I was blown away by Adams professionalism and attention to detail. We called on Saturday late in the afternoon, and they put us on first available.Then the very next day, Adam called to say he was on his way on a Sunday afternoon. Adam arrived on time. It turns out that Comfort Pro had serviced my grandmas unit last year to replace the capacitor.Adam did the research with his back office, and made the assessment that the capacitor had failed within their 1 year warranty guarantee. He then replaced the capacitor at no charge. He just charged us for the trip charge and diagnostic screening.The whole experience went above and beyond my expectations. After reading reviews and doing research, I went with a Trane system and Comfort Pros. The people were professional and on time. They answered all of my questions prior to the install. And after the install made sure I know how things worked before they left.During the initial visit, Chris listened to what I wanted and recommend a AC & Furnace to replace the Heat Pump & furnace which was dying after 17 years. The things that were most import to me where reliability and efficiency. I feel that the system Comfort Pro listened to me and recommend a system that meets all my needs. I called on a Saturday and our unit was out of Freon. They were the only company to even answer my call and he got out to our house maybe an hour after our original conversation. He was very professional and VERY helpful. 1000% recommend!

These guys were phenomenal! Even when they encountered a couple hiccups installing my new furnace and a/c they stayed until they finished. Showed up first thing in the morning and didn’t stop working until everything was complete.

I replaced a 23-year-old Trane air conditioner with a new Trane air conditioner. Chris got me a quote very quickly and I had the air conditioner put in the next day after I accepted the quote. Adam came out and installed the air conditioner. He worked very hard all day long and everything seems fine. Since Im still using my heater and not air conditioning at this point I dont know how well it works but Im confident it will be great.

Comfort Pro showed sincere understanding for our current cooling situation. A team of 4 guys showed up the day after we called. Within 2 business days of placing the original call our family had a new AC and furnace installed and up and running. Our family is now comfortable because of them. Only downside is that their pricing is on the higher end when compared to other options. You do get what you pay for though.

We consulted with the top 4-5 AC companies in the metro to determined the best program for our home. We experienced a wonderful night’s sleep as our home cooled from 90 degrees + to 72 degrees. We got several estimates and Chris’ came in very competitive. Other HVAC companies recommended way bigger units that had way bigger price tags. In verifying with Chris, he assured us his recommendation was sound and exactly what we needed. Come installation day, his team was friendly, experienced and quick to install our unit, clean up after themselves and provide exactly what they said they would. In a house that was 89 degrees inside, literally 10 hours later, there was no humidity and we were sitting at a fabulous 70 degrees. I am very happy with our decision to choose Comfort Pros and would highly recommend them if you are wanting a professional, cost effective no hassle service contractor.

Called these guys about my AC not working. Have prior knowledge on AC myself including pricing. They checked the outside unit and determined it needed refrigerant. Instead of evacing the system and establishing a neg pressure hold, they tried to add 4+ lbs and found that they coil was bad and charged me for the svc. Then to top it off, told me to that it would take $6-8K to replace the outside unit and A coil. Told them that their price was about $3-5K too much, and they said the extra would be paying for their quality service. In my opinion, if its done right the first time should never need any additional service for $3-5k over unless they plan on replacing the unit and A coil free-of-charge 2 more times!Got another repair svc to replace/install outside unit (determined A coil replacement not needed) for $2k only. Do your homework before using these guys - Problem diagnosis and installation is everything, quality service should never be $3-5k more.

They installed a new system and a air scrubber which helped my allergies 100%. They were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. If you are in the market, look no further.
