These guys are on point! I was in and out in about 15 minutes! They changed my oil topped off other liquids amd aired up my tires! All very friendly, quick, professional, and all in all just top expierience! Would highly recommend!

Best carwash anywhere! I live on gravel roads and my cars get pretty disgusting. The soap and wax arent coming out skimpy like some other car washes I have been too and the pressure is perfect!

Great techs and reasonably priced and they dont try to sell you more than you need. When I went they were out of a certain kindand they upgraded my oil change for the same price very stand up guys.

A really great place for a quick oil change without all the upsells. They do let you choose from some options and I think thats totally reasonable. Ive been going here for years even after I moved further away.

This is the fastest oil change I have ever had. I didn’t get out of the car. Like it was a pit stop. In and out in under 15 minutes. Amazing!

Pro-Lube is actually a cool place. You just pull your car into the shop and they change your oil while you sit in the the car. The guys at this location are all very cool.

Great place, its like getting an oil change from a Nascar pit crew... If your in Blue Springs, MO and you need an oil change... This is the place to go. Especially if you dont want to be hassled or up sold.

Best place I have been to get my oil changed. Always very quick & go out of their way to help you out, plus the price for the quality you get is definitely worth it. The only place I will take my car for an oil change.

After I went to three different places to find a inspection station. I came in last night at 520pm and was turned away for a vehicle inspection. They stated that they had two ahead of me they stopped taking them at 5pm.(understandable). I prefer to give my money to small businesses. They then told me if I would be here in the morning the following day at 8 am they would get me in and out. I showed up at 745am and was first in line. The older gentleman came out to great me and said he would try to get me in and that oil changes were his companies main priority. Im not one to put in negative reviews however they knew I had surgery today as this was discussed the previous day and I was on a time crunch.....

I dont give 5 stars very often because I think that rating should be reserved for the elite. Ive said before that too many people give 5 just because they liked something & that skews the whole rating of a place or product.I have come to Pro-Lube on Woods Chapel for years to have oil changes and state inspections done and they are always very polite, courteous and done quickly. The waiting area is always very clean. Today we came to have an inspection done and they were CRAZY packed with cars around the building for both inspections and oil changes and it never slowed down. It was a Sat morning around 10am...super slammed! We waited and were out of there in exactly an hour which is what Scott told us it would be. I was perfectly fine with the wait. The staff were all hustling and working hard and friendly with customers. No one had a bad attitude, they were just getting the job done. Great job guys!Final thought...most oil change places you see have one of their employees holding a sign out front trying to wave business in. Pro-Lube has a help wanted sign in their window apparently because they have so much business.Must be doing something right. They are not going to be the cheapest in town but...

Quick, efficient and honest inspection. There was a small problem, they recommended a wonderful place for the fix, got it fixed and inspection completed. So refreshing to find those you feel you can trust! Great experience!

Ive been going for a while now and its the only place I will take any of our vehicles. They are the cheapest around and are one of the only places that hasnt done at least something wrong on any of my vehicles

One of the best oil change shops around. Shop is attached to a multi bay car wash. True professions change your oil here, none of the high school age kids standard at other brand name oil change shops. Also, none of the after the change problems common to other chains, such as loose filter, loose drain plug, etc. Prices higher than competitors, but quality service makes it worthwhile. Fair waiting room, normally fast service. Car wash discount available if purchased with oil change.

Best $10 car wash. Underbody wash, double wash, rain-X, spot free rinse, & LONG dry cycle. Every time I thought the service was complete, nope! Theres more! And this just the mid-level wash! Lola shall NEVER be dirty again!

Automatic car wash is one of the best in town.Needs new change machine.And the card reader on automatic car wash doesnt work every swipe either.Otherwise its one of my favorites.Just bring cash and ull be fine.

I called several inspection stations around town and Pro-Lube was the only place that I could get my daughters new truck inspected on short notice. It saved me because she is leaving town tomorrow and she always knows that Dad can take care of whatever the crisis is. Thanks Pro-Lube. Very courteous and professional too.

Nice quick inspection visit. Went well... Trying to find a place guy on phone was a little bit silly. Wife got he was joking. I wouldnt have and lost service. It was kinda disturbing I am Pickle Rick!!! from an employees phone every couple min, that was kinda annoying (in my office keep in on vibrate and we dont have clients walk in). Though done quickly... Appreciated that.

I had a unique experience at Pro-Lube, but it was an excellent one. My wifes cars are both serviced here, but I didnt realize what lengths these guys will go to for their customers until I brought my motorcycle in for an inspection. During the inspection, a fairly costly part was broken on accident. The guys at Pro-Lube arranged for it to be taken care of at Dells and they paid for the part and labor to make it right. They even gave me a ride home from the motorcycle shop. They were very nice and apologetic and their customer service skills were far beyond what most businesses offer today. I was incredibly impressed with them and cant recommend them highly enough!

Disappointed...Please contact me pro lube! You changed my oil on Friday night. I didnt drive my car again until sat at 5:30 pm headed to dinner on I70 and my heat shield hit the hwy! Of course you were closed. Luckily made it to Firestone on 7hwy with flashers on ...8 bolts missing? Really? Maybe the techs girlfriend that showed up distracted him and these werent tightened or never put on? Will expect a call on Monday if you dont hear from me first!

Been here several times for oil changes and inspections and never had a problem. Never a wait, no appointment necessary, staff is courteous and prompt, clean waiting area, prices are reasonable (best weve found for a diesel oil change) restroom available, a TV and a few toys for kids (not that these last two are necessary, but nice to have).

They always get me in right away because they operate first come first serve. Able to change oil in my F150 under 15 minutes & reasonable pricing.

These guys are great. They are quick and honest, just what I want from a lube shop. Ill gladly come back.

This place is ok, but it cost me over $50 for an oil change on my Kia. Prior to that, they changed the oil on my dads car and didnt screw the oil cap all the way on, so all the oil leaked out all over my garage floor and my driveway overnight. I now go to AAmaco on 40 highway and pay less than $30 for the exact same oil change. Same oil, same filter and pay more than $20 less.

I got a full synthetic oil change and somebody left a sandwich on top of my engine. I noticed it a week later when I was checking my coolant. I came back calmly and explained what had happened. The man I talked to was very polite and did not hesitate to give me a voucher for a free synthetic oil change.

These guys went out of their way to make sure I didnt pay for services I didnt need. Very impressed with their honesty and looking out for consumers. Highly recommended!

Broke a front wheel stud and didn’t offer to fix it. Found that a second stud was stretched and ready to snap. Heavy handed with the impact wrench on aluminum wheels. So 2 out of 5 lug studs ruined. Last trip there for sure.Will never return there and warning all to beware
