The Jeep dealer wanted to charge me $200 just to look at my car. Then they said it was going to take them DAYS to even look at it, despite my appointment being set two weeks before. And since it was tail light related, my extended “bumper to bumper” warranty wouldn’t cover any of it. Apparently a tail light isn’t between the bumpers???So I listened to my dad and went to see Gene. He had a quick simple fix and I was back on the road in 15 minutes and he didn’t even charge me for the bulb. He was honest about the state of my tires as well. It was a refreshing change from most mechanics who look to rip off a young woman alone because they just see an easy target. I’ll be bringing my Jeep to Gene first from now on. Lesson learned!
