Serviced my 2 year old AC unit in September 2016. Go to turn on AC, nothing, same problem. Called several times!! Will not return my calls. Shameful way to conduct business.DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY

Be sure you dont deal with Jim. He gives you the worst case scenario instead of fixing the problem. Called them for a tune up in Winter. Jim came and said the whole house would blow us as there was a hairline crack where the blowers were located. He could not work on our furnace, as it was a hazard. He wanted us to buy a new furnace. I elected to get a 2nd opinion and they came and said the furnace was fine and could not see a hair line crack behind the burners. So I wasted paying for a service call ($89). Then the drama continues..........in summer I called them again for a tune-up for our AC. I requested a new technician but Jim showed up again. He said we were out of freon (which I informed them, when I called them to say we had a slow leak and would like freon to be filled) and he said it would be $85 a pound and we would need at least 5 lbs but he could not say for sure as it could turn out that we needed more. I decided for a 2nd opinion and so elected not to have him fill our freon. Just wasted my $85. A second A/C person came and charged us $20 a lb for filling up 5 lbs of freon. I would recommend not to do business with them.

Buyer beware!! Crooks!I called this company because the pilot light on my water heater kept going out. The tech told me that it would cost a little over $600 to fix it, or $875 to install a new one. When I hesitated, he quickly came down to $800 for a new unit. I decided to get a 2nd opinion but had to pay this guy $89 service fee for showing up. I called a plumber through a friends referral who came out and fixed the existing water heater for a total of $100 including parts and labor! Its been working great. So All Right took my $89 for doing nothing except trying to take advantage me. So glad I got a 2nd opinion!
