Excellent CompanyMy daughter had a blowout on the interstate and Hurst ran two pick ups so she wouldnt have to wait.

The employees were very nice. My car was impounded by state troopers due to driving while revoked and the cost was $370 to get it out. $290 tow fee and $40/ day lot fee. I know that state makes that price not the towing company but that was PAST ridiculous. If u just need a tow they are very reasonably priced but whatever you do try not to get impounded by a state trooper.

We went to clean out our car after a wreck I had a few weeks ago they guy was very helpful an eighteen wheeler hit me while I was turning and when I seen the car it brought it all back to me the guy seen I was upset he helped my son get stuff outta the car cause it was packed full we had some clothes that had been donated due to our house burning down a few days before Christmas not only did he help but he genuinely cared. Best customer service Ive yet to find anywhere I appreciate the friendliness after all the grief Ive had.

Had on of our 18 wheelers go down yesterday north of Birmingham. Talked to a guy named skip and they arrived within an hour and a half and towed us to the dealership and are storing our trailer for us till we get repaired at no additional charge. I had a fantastic experience with Hurst Towing. I had called another towing company in Warrior/Hayden - Campbell Towing - and they quoted what i thought was a high price. I then called Hurst and got a much better quote so i decided to use them to tow my ISUZU Box truck. Mr. William was super nice and helpful with helping me understand their process and their fee. The driver showed up on time as promised, disengaged the axle and got the truck towed successfully with no issues. I would strongly recommend using Hurst!

My van was stolen in NC and recovered in Alabama. These people impounded my van on Friday and I arrived the next Saturday morning to get my van from them. $230 for a short tow, less than 24 hours of holding , and I had no choice in the matter. Then the guy demands cash after I have driven 6+ hours which he didn’t bother informing me of before I made the drive. These people are the real thieves. Heaven help you if you have a vehicle stolen and it ends up with these people. You will be robbed twice!! Avoid.

Thank you to Hurst Towing for helping us out at midnight last night. Our son had a blow out on I65 and was stranded an hour and a half from home. We called Hurst Towing who was able to send someone out immediately. The amount we were charged was very reasonable and they even recommended a local place for our truck to be towed to have the tires replaced. It was a great feeling to be taken care of by someone who made a bad situation a little easier to accept!

A week ago one of my employees wrecked a work van. It was evening time when I called dispatch to request a driver. Daniel responded, had to maneuver the wreck out of a ditch, and he brought it back to my house within a reasonable time and placed it directly where I needed. He was very polite and professional. While on my way home to Indianapolis I found myself with a flat tire in an unfamiliar place. Called Hurst to get my car towed. While waiting, they called back to say they could send someone to put the spare on for much cheaper than the cost of a tow. Their employee was at my car within 20 minutes of calling them and put my flat on for free. Very honest and helpful company!

My husband was on his way to Nashville from Birmingham and got a flat tire. A police officer saw him and recommended he call Hurst for roadside assistance. They came within minutes gave him honest helpful advice and most importantly took care of it! He was back on the road in no time! We have never had service this fast and this thorough. It felt like he had called a member of his family! Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for taking such good care of him!

I had a very positive experience with Hurst Towing this week. I was in a very comprised situation. First they made a recommendation which would have cut them out of my situation. The suggestion did not work out. They went above and beyond with my service at what I thought was a very reasonable price. My driver arrived promptly and delivered my truck to the repair shop about 10 miles away without my being present. Everything went very smoothly and my truck was transported safely. Very helpful and curteous service on the phone and by the driver. I was expecting the worse and got the best. Im sorry I dont remember the names, but they were great!

I have used Hurst Towing several times when I was in a pickle. They are extremely professional & are on site quick!! I have used Hurst Towing even when I am all the way across town despite the fact that I know I can get a cheaper price with a local company relative to my break down location. I choose them EVERY TIME because I know they will take care of me professionally & correctly EVERY TIME! They have the FRIENDLIEST drivers! Tow driver was quick and professional but be sure to get a price quotation BEFORE they tow you. Their rates are ridiculous and they consider a tow to be non-local even if it is within a mile of their shop and then will charge you extra for that as well. And don’t bother to complain, the owner gives 0 cares.Buyer beware

Hurst Towing is the best around! I have used them several times. The most recent, I was on my way to work and the door lock actuator failed on my car. There was no way to get in... The key wouldnt work and the remote wouldnt work. They came out in a hurry and got the door open for me. They turned a bad day into a great one real quick! Broke down about 4 hrs into a 13 hour drive with 5 kids. They were onsite very fast and the driver was extremely friendly. The great service during a not so pleasant time made things a little easier. Highly recommended!

This company just came out and towed my Chrysler Crossfire from 50 ft off the side of the road. It was practically unscathed when Tim expertly removed it from the brush. I would definitely reccomend this company again and the price was incredibly fair for the amount of time he put into the job.

Today, my wife and I were leaving VA Medical Center in Bham. 35-40 miles headed north we had a blowout. I had a spare tire. I had my trusty 4-way. I had NO JACK. (Not even gonna say it) I called Hurst Towing, as my wife and I were now stranded in sweltering heat. Told the fellow that answered the phone, about our plight. He asked where I was located. Just south of exit 389, I replied. He answered, You know were in Fultondale, right? Being from Tennessee, I had no idea.. Exit 367. I said never mind sorry to bother you. He asked me for my phone number and said he would send someone, right away. In my excitement/frustration, Im ashamed to say, I did not get this fellows name.After a few minutes waiting, a fellow pulled up behind me, and helped me get the trucks tire changed. Just a minute, or two, after getting things back together, I got a phone call from the rollback driver, wanting to know my precise location. I explained the events to him, told him I would be more than happy to wait for him to arrive and pay him for his travel, at least. He told me not to worry about that at all. He was just happy to know that we had it taken care of. Asked me TWICE, if we were safe to get back on the road, and replied Nobody needs to be stuck on the side of the road, in this heat!. I asked him if he wanted me to follow him back to the shop, so I could pay him. His answer.. Dont worry about it. And once again, in my astonishment, I did not catch the drivers name, either. My apologies.I have a lot of friends in the Cullman area, and BELIEVE ME, they will KNOW Hurst Towing, from this day forward. Both of these men are SAINTS in my book. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HURST TOWING, if you are EVER in need. These men need to be rewarded for their EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I cant thank you enough!

My family and I were driving down I59 Sunday and truck #48 was being an a-hole; Riding my tail, flashing lights, swerving, honking his horn. My family and I weren’t necessarily in “danger” but it’s the principle. The male/female had open road to where all that was unnecessary which it became intentionally. Called their office and spoke with a gentlemen who sounded half sleep with no supervisor on duty. Still have yet to receive that phone call.

Are you kidding me. You charge $125.00 to pull a truck out of the mud about 7 ft on flat ground. Just a pull out not even load my truck on your truck. This was not even far from your office. Very dissapointed and will never call you guys for help again. Just way over price for the service.
