After the longest day, I somehow got stuck DEEP in mud in my Aunts yard. After 5 and half terrible hours having to constantly check progress with my insurance, I was beyond frustrated. My Aunt suggested King Boyz. I called and got a fast, reasonable quote so I ordered service. The receptionist said the ETA was 45 min to an hour. She obviously under estimated THE CHAMP! Less than 10 min after I ordered service, I got a call from Champ (the gentleman assigned to help me). He asked if I was ready for him to come out. I said BEYOND READY. He legit told me to watch him work! Lol. He was there in less than 25min flat and had my car free and clear in another 20. The whole experience from call to done was so efficient. Champ was so friendly and had such a positive attitude that my mood changed. I requested an invoice for my insurance, and he wrote out one quick and told me Thank You like I helped him! I met a real life SUPER HERO today!My car stalled AGAIN (thats another story) but thankfully I was at the office. I called in my insurance roadside assistance benefit and an authorized tow service (no name shall be referenced) was scheduled. They immediately called to confirm and said they would be there in an hour ... an hour plus later no tow arrived. I called back and they asked me to give them another hour ... I said okay because we still had time to get the vehicle to the mechanic. Over another hour and no tow ... I called, they apologized and said a tow was in the area at another drop but WHEN they finished, they were on their way to me. I politely declined and canceled and made a direct call to KING BOYZ!The scheduler took my information with a guaranteed 60 minute arrival. Within 5 minutes, the SUPER HERO called and said that he was getting on the interstate and was on his way to rescue me .... he arrived within 30 minutes (in almost rush hour traffic), introduced himself, and announced that he was here to save the day (my words not his). He loaded my car on the tow bed and we proceeded to the mechanics shop. They were closed and we discussed where to safely drop the car.After a safe stow away, he turned to leave and I said, Wait!!! Whats your name again? He turned around and smiled and said, They call me CHAMP! ... indeed he was!!

I have had my car for 2 years and do not lock my doors because of a faulty alarm when it’s unlocked. All of a sudden today, after I informed the tow truck guy the keys was being left in the car, my doors are locked and there’s an additional fee. I never lock my doors. At home, at the store never. I try to support black owned businesses but this is a no for me. Super ridiculous.

Sent their by U-haul, nobody was there at scheduled time. We were told U-haul just rent their space for parking, no U-haul service is provided by them.

KC is GREAT! I requested tow service for 6:00 a.m. I received an email at 5:32 a.m. indicating they were on the way to my house. I received a phone call from KC at 5:37 a.m. stating he would be to my house in 5 minutes - BEFORE TIME!! KC was very pleasant (cold and outside and early in the a.m.), he was very professional, friendly and courteous. I rode to the dealership with him; wrecker was good and warm/hot and clean. He conversed, drove safely and we arrived way before the dealership even opened. He showed me a new route to BMW, which was much quicker.He even offered for me to stay in the wrecker until the service centered opened, but I told him I would just sit in my vehicle so that I would not hold him up. I would recommend your company to anyone and if all of your employees are like KC, then you have an excellent staff. KC is to be commended.
