I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. I took my car in this morning prepared to hear a $2k repair, but the owner Diego did a great inspection, and did a small fix and my car runs great! The manager/owner got us right in, gave me a quote, ordered the parts, and replaced the pads and rotors in about an hour without taking advantage of our situation. Truly grateful! Owners use of vulgar and foul language when handling a complaint. This happened after work resulted in damage to vehicles wheel rims causing a potential unsafe condition. I have been a loyal customer since the owner Diego opened around ten years, he has always been good to me. I am surprised at the way he treated my issue and simply requested his assistance in looking at the damage, instead I was cursed out over the phone.

The first time I was sent to them by the people from the auto parts store nearby. I thought that spoke volumes in that they must have lots of customers that fix cars. I wasnt disappointed. I have been back twice and will be going in the morning. Diego is great, as is his wife, but let me tell you what really impressed me. While I was there the first time their drink dispenser took my money and the water didnt come out. Their teenage son was there and got down on his back to try to get the water out but when he couldnt went out back to their area and brought me a cup of water!! ALL THIS ON HIS OWN! This is a great family that is doing a great job in their business and with their family.

Ive been going to DIego at Braze Zone since i think 2011. Brake zone works over the years on my new cars as well as my late model cars. I recently had a Radiator put in my pickup truck. He does pickup trucks too. I first discovered Brakes zone when i was shopping brakes. He was the lowest. His guys fix almost anything not just brakes.

First time customer. Made an appointment to have my brakes checked. My car was on the lift and inspected within 15 minutes of my arrival. The brake system and entire suspension were checked, rear brake pads replaced, and I was on my way in about an hour. Great service!

Diego and his team are Amazing!!!!My co-worker took his mini-van and had such a great experience he recommended i take my Camry to get serviced with them. My Camry has ~250k miles and needed a good check up, Toyota quoted me $2,400 and Diego charged $600 and had everything done in 2 hours! And when i say everything, i want to be clear, the dealership gave me a detailed quote with a list of everything that needed to get done and the price per item, Diego did EVERYTHING and then some for a quarter of the dealerships quote. Also, he told me truthfully what needed to get done right now and what could wait. Amazing!For that reason alone, Diego and his team are clearly amazing but there is more. I took my car to Diego on my lunch and a member of his team (Junior) drove back with me to my office and then came and picked me up by 5 PM. Its like dealer service without paying 4x the price! Terrible Service!I have been a customer here for a few years, as I thought that the manager, Diego, was somewhat honest. With that said, I came in recently at 8 am for a simple tire balance. Diego told me it would be a 4 hour wait, yet he took two walk in oil changes that came in after me, ahead of me! He was a nice guy in the past, but has not been so friendly recently for some reason (and I have given him a lot of business!) What an insult! I walked out, never to go back again! The shop was not that busy either, with empty service bays open! Respect your loyal customers Diego! And dont see walk ins before your loyal customers!Also, the shop times on the Brakes Zone website and here on Yelp are wrong! I told Diego about this (when I showed up one afternoon at 5 pm on a weekday, with posted hours until 6), and he said, No, those hours are wrong, I should have fixed those years ago! Good thing I didnt show up early on a Saturday, cause they arent even open! Yet the website states they are! Bad management! You wont be taking my money any longer....

Went in today , greeted by Diego at first thought he was a nice guy. But after politely asking for my new car to be checked due to a engine check light poping up he says I can’t do anything today you have to leave or come back tomorrow. Even after that interaction I still planned on coming back after seeing all his good reviews I decided to give him a second chance and come back tomorrow. After leaving I was heading over to my doctor for a followup on my shoulder surgery I had a few weeks back but my car broke down on the way and now I am stuck on the side of a highway with a missed doctors appointment. Best services ever

I own a shop right down Oak Circle from these guys and actually found them by accident when looking for a replacement tire for my Ford F150 (Tire Kingdom didnt carry the brand I needed). I was shocked at the quick turnaround time, reasonable price, and customer service from the staff @ Brakes Zone. Since then, Ive had my truck in for service many times and never once has anyone tried to sell me on some $500 repair that needs to be done - something almost every other repair shop in Boca tries to do. I have recommended many friends to these guys and I 100% trust them, something Ive never been able to say about any other mechanic. Brakes Zone has my business, whether its for a $30 oil change or a $1000 repair.

I needed a starter so I had my car towed here . It was the closest place to take ot to get it fixed . Long story short the next day Im called and told my car is ready for pickup . I just needed my starter replaced and in my car its very simple to get to the starter and replace it Id have done it myself had I had the tools . So the job took them an hour they start working on my car the next day at 9am Im called to pick it up an hour later at 10 am . Figures the place had no Yelp nor is it listed as a business . I get my car and it fires up so the starter is fixed but 3 min after driving down the road I notice a heavy vibration my car now has every time I press the breaks so I figure I should drive it a little more at least back to work before I turn around and ask them about it and perhaps it will go away . Im thinking maybe its a new fluid they introduced into my engine maybe. Really I dont know much about cars so I end up going back the same hour and speak to Diego I tell him to hop in so he can feel the vibration for himself and ask him what is it my car has never vibrated like this before. He tried to brush me off and tell me all they did was replace the starter and that he cannot get it he has to quickly go . The place is now apparently closed for the day after I pick up my car ?!?! I think this guy and this place are crooks and a RIP off bogus business . I feel I have been scammed . I paid over $250 to change out a piece no more difficult than a lightbulb and now Im stuck with a vibrating car like a drying machine . Do not go here this place is hidden and full of shady people . The place looks trashy and unclean it was a big mistake I made by not doing my research first and looking around but for convenience sake I brought my car here and now am screwed out of almost $300 and my car even though running runs in worse condition than before I brought it to these scam artists .

Best service and professional recommendations

Had my car towed to Brakes Zone. Battery was good just would not start. Was called back within two hours with problem identification. Diego, the owner called me back and was prepared to fix the problem and have the car back to me by the end of the day. All of this transpired between 1:30 and 3:30. I told him the following day was fine and he advised me that there was an additional problem which would be better fixed at the dealer but that the car was drivable. This is why I use Brakes Zone: They always go the extra mile service wise.

I was referred to Brake Zone by someone and the gave a quote on my car and they were very reasonable and efficient. They even offered to drive me home and pick me up so I didnt have to wait for my car to be fixed.

After visiting a well known car dealership for a routine oil change and brake tune up, I left with mysteriously squeaky breaks. I returned to the dealership to a projected $250 fix for a problem that never existed until my initial visit. I left, disgruntled, and took my car to Brakes Zone to have the squeaking corrected. I am happy to report that the squeaky breaks were fixed honestly for what they were. I was presented with the most trust worthy, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Next time, I will skip the hassle and head straight to Brakes Zone!

Okay, so I only write a review if my experience is REALLY GOOD or REALLY BAD. This one REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!We recently (last year) made Highland Beach our second home and now keep a car here. The engine light came on and I noticed a peculiar noise when I started the car upon our most recent arrival. I took it to an Authorized Acura dealer and was informed I needed $$$thousands worth of work.Long story short, I fortunately found Diego at Brakes Zone. He offered the same service at a fraction of the price, professionally explained the why and how of what really needed to be done, discussed future preventative measures to extend the life of the car, did everything in less than a day, and even added an additional discount to the agreed upon estimate after the work was done. Unheard of in this business.Needless to say I have found my Florida family mechanic.

I am in boca raton for a family wedding and broke the bolt to my brake caliper. It made a God awful noise continusly and then I had to look for something close by. I found brake zone online and gave them a try. The guys were super cool and helpful and treated me like a local. They even shaved my rotor down so I wouldnt have to buy another. They got it fixed in 2 hours and I highly recommend them if your braking system is acting up.

The truck brake line went out before the appointment, I had the truck towed there a few days early. Diego and the staff repaired my truck competently, with parts I requested from NAPA. The price was fair and the work quick and competent. He gave me a full estimate before the work was done so I could make sure it fit my budget.
