Pros:Great selection! Found one of the two parts we needed. Nice, organized setup with plenty of room to work. Amazing website.Cons:Masks required in an open-air building when the state mandate was lifted. Masks are not complimentary, but $1 and cannot be refused for medical exemptions. Very unsafe. Employees wear masks improperly with noses exposed. No alternatives for medical mask exemption, like outdoor entrance to yard- VERY unsafe for medical conditions that except from masking. Cashier spoke a mixture of Spanish and English to English-speaking customers.

Pull-A-Part is the first to look for used parts. Bring your tools and wear some sturdy shoes because the lot is covered large gravel.

Good program to reuse parts. Getting in and out during covid is a little slower. But easy to get through. The website helps to search for parts before you go onsite and saves you time before you go.

Its a pull your own parts scrapyard, the bar isnt set high with scrap yards but I had a good experience. Vehicle inventory was accurate, staff was quite pleasant. Layout of the lot is functional and decently marked. Check inventory the morning before you come as these vehicles are quickly pulled apart and cycle frequently. I was able to get all of the parts I was searching for on this trip but go with the understanding that this wont always be the case. The inventory listed car may be missing half of the parts if enough people got to it before you and that is at no fault of the business. Early bird gets the alternator... Decent place, will be back.

Sold my car to them. They gave me a good amount and it was a very simple process. Took 5 minutes and the tow truck driver gave me cash on the spot. No questions or hassle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you’re selling a car

Just my luck tho they didnt have any cars like mine so i got some exercise and worked up a sweat but no parts which means my car still broke down!! But pull a part is my favorite junk yard of all!!

It was hot but I was able to get the tail light that I needed. It was half the price of me purchasing a brand new light. After watching the Youtube video, I put it on with no problems!!

The experience was nice. The parts were in good standards. The promptness of service to exit was good as well with nice price. Bring what you may need to disassemble some vehicles.

It was easy 2 find what I needed & an all around good experience except that know one knew were 2 send me 2 rent a golf cart. I was sent from one side & back to the other until finally I was told there were no more available. After walking thru 2 the inside I seen 4 golf carts all parked there up against the wall. Its obvious there needs to be improvements made there on were to rent them instead of a bunch of confused employees sending people back & fourth but other then that all was great.

I was hoping to get a great deal for driving 106 miles one way, nothing was there and got ready to check out with something the prize was over my head. So I left it there with the cashier. Also I did not get the Memorial Day 20% off at the time.

Great place to get really discounted parts if you are mechanically inclined. Really crowded so you should get there early and be sure to go online and check dates of vehicles you need parts from. The longer theyve been on the yard, the less parts there will be on it.

I couldnt be more pleased with the new tires and rims I purchased yesterday! The labor I paid to have the old ones removed and the new ones put on was much more expensive than the price of the tires and rims. Still, buying from Pull-A-Part definitelysaved me money!

They buy the leftover scrap that other yards won’t buy and have you come walk the yard just to see if a particular part is there not that there’s much chance it will be unless your in the market for 1987 Old’s Cutlass parts.

Had a good selection of the cars I was looking for. Pretty easy to deal with. tho I will note the roads on the way there are very rough.

Exactly what the name says. Of course pulling things yourself usually leads to minor injury, and used parts mean that they may not be in perfect shape.

Will definitely return if multiple parts are needed. Highly recommend renting a golf cart.

The employees are happy to be at this location and it shows.Alternator $26.20 + taxInstall $50 - $100Thats cheaper than most new big box store alternators. So as you can see by that example it pays to be smart. Plus youre getting OE parts and not some China garbage. Support your local economy people.

Full disclosure: Ive never been here before. I just didnt want to pay 65$ for a 16 year old console lid. So off to Pull A Part I go. I gave it three stars, not because my experience was negative, but because it was such a surreal experience for a wrenching newbie.Its like an amusement park, but a junk yard. Also someone was selling watermelon in the parking lot.It was a little horrifying, but I got my console lid and bonus seat adjustment lever for 10 bucks. So there you go.

Dont take your 10 year old, even though Ive been going there with my dad since I was 9, I can afford new parts, just like to see what I can find out there, guess Ill start putting cars together with new eBay parts instead, thats ridiculous, my son is my responsibility out there not halls, never going back!!!

85% of the time they have what I need. The part I dont like is as follows,When this place opened they had everything dirt cheap older vehicles galore. They would buy anything and filled their yard up fast,then the catch. After driving out all of the other junkyards that had been in business for decades they raised their prices. Also the started buying newer cars and seldom put a old vehicle(maybe 70s back) on the yard unless theyre in fairly good shape. In about 20years?they ran countless yards out of business. Also when they still put older cars on the lot my neighbors fathers truck was stolen and sold to them. Since it was a 1950 they dont need a title,even though the man found the truck and showed them mail with his name on it indide the truck he couldnt get it back. Birmingham police couldnt even get it done.

Decent reasonable prices for used parts. Good selection of vehicles in a variety of states. Lets face it, Id rather pay $20 for a used throttle position sensor that took me 10 minutes to find and collect that $120 brand new from a store, especially since once you remove it from its packaging you cant return it to the store.

I found a spare tire for my car there

I was trying to sell my car. The guy was an independent tow driver. They said that they would call 30 to 40 minutes before coming. He called at 10:26 and it is now 2. I have been in my front room waiting all day and no one showed up. Now Im on my way to work... You all need to come up with a better system. The worst service I have ever dealt with...😒😒😒

Absolutely disgusting process trying to sell them my car. The customer service was great but I waited all day for them to come and no one showed or called.I even called their dispatch and they confirmed for me that the hauler was coming to get it and still no one showed.Their pick up window is 8-5 and they couldnt even make that. The hauler claimed to have called me six times but my phone was silent all day.They may give you a better price for your vehicle but its definitely not worth it.

Help was available at the start. I had no problems at all. Friendly staff.

The prices at Pull-A-Part are very good, especially compared to Auto Zone, Spratlin Auto Parts to name just a few in my opinion. For example, I needed a door panel for my truck which couldnt be found anywhere for reasonable price (125.00)...long story short...Pull-A-Part price $20.00! Case Closed! No complaints here!
