Didnt do what I asked then hurried me put instead of fixing it

Never enough technicians.Had to return next morning because they forgot to tighten a valve stem. Tire was almost flat overnight. Was late for work

Awful experience. After getting checked in and having me wait, they call my phone and tell me they cant perform an oil change on my car because they dont have the right equipment. I drive a very basic car that lots of people drive. It makes no sense that they would not be able to do an oil change on it. Staff are incompetent and dont care.

I have set-up exchange tires. Worker after I have bring the car refuse exchange the tires what I just purchased. He told me they dont have any DOT and its already 3.30 pm & they closing 6pm.so its late start for 2 hours job. Many excuses how he cant do it. The tires have DOT and he has a plenty of time do it. Anytime Im visit this place its exactly some. LAZY, RUDE & NOT A HELPFUL Blue Springs Walmart tires center.

What a disaster! I specifically asked for tires with raised white letters. More than once I reminded the girl at the counter to tell the technician to put the white letters facing out. When my vehicle was ready...no white letters. I almost blew a gasket. They didnt even have my size tire with white letters in stock. Two hours wasted. They were all real nice about the whole thing.

Had the tire we needed,but,couldnt get it put on until another day.To short handed

Im an employee here and they damaged my vehicle on a tire job. Broke my tire sensor off tried to lie and tell me i did not have one then a deep scratch to my front right body around my passenger wheel. Go somewhere else.

Wasnt able to fix my tire because it was too messed up so they put a new tire on for a reasonable price!

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone! Then, good luck again once they put you on hold because chances are you will either wait for 10 minutes or more or hang up and call back only to get no answer. Not just one time this happened but MULTIPLE times. Oh and my husband had his tires replaced there with an 8am appointment and it took them 4 HOURS to change 4 tires. Really guys?!

Was Told that it would take 7 hours to get two tires on my truck. Not...Done in 2hrs. Not Bad Tire Tires. Properly balanced... Old weights taken off... Then you make your balance spin. Well Done.

The worst customer service I have ever had went to get a tire repaired the man glance at the tire and quickly said cant fix it. All it needs was to be plug and patched. All the employees in the service center are under trained and experience to be working on car. The tire lube express at Walmart is a joke. Actually it is not a joke is scary to be putting your life in someones hand it is so inexperienced

Ask for a particular tire to be looked at...ended up with tires being rotated. The shimmy in ride moved from the front to the back. Self examined the tire in question, a new tire should have been recommended.

Dropped off vehicle for service.... After two hours shopping was told that they wouldnt be able to get to it that night. Gave no accommodation or reserved time for service the next day. If zero stars was an option, I would give them that rating!

Best Auto department I have been to from the customer service to the care taken to install tires on custom rims!!

Auto battery took 4 hrs. to get a warrantyk battery for my car. After the 4 hrs. the manager said Its been 4 hrs now we can get it done. To added more insult to injury, the manager then said, Print this (the bill paperwork) and get her out of hereReally? I asked for the store manager, at 3 hr and 20 minutes the store manager didnt come talk to me. I had asked the greeter to call on the walkey talkey to call the mgr.and he said I called but I dont know if someone will can to talk to you.Is it because I am a woman or because I am older...I hope not. They may be good for changing a tire not talk anything bad on its just Walmart

I love the Walmart auto parts section I needed help and immediately I received assistance in the store and when it come to dropping off my oil they took my oil for me and dumped it in put the containers in the trash for me highly highly recommended you use Walmart in Blue Springs in the automotive

Husband went in to have a tire put on his truck and the associate said there would be at least a 4 hour wait. I went in several days later to have 4 new tires put on my car and the associate said the same thing. There was one vehicle in the garage getting a tire repair. This Walmart needs to hire more mechanics. Ended up going to Discount Tires and the wait was 1 hour and the cost was comparable to Walmart.

How can you show up at 7 am and an oil change takes 2-3 hours?Fyi the guy working the register really needs to work on his people skills they are terrible at best.Ridiculous!

I had an oil change in 2011 (I was pregnant with my second child) and they did not fill the windshield wiper fluid or other fluids. I was in the highway and a semi-truck splashed some muddy water on my windshield and I had to pull over on the highway to pour water on the windshield as my wipers cleaned the windshield. I had told them specifically that I had no windshield wiper fluid and they didnt care. I could have lost my life and the life of my unborn child. I never went back to Walmart for any auto service....

They were great with my auto return. I love this Wal-Mart!!

I will never go to this auto care center again! I first took my battery in for a new one, I arrive before 730 am and he told me it would be a 2 hour wait. I thought if thats the case then go ahead and rotate and balance my tires since I had walmart roadhazzard on them. I waited 2 hours then called from the subway in the store spoke to Debbie and asked her if my car was ready and then she went on to say we will call you when its ready. I then told her can you check because they told me 2 hours she then said she has customers at the counter and then I said what about your customer on the phone. She then went on to say we have to check the battery first and I then said no, I came in for a new battery to be installed the one in there is already a 2014 She then got upset with me and said it will be ready at 11! She added 2 more hours! Good Bye Walmart, I hung up called Betonville Corporate to make a complaint but they wont let you speak to a live person they just have someone type down the info and say they will give it to somone, so I went get my car, it was still in the parking lot got my keys and drove home then I got on the phone and spoke to Dave who said he was the store manager and told him the story and told him I will never return to another care center at walmart.

Does t deserve a 1 star. Closes tire center 2 hours before posted closing time. 5 out of the 6 bays with no cars.

Good service but sometimes seems like they only do the job 1/2 way and call it good so I have to come back.

*Dont go here* we bought a tire there to replace one that was wearing out and they broke the tire pressure sensor gauge. I brought it in 3 separate times now to get it fixed. Each time they tell me its fixed and as soon as I get in the van its still not working. They told me I need to drive it for 15 minutes going over 15 miles an hour for it to reset an hour later its still not working. They dont know what theyre doing.

Everything I expected. Wait time for repairs was long. Best to schedule an appointment.

I dont know why other people are complaining its a Walmart okay youre going to get Walmart stuff I got a great set of tires for $210 put on my Kia Rio and now Im in Pennsylvania having a good time so get over it people I love this place it was a really good service they did me right I got a little change also one of the guys he asked me if I like a soda he gave me a soda I had a good time here I am today with a new set of tires from Walmart

I bought a new tire and when they put it on they stripped the lugnut caps rather than tightening the lugnuts. I drove my car unaware until it began wobbling Also, my husband had an oil change recently and after we got home we saw the hood was covered with scratches. Will never use the auto care again. Ill definitely share our experiences with friends and family.

A lot of confusion trying to pay for services. Confusion between employees over paperwork. Loud ,chaotic and slow even though we were the only ones there.

Long wait times. Busy place. Never had ANY issues with the work performed here.

Quick and fast no problems that I can tell

Went in around 3PM a few weeks ago on a Saturday and the guys working were standing around doing nothing but the cashier told me they would be too busy to take my tire today. Went back the next day and stood at the counter for 20 mins while the cashier rang up someone with 1000 coupons and items who wasnt even getting their car serviced, then went back the next day after dropping my tire off to be replaced and had to wait another hour while they looked for my tire they couldnt find.

Only place that sells oil cheaper than anywhere else

The service counter person that was working the automotive section was extremely busy all the time! People waiting in line too long it get either service or pay their bill. People wanting to check out with the other parts of the store to check out.

I like parking back there by the tire shop sometimes or most times actually.
