I work at a nursery so naturally even my personal vehicle is always covered in mud. They power washed all the visible mud from the wheel wells, running boards, wheels, etc. They werent happy about it bur laughed and joked about it nonetheless. Plus $40 a month for the all inclusive wash that you can literally go and get everyday isnt too shabby. Thanks guys. Ill bring my work truck next time lol

I have a 4Runner and when I leave there I always have black spots on my vehicle. I have asked the manager Mark several times as to why this is happening. He never gives me an answer, and acts like he’s doing me a favor.I pay for a monthly package, and was going to cancel my membership, until David, the Assistant Manager suggested that I take it through again and he would watch it go through the wash process.It turns out that the tire shine is blowing back onto my 4Runner.If he wouldn’t have taken the time to see why it was happening, Tidal Wave would have lost me as a customer.I strongly urge corporate to employ more people like David, who take the time to actually help a customer.Regards,Tammy

August 2021: Good Job! They really scrubbed on the front before sending me through the wash! I’ll give them 5 stars for that effort. June 2021: I go here because it’s $10 and the location works for me. The wash job doesn’t get the bugs off in front very well and doesn’t get it all the way clean on the back side. But then again, it’s only $10. They provide self vacuuming stations. Recently opened February 2021. Basic wash was $10. It was a decent enough job. It didn’t really matter too much since the roads are all sloppy from the melting snow.

This is a great be car wash in Blue Springs. I used to go to the car wash near me BEFORE it became Go carwash. I really dislike that new ownership. Tidal is really nice and the cleaning bays are awesome, especially the covered ones during the summer. Give it a try you will really like this car wash!

Just opened location. Someone came into my place of business to drop off coupons. I don’t mind supporting new businesses, so I went. Line was not long, still took quite a while for me to get through, and when I was done, I got out to check it out, with high hopes. The wash was their high end $25 dollar wash, so I had set the expectation extremely high, Because that’s a lot of money for a car wash. Upon checking out my car, I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Car didn’t even get close to washed. Will not be returning.

Best car wash I’ve ever been through! Car was clean, amazed at how clean my wheels were. I bought the top ceramics wash and the shine is incredible! Highly recommend!

I stopped in late to run one of my cars through the wash as it had been setting in the driveway under a tree for about a month. Blossoms and all kinds of tree debris collected on it and along the seams and base of the windshield.While checking in, I remarked it had been under a tree and the attendant replied yea I can tell.When I got to the wash bay, 3 team members jumped into action, not only did they do a spray down but a soapy bubble brush and did an amazing job, basically a hand scrub and wash before the car wash.Incredible above and beyond customer service, when I was done and at the vacuums I was pleased there were no longer and tree debris down in the seams or windshield cowl. A standard wash alone would not have yielded those results (anywhere).Both Tidal Wave and Go do a fantastic job, however because of Tidal Waves extra attention and service Ill move my monthly membership to them on the next cycle.Prompt, Friendly and Reliable...EXCELLENT work guys!

Save your money and go elsewhere! Paid for wash, wax, and dry. Car still has bugs, dirt in places untouched by their brushes, and dripping wet. Vacuums have no vents to keep from getting stuck to carpet and mats when using. Ended up using my own shop vac to clean inside.

I wanted to make sure to give credit where credit is due! I’ve always received an excellent car wash at Tidal Wave and had an unfortunate experience over Labor Day weekend where a headlight was broke. Went back Tuesday morning and Mark took care of me and made some phone calls and went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend this car wash.

Great experience at Tidal Wave Car Wash. Staff started with a soft scrub brush to remove bugs off the hood and windshield. The rest of the automatic portion of the wash was fine and the basic wash included the “tire “shine”. I was surprised to find cloth towels to wipe the water droplets left from the wash we’re provided at the vacuum station. Everything and everyone impressed me enough to make me sign up for the monthly club membership. Great value and professional service.

The employees are nice and friendly. The wash itself is amazing and relaxing. They got free vacuums and cleaning rags.The most expensive option is little more than 20$. The only reason for the 3 star is the member ship is not really worth it for only being able to use 1car instead of 2.

Well at first it was awesome I loved the way my car looked after it was washed and I love the fact that they have a covered area as well as an open area for detailing your car and if it wasnt for the fact that lately everytime Ive gone something is either not working or you dont get everything youve paid for. The best part of going through the wash bay was the roller they had at the end to help polish your car buy it has only worked 3 times out of the last 2 months and Ive noticed that my car has several scratches and chip marks all over the hood and the sides of my car now or I would have given 5 stars. Im not sure what changed but I wish it hadnt.

The most expensive option did as well as cheaper options at other locations. I didnt notice any ceramic gloss used even tho I paid for it. People were nice.

I really wanted this place to do good, because I live in the neighborhood, but I was pretty disappointed. Their prices seem a bit on the high side - $10 - $25.I thought the rinse part of the wash was very short, so when I took a closer look when my car had finally dried, it had spots all over it. There were several places where the brushes didnt reach and left dirt, like around the edges of the window and side view mirrors.They can have the fancy touch screens and new building and signs all they want, but if youre a car wash and you cant get my car clean for at least $10, ill gladly go elsewhere to actually get my car clean for cheaper

We used this car wash for the first time a few weekends ago. We were pulling up to the automatic wash and my husband was just starting to pull our mirrors (they are automatic) In when a guy spraying the car shoved our driver side mirror in and it broke it. It only goes out, but won’t pull back in now. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the guy was extremely rude about it. We will not be going back, and I’ll be sure to share our experiences with our family and friends. So disappointing being that we had high hopes for the new car wash.

The cleaning of the car was excellent. When I asked a female employee a question about the pollen deal you guys have. She was unsure of the question and asked her fellow employee (male) he came at her so aggressive and told her to speak up. in front of out whole family and it was super rude. She took a deep breath and repeated what she asked him.and he was unsure him self. Gentlemen was very rude to his co worker. I didnt like how he treated her. He had two eyebrow piercing on his right eye brow. Next time you speak to a women please have more respect towards her she is human as well.Thanks

Took my truck through the wash. Not only did I find multiple scratches, but the rinse cycle is extremely poor quality. My truck was dried with soap still all over it, left multiple streaks along the sides of the doors. I paid for the top tier wash, and DO NOT recommend this car wash to anyone. Save your money and your car, go somewhere else.

I recently started a membership,but I always have left over soap on my car and I feel like the workers could be a little nicer. They always seem a little straight forward everytime I’ve been. And the number for the location takes you to talk to someone in Georgia. I’m canceling my membership,but the vacuums work amazing

The car wash itself was adequate. Horrible customer service.I pulled in with my very dirty truckAnd all they did the whole time was shake their head at me and give me dirty looks. I definitely Will not be returning

Your vehicle gets cleaned here, and the drying system is among the best Ive found in automatic washes.

The car wash was alright. Main concern is that it cracked my tail light cover! Just terrible! I try to call customer service and the number doesn’t even work! SMH

We were very impressed with this car wash. Lately in Blue Springs when we go sirens 15-20 on a carwash, its still dirty!!! We admit our van gets gross. This place has 2 guys doing some prescrubbing ahead of time and everything came off. The carwash itself had more bells and whistles than others for the same price, too. Very happy!

I came in with my truck, and it was a little muddy. Not caked on though. During the pre-wash, an employee came up and knocked on my window, signaling me to roll it down. I complied, though water was being sprayed. He then informed me that, we would appreciate it if you did not come in with mud on your vehicle like this. You should go somewhere else and spray it off before you come here. I will not be back, with service like this.

I recently received a few coupon for the $25 Ceramic wash so I decided to try it out. I detail my car periodically, I know my car well inside and out but with it being free and being in a hurry, I decided to try it. After the wash I came to the side to wipe down my car and to vacuum the inside. While I was wiping I noticed some deep scratches on my bumper, near the rear valence and one on the passenger door. I went to grab what I assumed is the manager to come look at my car. He further told me and I quote “my machines wouldn’t do that, those scratches were there before you got here.” I told him that those scratches were not there before I got there and he continued to say and I quote “Well there’s a dent there, was that from us too?” I told him that dent was there when I bought the car. He also told me if I make a complaint, it will go straight to him and he won’t do anything about it. I just got off the phone with corporate and waiting to hear back. Highly recommend to not go here, it is a complete joke and the management is awful and unprofessional.

It was a great wash. A couple vacuums were not working, which is weird for a new place.

I purchased the $20 wash and had high hopes because that’s a lot of money for a car wash. After waiting for 30 minutes I went through. I got out and some spots hadn’t even been washed. It was a terrible car wash and I wouldn’t even have paid $10 for it. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. Also the worker at the gate was very unprofessional and leaning into people cars without a mask on. I would not recommend.

Seemed to work well , the choices and way it is marketed is kind of confusing for pricing and add ons, I noticed also I didnt see a fleet account option.

Decided to try this place out and it was a disappointment. I chose the $20 wash, the soap did not rinse off completely and there was still caked on dirt in my tire wells. The vacuums were great, however, the overall washing process is subpar. I will not be returning.

Wash does a really nice deep clean. Only compliant is that the vaccines were not on and the towels to use on the vehicle where all wet already and I was the second person in line even they opened.

Paid 25 dollars for the ceramic sea gloss. Thought they would at least get the dirt and bugs off the front of my car but in actually disappointed with the wash overall. I went to go vaccum and still saw dirt and bugs on the back of my car and front. Youd think after paying 25 the attendant would try and scrub more off, I used the towels they provide to wipe and scrub twhat they missed off.
