I have been coming here for 2 years maybe more. The guys that work here are great, very kind, very personable. They are quick too. The price is better than other places because of their 10% discount. They use the right oil and good brands for your vehicle and it prolongs the time in between changes. They also have taken me at 2 mins before closing when other places will say sorry were closed. I highly recommend coming here. P.S. they are also very toddler friendly which is a huge plus in customer service.

Im here at 7:58 its 8:10 am. The bay doors arent open. The garage inside is empty. Im the only customer here outside. This is making me question if this shop cares about punctuality or the customers time.

I usually wait a while for an oil change at other places. I called prior to coming to this location for the first time, and i was in and out within 20 minutes. Rick was by far the best employee i have ever dealt with; great customer service and quality work. This is my new go-to spot for oil changes.

I just had the oil changed for my Cadillac ATS, at this amazing place!! I got a Voucher Coupon on Groupon and I paid for the upgrade for the Mobil 1 Full Synthetic. The guys there are incredible(Rick - I guess is the one who assisted me, and hes awesome)!! Very professional, outstanding performance, very detailed in every communication and I just loved it!! This place is highly recommended!! They checked everything listed and it was very quick!! They also have a massage chair thats really cool!! 😊 I went to the one in Boca Raton.I dont know if theyre from the same owner, but the one in Pompano Beach(I DONT RECOMMEND!!), refused to do the service in my car.

I went there because our car was making a rattling noise. They checked the car with the computer, diagnosed my car and determined the exact problem. They are definitely very well trained, they took the time to explain the issue and they resolved it on the spot. Didnt take long wither. I was very impressed with their knowledge and attention to detail and customer service. Highly recommend.

The best place for oil change period.....

Do not be fooled. I bought a coupon in grupon and I was believed that I had done a good business. to my surprise in addition to what I paid in groupon. They wanted to charge me more than 50 dollars to change the oil in my car. When I pay only 30 each time I change it, be careful when you go to that place. I did not leave anything satisfied and of course I did not change or I will never change my oil with them to my car

Wow were they fast. I almost think they didn’t do anything to my car because it literally took them under 20 minutes to get me in, rotate my tires and fill them, and change my oil. Very impressed and will definitely go back, the customer service is top notch, all the guys are nice and accommodating.

I see so many people got scammed by Mobil 1s groupon bait. People do not use that offer. You WILL over pay in any way. Additionally, I asked for 10000 miles type of oil but they fueled with a regular one, I checked the oil bottle at the end and it was different from that he (Ricky) showed me. refused to drain and change again. Manager never showed up at that point.

Went on my lunch break they had me in and out, with time to still get lunch! Friendly and helpful as soon as I pulled in! Great customer service, know that you will feel good about going there to have your vehicle worked on. Thank you for everything and all your hard work!

Horrible service, first they spilled oil and it started to burn after i left with smoke and awful smell coming from the car until the spilled oil burned.Also they damaged the hood, it wasnt closing and they let me leave with an open hood WITHOUT saying anything, i was lucky the hood didnt flip wide open on the highway. It wouldve been a fatal accident. I heard guy who was working on my car saying that he forgot to tell me the hood is not closing.They refused to review the camera to show how they screwed up the hood.Im working on suing them for putting my life in danger

BE AWARE! I went to this location for oil change I used a new credit card, few days later my credit card was used fraudulent. I talk to the manager he said he couldnt do anything. Also, they promised a 19 point inspection and top off of all the liquids but they never did, next day my windshield washer liquid was empty. I’ve been in this location many times before with no problems but this time they really screw up.

1st time I went to Mobil 1 super fast service . I got an oil change and flush . About a week later my oil change light came on and I noticed oil was leaking out . I brought my car back and Ricky helped me . He told me the oil plug was stripped and I needed a new one to prevent the oil from leaking out . Ricky was incredibly helpful and informative. I am thankful he was there on the day I returned .

They may be fast but BEWARE. They did not tighten oil plug. Blew the engine and replaced it with a junk engine and did a horrible job. The guy still works there. Watch out!

I read all the 1 star reviews, but when I got there, the service was excellent. People who worked (1st garage when you drive in the back) were so friendly and even fixed my heat shield that got loose and was making an awful noise! I would trust their service again.

Unprofessional, overpriced and rude. waited an hour and a half for an oil change and didn’t receive a phone call or anything for them to say “sorry mama the price is $110”. i have a 2012 honda my oil change is never over $100. also don’t call a women mama. it’s 2020.

I bought a Groupon coupon, which gives you a standard oil change or credit towards a synthetic (It shows all the price in the app). As I got there, first, was no one willing to help me. Had to wait for the employees finish their chat. One of the guys came to me and said the groupon only give $10 off, I paid $20 for $10 off? Does not make sense. Then as showed in his software my car takes synthetic oil, it was supposed to be + $45, I knew it the charge already but the guy said to me I would have to pay $90 out. I was like, are you sure? he said yes. I already notice his attitude to try to make more money from people who does not know much about cars. I do not like places like that also I would not recommend you go there. Be careful, look for a trustful technician or place. Plus the place is kind messy, oil everywhere, not clean at all.

Ive been here a few times now and every visit is incredibly fast. These guys are great - oil change, check fluids, air in tires... 20 minutes! Better than waiting at the dealer for 2 hours. Highly recommend this shop.

Purchased a Groupon for an oil change. Turns out it wasnt synthetic oil change. So they said we will apply it towards it. The cost was 95$ for an oil change. The dealership charges 49$.Basically, they take your money for the Groupon up front and we will take money for the oil change anyway. Pretty bad businesses practice. Total scam.

The price was outrageous. My dad has the same oil change same type of car as mine and paid over $45 less at a different place around the corner and got it for 10,000 miles and mine is 7,000. I will not be going back

This is the only place I go to have my oil changed. I had a slow leak in my back left tire, and they fixed that with some sealant as well. Honest, courteous, and just some all around good people that work here. I recommend.

Ive been taking my vehicles to this location for over 15 years. This shop was recently acquired by a local businessman and the service has improved drastically. This place offers fair prices, honest assessments, pride in services offered and execution. Great service and fast! I used to bring my car to mercedes to get the oil changed and they charged an arm and a leg. On the oil cap it says Mobil 1 so I brought it here and I will never go back to the dealer to spend three times what these guys charge. I was also in and out in 15 minutes.

Great Service! They took care of everything in a timely manner. They did not try to upsell me (which most of these places do) and gave me good recommendations for future maintenance. They were out of the oil grade that I ordered and they automatically upgraded me to the more expensive one without charging me more. Highly recommend it.

Major Oil Leak the Next Day. Apparently the oil filter housing was damaged due to over tightening causing oil to leak. I didnt notice the leak until the weekend because this is my wifes vehicle. I took it to the dealership and they said this is a common problem when not tightened to manufacturer specifications. The few dollars you save at any express oil place is not worth the risk as they truly cant know and dont have time to know every vehicles specifications.

Arrived about 30 minutes before closing and there was just one guy. He saw me come in the back of the shop. The only guy there gave me atridute the entire time talking down to me even when he was asking me about the kind of oil I wanted. The experience was depressing and I felt completely unwanted and disrespected. So much that I wanted to leave right away. I want an apology from the owner and the staff.
