Do not use or trust this company. Long story short.... I only needed my vehichle towed literally 5 blocks. The driver did not agree with where I needed my vehichle towed to and was very vocal about it. The driver got into an argument with a man that was at the scene where my car needed to be towed from. I tried calming them both down. The driver even told the guy We can take it around behind the building and handle this. All while Im trying to get them to chill out and just get my car where I needed it to be. The other man left, and the driver dropped my car in the middle of the street, in wrong-way traffic, sitting long ways in the lane in the middle of the night in Birmingham and left me there by myself with my car. Thanks buddy!! I hope no one ever does his mother, wife, or daughter like he did me!
