I desperately needed an alignment. Ashley Automotive not only beat everyone else out with the price but they could get to it the quickest. I INSTANTLY noticed the difference when I picked my vehicle back up. I appreciate the time you spent explaining things to me, pricing different things for me and being so thorough and quick with the work!!! Youve earned a customer for sure!!!

Ashley automotive has been my only place I trust with my vehicles. Im usually a diy guy but when I need a job to get done, it goes to Ashley. I trust dealers less than Ashley auto. If you need a good mechanic shop, theyre very friendly and helpful.

I sent my Jeep to Ashley to fix a mistake ANOTHER mechanic made. LIFE LESSON: let the pros handle the big jobs, (a “shade tree” mechanic can end up costing you 4 times the original repair cost). They were able to diagnose the issue and get me back on the road in no time. I was especially impressed by the fact that they not only fixed my vehicle, but they took the time to ensure the engine compartment was cleaned (and even painted!). I know this step wasn’t necessary, but I looks brand new, and the attention to detail meant the world to me.

They work hard to get you in and fixed correctly, as quickly as possible. We had an emergency break down, they found it as a easy fix, took them 10 minutes and had it fixed and called before we had even made it home. Charged us nothing for that easy fix. That to me shows their honesty and the extra mile to get us fixed in this emergency. They work hard and care about all their customers. The reminders, for check up, that they send out are a huge help in our busy liives.

George and Jerry at Ashley Automotive took such great care of my car! My tiny car got a new set of tires, balanced, oil change, and all fluids checked. I felt so much better driving my car all around Kansas City through the winter. They gave me some helpful advice with my 4 wheel drive and it turns out George has the same little collector car as me! Thanks for the great service! Its hard to find a good mechanic you can trust - I highly recommend this shop!

Honest, Helpful, Great work. I would recommend the Ashley Automotive to anyone, import car or not. They are fast and thorough, I have everything done with them and tell my friends to as well. Best of all - they are fair and honest. Ive had mechanics try to pull one over on me in the past. Not something I have to worry about with the Ashley! Ive asked if I needed routine maintenance that would have cost me approximately $500... they told me it wasnt necessary and scheduled the things that were. Any mechanic willing to pass up a chance to make an easy $500 will keep my business and trust. Kudos.

I go here for anything to do with my truck. They were able to take the old motor out of my truck and a new one in within a week. These guys are awesome

I definitely recommend this place!They not only fixed the problem I brought my vehicle in for, but found another (serious) issue and fixed it for free!Their rates are very reasonable, they’re professional, polite and friendly. The work was also completed the same day I brought it in.I’m very pleased.

I rely on Ashley Automotive for all the maintenance on my new car. They are quick and easy...unlike the dealership where I bought the car (where it can take 2+ hours to get an oil change...ugh!). And I trust George and his crew to only do what is necessary to keep my car running smoothly. And if I ever need to leave my car, since I live in Lees Summit, they will pick it up and give me a loaner for the day.

Went into see about my car shaking while I was driving. My worst fear was the brake overhaul I was expecting. Georges team jumped right to work to confirm what the issue was. They were straight forward and honest. They addressed the issue that I was concerned about and didnt try to push anything else. No pressure and a friendly atmosphere. I was very happy.

Jerry and George have been my go to guys for my cars Ive owned. They have always done great work. My first car I ever owned was purchased from George and it was as solid as a brand new car. These guys are the real deal!
