have to mention that one time I had to go to Jiffy Lube instead for some reason (maybe this place was too busy?) and Ill never do that again. Will keep coming back to this place, its top notch. Superior service compared to those big corporate chains.

Brought my car in for a second opinion. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem better, they gave me a fair and honest price. I ended up getting a more comprehensive service at a lower cost. I came here because of 3 other peoples recommendations and now they have gained another loyal customer. Specifically if you need suspension work done come here.

Also serviced the car for normal wear and tare. Really professional and 100% satisfied with the service. An excellent experience this morning with Cory at All American Auto Repair. Had flat tire on my way to work from a screw in middle of tread. I had enough air to get to All American before 8 AM. Even at that time all their bays were full and they were busy. None the less Cory had the tire repaired and I was on the road in 20 minutes. Tire Kingdom is 50 yards away from them but I made the correct choice and avoided the Kingdom for the excellent service and customer respect at All American Auto Repair.

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. They really care about their customers and its great to see one of my ex baseball players doing outstanding work! If you want a job well done and to be treated with respect and care, All American Auto Repair is the only place to bring your automobile.

Ive been going to All American for over 14 years for any service required not covered by the our cars warranty. Theyve consistently met or exceeded our expectations. Today I went in because when I had the dealer test my battery, which died overnight this weekend, I found out it was out of warranty, that it tested bad, and that it would be close to $400 to replace. I called All American, not because I doubted the test, but because I was less than pleased with the replacement cost, and they said to bring it in. Their batteries are significantly less expensive. I did and Cory had the battery tested, twice, and as far as their testing equipment shows, the battery is not in need of replacement. So, I bought new wiper blades for which I did not need a test to know needed replacing. Friendly, competent, and helpful. That describes this and each experience Ive had with All American.

Excellent service! Engine locked up, they were quick to get things going and a new engine ready to go within 5 days! Didn’t have to take any time off work because of there quick service!
