I had a really great experience at this location. They were professional, very quick, and educated me on several points of my car. Also they were just really nice and pleasant. I was in and out of there so quickly, but I wasnt sacrificing any quality. I trust my SUV with them completely. I had to have a different place do my last oil change and they told me that the filtering needed to be replaced immediately. At this location, he told me that I had at least two to three changes before it needed to be replaced. I appreciate the honesty. Thats how you retain customers.

Matthew and Thomas were very helpful on what to use on my Ford Flex. The service was quick. They were friendly and honest. This was so fast I took back my truck to get oil change and air filter changed!!

Service is usually pretty good at this location but their computers were down making it inconvenient for obvious reasons. However the gentleman that was there offered to check my oil and tire pressure. I left and came back an hour later and they were still down so I went to the other location and independence by Little blue Parkway.

I brought my truck in this week for an oil change. Matthew & Sean were very attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. The service was great & I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a oil leak the manger thomas went above and beyond to repair the leak.. My head lights were out all of them and he accommodated me with replacing them and fixing my shortage. Brittany was also in assistance and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the assistance from the two of them

Instantly turned away by technician before having a chance to even speak. Was escorted in and out of the premises in under 30 seconds. To say Im lost for words is an understatement. I usually try to use mom & pop shops for an oil change, but I was so far past my recommended mileage that I just needed to stop by to get it done ASAP. Im a female in my 20s and was expecting to be haggled about my coolant levels, windshield wipers, etc. But the man who assisted me, Bobby, was extremely kind! The other man working (I dont believe I caught his name) performed my oil change very quickly, and also had great service! They were both chatty and seemed honest with their recommendations, which definitely changed my mind about Jiffy Lubes! I would definitely recommend this location, and would stop by again for another oil change.

I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for about a year now. I’m a busy guy and love the fact that I can just pull up anytime and get taken care of. They are always fast, efficient, pay attention to details, and are always friendly and professional. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than 30 minutes when they’ve been “busy”.

I went there on a Saturday morning. They got me in and out very quickly and they did a good job. Impressed.

I had run my engine out of oil (Im a computer geek so I didnt know any better) so I pulled in to their shop in a panic. The guys got me all fixed up quickly on a Sunday afternoon while the Chiefs were playing. I enjoyed watching the game in their waiting area while they worked. I feel bad for them but great service. The free coffee was good, too.

This is the best jiffy lube that lube had the experience of going to.

Price was almost $90 for a synthetic blend and to top off coolant. Told the lady that was a lot higher than last time. Pulled up and it was 60. She said not sure how they got that price but couldnt honor it. Yeah....wont be back. Companies have to make money but greed will drive you into the ground.Edit...she ended up honoring price so my review will reflect that

Pulled in started changing my oil then told me how much. Was very disappointed by price and the fact they didnt let me know what it was before hand I definitely wouldnt have paid $130 for an oil change . On top of that needed $30 wipers.
