This is an old fashioned garage. Nothing fancy. Just plain old service by knowledgeable and HONEST guys.The owner and his dad was there when I went in for my oil change. The owner advise me that I needed to new tires some other work. We had a very nice conversation while definitely go back.

Took the time to call me back with the information that was needed for my Ram. I will be bringing it there for differential work instead of the so-called dealer.

Best customer service experience yet! Ive been to Jiffy Lube, Mobile1, and many others in the past but, nobody could compete with Champagne Auto on price and service! You must call ahead to schedule an appointment, and this is exactly why you get such great service. Don’t waste your time or money at any other place, they are honest and straightforward here and that’s really all that matters.

I went there with a Groupon with our new mani van . First oil change . Saving a few dollars on Groupon ended up costing us hundreds in repairs caused by Eddie . When he backed out , he scraped the quarter panel against his garage wall.The damage matched his wall and the residue on my car matched his drywall. The workers at the Tire Plus store across the street agreed it was fresh damage and matched his wall .He said he would take care of if and have his friend who owes him a favor fix it . He later changed his mind and said he did not cause it when we finally were able to get an appointment with his friend to fix it.If he did not cause it , then , how did he not see damage before getting into our new car when he inspected it prior to moving it into his bay? If the damage was already there , then How did he not notice the long scrape across the whole quarter panel when he rotated the tires?It happened after he changed the oil and backed out of the garage .It is a single bay garage with only Eddie there . After he changed his mind to take care of it, I did not feel safe as a woman to go back and argue with him alone and after all the residue from his wall has been washed off. I should have called the police that day and filed a report instead of believing him when he said he would take care of it .Save yourself the headache and money . Go to a facility with a lot of employees around so they all can be witnesses to what happened . And call the police right away. If he cannot back out a car , makes you wonder what else was done wrong to my new Toyota minivan that I cannot see.

I got the Groupon 25$ for oil change. then after the job started, turned out I need to pay $40 more. Dont like when they play this games.
