Bought a car a year ago, 2 days later a lady rear ended me in a parking lot, a clip to the back bumper was broken, no physical damage otherwise. Welp, 2 weeks ago on the way home from a trip, the bumper had apparently caught wind and blew backward, completely tucked behind the car, damaging the plastic on the light. Now from time to time, I would tuck the bumper back where the clip was broken. Well, I went to see Ken and Ryan at Sunshine Collision, was given the quotes I requested, and decided to go with the bigger fix. It was done within a few days, returned to me in great condition, bee bumper and light look amazing. Done in a timely manner, and I received emails each step of the way with updates. Could not ask for a better, more honest experience.

I would highly recommend Sunshine Collision Centre. After damaging my bumper, I dealt with Rex who made everything very easy for me, letting me bring in my car anytime for an estimate and then ordering the parts in right away. He called me in two days as soon as the parts arrived and had my car fixed in under an hour when I brought it in that afternoon. Very pain free and affordable.

Ive know about this little gem of a body shop for years now. They have been working on my car since 2012 with custom work and accident repairs (unfortunately more than Id like to admit.) From the first walk thru the door at sunshine I was impressed by the way I was taken care of and speed by which my pick up truck repair was estimated and all expenses clearly explained. They told me how long the repair would take and would call me when the body parts they had to order arrived, which was within days . They kept me informed by email of the status of the repairs and actually had the job finished one day early. This recommendation is well deserved, good company, good people and my pickup truck is flawless.

Wow, never expected to get such professionalism from a collision shop. They are on top of everything, communicate constantly, and did a great job.

After being involved in a road rage incident where my car was sideswiped, the insurance company referred me to use Sunshine Collision Center to have the damages repaired. The whole claim process with the insurance was a headache, but as soon as I made contact with Sunshine, the repair process was a breeze and the weight was finally lifted off my shoulders. A very thorough scan was done (by Ryan) on my car to inspect for damages, even minor details were noted to bring my car back to the condition it was initially in prior to the accident. The claim was built and very quickly after that I was bringing my car in to get the repairs done. They contacted the rental car company to pick me up, I was provided daily status reports via text on the ETA for completion and my car was repaired within the time-frame that I was quoted. I went to pick up my car today and it looks brand new! It appears to have been washed and the inside was vacuumed and in pristine condition. I dont advise anyone to be involved in a road rage incident, but if you ever are and need a great auto body center to get your car back to normal (or in even better condition than that), go to Sunshine Collision. It was a pleasure!

Gosh where do I even begin? My first mistake was bringing a BMW to this place (after it being recommended by a lot of coworkers) and granted, I’m sure they could work on a Jeep or something just fine.. but beware of bringing your foreign car here.My car had damage to the drivers and passenger door due to a hit and run. Ken, who was working with me, told me it would take about a week to fix. This was on a Monday. I was Going out of town and wouldn’t return until sunday so I figured it would be fine. The following Monday, I called for an update. Only to be told that Ken went on vacation, and the door that they had ordered was “bad” so they had to send it back and get another one. Mind you, no one called me to update me on this. This guy, Ryan I believe Was his name, told me it should be done by the upcoming Friday. Keep in mind that I was paying out of pocket for a rental car which was getting upwards of 600$ at this point. Friday comes, I call again (because no update) and Ryan tells me that it won’t be ready until Monday. Well, Monday was Labor Day- so push it back again until Tuesday. Surprise! Tuesday comes, and the car is not ready.By Wednesday, my rental car bill was 850$ and I had Had enough. I showed up there and asked for the car, paid for it all (out of pocket) and he was still trying to tell me that it wasn’t done being detailed. I told them I didnt care, and just to give me the car. When I recieved the car back, there was sticky gunk (probably from some label or sticker they put on) all over the back panel that was peeling off my paint. This was not the worst of the problems.The following day, I shut my car door, and it popped right back open. The latch did not shut. I thought to myself “maybe I just slammed the door too hard” and tried not to get upset about it because truthfully, I didnt want to deal with these people again. Today, I go to get OUT of my car, and the door doesn’t open.Needless to say, almost 3 weeks of them having my car, BS’ing me about the bad door and the window, over 3500$ in damage costs later, and the door doesn’t work. I posted about it on social media, and SO many people came forward with similar experiences. Saying that they kept their car for weeks on end with no update, did a horrible job, etc.I am LIVID and will absolutely be taking them to small claims court to get my money back. Moral of the story, don’t take your car here.
