Has potential to be much better. Employee acting as the cashier did a great job. Employee that was operating the power wash equipment left a lot to be desired. Never moved from where he began power washing. Only cleaned one side and that was just the front portion of my vehicle. I drive a pickup and never bothered to look at the wheel wells. I may try them one more time but will probably try other car washes. I was interested in one of the programs but will not be buying one now

The guy at the entrance of the wash did an exceptional job spraying for bugs etc. Many times these guys spray spray quick and forget. He did a concentrated effort and I appreciate that! He needs a pat on the back and a raise! Hard worker

Great service and love the light show

I used to be very happy with this car was! However, the last couple times there has been only 1 young man at the pre spray position. Bad idea, not only did he not spray all the areas necessary, but of course only 1 side. Not acceptable! To see the front of my car it doesn’t even look like it had been washed. I do appreciate the microfiber rags to touch up.

I love this car wash, and even with a new name, its still our favorite! They provide microfiber cloths to clean your windows (and prevent water spots) and a window spray to use on the inside windows. The vacuums will eat anything, including entire straws (oops! Sorry Go Wash!)...Go get your car cleaned!

To start I love the wash itself. It cleans very well, and the cleaning system was updated not to long ago. My issue is with management. The car wash did some very clear damage to my vehicle a few weeks back. My initial contact with them led me to a phone number to someone in Arizona who didnt and never returned my voicemails. When, finally 5 days later, I got ahold of the local manager he gave me the appropriate protocol for submitting a claim. After the claim was filed it took another 5 days to get a response. Which was a sorry, but we cannot verify the damage on our cameras. Well as I drove through the passenger side spinning brush had pivoted so tightly to my vehicle that it forced the side mirror in. This had never happened before using the exact same car was several times. The scrape was found when I got home from the car wash, and I had not traveled anywhere where else between the wash and home. I have since filed my grievance with the regional and am still waiting on a call back. Mind you the initial incident was 09/29/2020. Im writing this review on 10/19/2020. I will update this if ans when something comes of it. Also, the damage is a single scuff mark that extends from the middle of the front passenger fender all the way back, across two doors and to the passenger side taillight. In one section the scuff turns into a scratch that removed several inches of paint. My vehicle is a Metalic Blue gloss. This does make it difficult to capture images of the scratch in day light. Lastly I am an Uber driver my vehicles look does have an impact on rider perception and has an impact on income. Thats why this is so bothersome.

The drive through car wash does a good job. My car come out throughly clean and the free vacuums are a excellent touch.

Good automatic car wash with a few levels of cleaning available. Love that after you go thru, you can park and use their vacuum hoses to clean out the interior as well.

The guys did an excellent job spraying off all the built up ice on the front of our truck. We have a monthly pass we like this car wash so much! Our truck always comes out sparkling clean and dry!

Was great until new ownership took over. License plate reader rarely works and always confusing if it scanned or didn’t. Hours changed so they open later and close earlier. Tough to catch before or after work. Seem to be closed a lot more often for maintenance or repairs. Can’t wait for the new wash at hwy 40 and 7 hwy to open so I can move my monthly membership for two cars to a more consistent option.

I like how convenient is to have a membership and can wash my car everyday if Id like.

Up until earlier this month I had a monthly subscription to this carwash. I have since cancelled my membership due to a malfunction of their machinery which severely damaged the splash guard on the undercarriage of my vehicle and completely ripped out the front left plastic wheel well liner. Along with it, my ABS and BSD sensors were damaged, resulting in multiple system errors and $1,600 worth of damage.After being told the damage would be covered by their manager, I received an email on behalf of the owner stating that the machinery appeared to be operating normally. It could not be determined that the machinery was at fault and therefore, they would not cover the resulting damage.To top it off, when asking for a refund I was told that I would only receive a partial refund since I had my car washed (when the damage occurred) after the monthly subscription had been charged to my account.

Its become like utilities. Theyve got a monopoly, so they can make you wait 45 min for a car wash. Liked the Belfonte version better. Hours were longer - theyre open later now and close earlier, which is inconvenient. Will probably cancel my membership when I get tired enough.

Out of Towels for wiping down your car parking lot was disgusting..food waste paper products stuck to the ground . It was gross 1 of the Vacuums would not release the entire cone..

Good car wash but expensive...$16 for a basic wash with undercarriage. Should be 1/2 that cost like the prior car wash was. Also, there is no 2-day clean guarantee if it rains or snows.

Vacuums are good. Didn’t clean my truck very well at all even after running through twice. Tire shine doesn’t shine tires very well. Refused me a refund. Won’t be back.

Been coming here for years! Pretty fast to get through except for after snow melts and rain storms ( normal ).Great product for the money!

This place can be pretty busy at times, but its understandable. They do a good job and everyone they hire seems to have a good attitude. I appreciate the spot spray they do before my car rolls through the auto wash. The vacuums have plenty of suction and are free with any wash.

Had the hand wax and interior detail done. got home and had wiped 20% of the wax off that was still left on the vehicle, had to rewipe 30% of the inside interior down. They need to pull these cars out in the sunlight and inspect before delivering to the customer!!! Not ran near as good as when it was owned by bellefonte!

I have used this car wash since they opened. They were bought out by Go car wash and are now price gouging. I always get the $12 wash with the 48 hour guarantee. This $12 wash is now the BASIC wash and does not have a 48 hour guarantee. To get the same wash as I got before with now cost $20!!! No way will I pay that for a car wash. I will now go elsewhere.

Car Wash doesnt work very good at all! Paid extra for tire shine but didnt get it. Had to basically rewash my car when I got home. Waste of money!

I purchased the Signature Wash. I paid $30 a month for two washings. Now I pay 7 dollars more per month to get four or five washings per vehicle. Dont have to take out my billfold anymore. They just scan my vehicles. Now they even supply hand towels to help you dry your vehicle off. Thanks Belfontes Mirror Image!

My wife and I usually buy $50 at a time. I came by tonight at 5:05, expecting them to close at 6PM, but I and the car behind me found that the gate house was closed and the garage door was half closed, someone inside cleaning, it looked like. I pulled into the parking lot next door to check and make sure that they didnt close at 5PM, but it was posted for 6PM. Its a little aggravating they closed early and didnt seem to have posted any signage about it.While I was checking to see if I read their close-time wrong, several more cars drove through, expecting to get car washes in the hour before they were supposed to close. All apparently were as disappointed as I was. Usually Mirror Image does a pretty good job and so much so that Ill pay double what I could at my closer to home; but Ill be reconsidering that, since they arent staying open as late as they say they will.Response to Owner - Your posting was missing at 5PM on the day of the event. Those of us who visited seeking service were left wondering. This leaves my loyalty in question; and only aggravates me more.

The smell from the recycled water is raunchy!!! but other than that im always pleased with the wash. By far the best vacuums EVER for getting the car cleaned up. i do wish the vending machines were back to get towels and other detailing items.

I got my car washed her on July 24t and came out without my front grill. My car is 1 1/2 years old and never had an accident or damage. I was told that it wasn’t their fault and that they wouldn’t do anything about it. I went back up to talk to them and they were quite dismissive. I asked them to sign a letter saying they were denying liability... they refused, saying they wouldn’t put anything in writing. The GM wouldn’t talk directly to me, sent messages through his “managers.” They wouldn’t even refund my purchase of the wash. Please don’t support businesses that are dishonest and crooked. Real businesses care about their customers and take responsibility for their actions!

Friendly and helpful staff

Doesn’t clean very well. Lots of dirt and bugs still noted on the car. They also place cars too closely together on the belt. A car was not paying attention- and didn’t leave fast enough, multiple cars ended up hitting each other. The belt should have been monitored so events like this does not occur. Insurance stated it was “no fault” because the first vehicle drove off- so we would have to pay our deductible for the repair- although the accident wouldn’t be “counted against us.”

Part of me paying to get my car washed is ALSO being able to use the vacuums . i understand the whole “social distancing” thing but NONE of the Belfonte car washes offered a discount wash since they removed all the vacuums.

Get both my cars washed here all the time. Its priced friendly for 8$ being the cheapest wash with the vacuums included. I typically get the more expensive washes to clean underneath my vehicles. The vacuums have hoses on both sides of your car so you dont have to share vacuums or pull the hose all throughout your car. Just a good standard place to get a quick in and out car wash.

Wow! I was very impressed with Spencer, who introduced himself as the assistant manager. I was unhappy with a few bugs that were left on my front grill from a long brutal road trip, luckily Spencer understood my disappointment and took care of me making sure my experience was top notch! Keep up the great work boys. I will be a returning customer based on the service I received today.

Had to wait in line. Didnt take off bugs on front of vehicle with initial sprayer or the car wash. Good for basic cleaning, but not thorough cleaning.

I like the car wash itself.. My van gets clean and i have small children so i need to vacuum it constantly.. I go about 3 times a week.. I do not like the gentleman who spray the car when you first drive in.. They are extremely rude and look as if they are extremely irritated all the time.. It makes me feel like they dont want to be bothered which doest feel welcoming at all. You literally have to make perfect eye contact with them so they can give you the go to move forward. I have seen them roll their eyes or look irritated if you move up too much or too little or not fast enough. I hate it so much. Im not expecting them to smile or be overly happy because Im sure sometimes its very hot where they get a little wet but they take it out on their customers and thats not fair.

Absolutely love this car wash the monthly unlimited pass is worth every penny if you get your car washed more than twice a month. Love that theyre open rain snow or shine

I have always gone to this car wash and never had an issue until this past Sunday. I arrived a before 6pm and no one informed me that car wash closed at 6pm. I only got half my car vacuumed and the employees shut off the vacuums. There were only three cars in the vacuum area. One customer went inside to ask about the vacuums and was informed they were shut off because they closed at 6pm. I was a little put out since I only got half my car vacuumed. I figured one of the employees could have had common courtesy to come out and inform the customers that the vacuums were going to be shut off. Or they could have waited until the three of us were done. I was there until about 6:15 using my lint roller to get the dirt out of my carpet and during this time I didnt see one employee leave. I just found it rude and not good customer service to not inform customers that they were going to shut off the vacuums. After all I paid $12 for my car wash and dont feel like I even got my full moneys worth!

Not as good as I expected...

It was our first time going there, we didn’t know we had to be in neutral, we even told the lady who took our money that it was our first time, the guys in the wash were yelling at us, had a horrible attitude. At least have a sign up, let people know when they pay that they have to have it in neutral. Oh well I guess I’m never going back there.

The location is great for me. Just takes a few minutes to keep my car bright and clean. Just around the corner.

I recently took my vehicle in for a wash; and still had bugs on the front bumper, windshield, and rear hatchback still had dirt all over it around the license plate area. Ive used both 7 Hwy locations, but the North one has better service and my vehicle is clean. I dont know why the South location cant do the same; perhaps the soap amount has been cut back here? I was notified via Google to call the Mgr. to resolve this issue; I tried 3 different times and was never able to reach him-I gave up.

Great customer service & its a nice facility to take your car or truck. Ive been going there for at lease 4 years never had any car damage.

Carwash usually does good job. During summer doesnt always get bugs off. There are times they rush to get as many cars through as they can instead of getting them clean.

I typically dont write reviews but this was a time that needed to be done so.I decided to go with the $10 wash because it clearly stated it would clean the break dust off your tires but afterwards the wheels looked the same... dirty! I have been to Charlies car wash and got their basic wash (which is$8) and does its job. Might want to change the description of the services it provides. Back to Charlies I go.

Like the car wash and vacuums. They added washcloths and cleaner. Only closing it they dont always get all the dirt off when you are initially entering the wash. The employees dont always seem like they care.

Wouldn’t recommend it, you get your gun stolen out of your glovebox by employees when you take your car to get detailed.

You pay a monthly fee and then you can wash your car once a day everyday and they get it clean

I can never get in. I pay for service but every time I go it is lined up into the street. Not much point in paying for something I cant use. Cancelled my membership today and they didnt even ask why. I guess they dont care why they are losing business.

I paid for the highest price service they have. I told the cashier that i have drove over the dead animal on hwy. And i see blood and some skin of that animal. Please ask the guys to spray water under mycar. They filled my car screen with the soap that i couldnt see if they watered under the car or not. I came home my car still smells like a blood.

GREAT carwash, but I usually go to thier location on 40 Hwy and Little Blue to get my car detailed. They alwways do a really good job.
