Garrett has to be hands down one of the best humans on Earth. Someone raised him right! Kind, courteous, and respectful...the list goes on.I had to use Weil 2 times in 2 weeks. The first tech not sure of his name was also outstanding. He asked me if I knew the problem. He asked me if I was alone or needed him to wait with me. He said he had a mother, sisters, and daughter and a man is supposed to protect ensure women are safe.I think they said the owner was Pops. Well Pops you keep on doing whatever you are doing with your employees...its shows in their work and how they treat others!!!

Broke down at a consignee some odd mechanical issue, click came and picked up the truck and was very clean, professional, and knowledgeable of his craft. Click has given me something to look forward to when I have the cdl experience and go heavy tow. I have a background in light and medium duty towing and hope to go heavy one day. Click was awesome and made my not so good day an absolute amazing time and experience. We experienced a double blow-out at 5:30 am. The dispatcher was outstanding! She was friendly, polite, and obviously experienced. Our wrecker showed up exactly as promised at 6:30. We were towed to Discount Tire, arriving at 7. We had two new tires put on and were back on the road before 9. He went above and beyond his job to help us!!! Was super friendly and was quick to respond to the call! Just an amazing driver with a super personality!! My husbands car broke down so we called Weil Wrecker. They gave us an estimated time of 2 hours, they got there in a quarter of the time. Our guys name was Matt. He was super kind and even suggested what he thought was wrong with the car. It was our first time getting a tow and we will be calling them again if, God forbid, we ever need another tow. We have an account and I use them 5-6 times a year. 3 stars only because the drivers have always been awesome once they arrive. Had a truck broken down on hwy 280 on double oak mt called at 7:09 pm on a Sunday. After giving information and her looking up our account she said it would be 3 hours and I had to stay with the truck. I questioned having to stay with the truck(never had to before) and she assured me saying “it was after hours and it was required”. At 10:00pm (3 hours later) after no tow truck I called again. Said driver was on his way and that i must be at the truck for driver to tow it even after I pleaded about the 3 plus hour wait. 30 minutes later the driver Calls for more information about what type of truck and locations and when I mention having to wait he said “no you have an account you don’t need to wait”.The drivers always are polite and accommodating BUT whoever answers that phone for Weil STINKS!!

Im livid!!! When they towed my car and pulled it up on the truck they disconnected my catalytic converter from my manifold and now my car sounds like a diesel engine. When I lightly told the owner and had him look at it he said that it was a rough spot causing the problem when you can plainly see that it was disconnected! Basically they didnt want to fix what they messed up! So dont use their service, cuz they will deny doing any damage and wont fix what they messed up!

The tow drivers i met along with the owner are pretty cool. Enjoyed going through wreckmaster with a few of them. Having to impounds from them were pretty simple the dispatchers never gave me a hard time and was always helpful

There are so many great things I can say about this company.. I was in Birmingham heading to Atlanta when I needed a tow. I called Weil Wrecker and my baby was crying so loud that neither me or the dispatcher could hear each other. The young lady stayed on the line with me until she got the information to send the driver. This all occurred at night about 10pm. Just as soon as I calmed the baby the driver was there...just like that..I knew that God had answered my prayer. The tow driver was the best, very professional ,patient and kind. I hesitated to call for help.. I tried for hours to help myself because it was dark and I was traveling alone with kids.. I said a prayer and I called.. Im glad I did . Not only did they get me on my way to Atlanta but they brought juice and snacks for my baby. Im teary-eyed now as i recall this day.. These are good people , God sent people. I want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I was so frustrated that I didnt take down your names..Its ok because I will ALWAYS remember Weil Wrecker..Thank You Again and Again!! ❤❤❤🙏🏾🙏🏾

A good group of guys who are very knowledgeable about their job but they are a little pricey.

Mr. James Johason picked up and returned our vehicle. He was extremely courteous and professional. He was a pleasure to deal with. Also, his truck was in pristine condition. It gave me the impression that this company has high quality standards. Hopefully we don’t need a wrecker service again, but if we do this is who I’m calling.

We are not from around here and needed a tow with our camping trailer and the two gentlemen that arrived to help us were so professional and very caring. They went out of their way to help us. This company was the only ones who would come and help us late at night in rough area. We could be happier with the experience.

My fiancée and I were on the side of a busy Highway and called them because they said they were 24 hour towing service. The owner cussed us out called us stupid and screamed and hollered into the phone. I have never been treated so bad by a business. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. He was furious because we couldnt pinpoint exactly where we were. We were traveling and didn’t know the area. He charged over twice what everyone else charged and screamed at us every time we had to talk on the phone to us. I was sick from a UTI infection and already upset. I have never witnessed such a thing as an owner of a business talking to a customer like that. It was horrendous. The driver of the service was wonderful and wouldn’t give up yet the owner cussed him out too! This guy shouldn’t be allowed to interact with the public.

First time using this towing company and I was a little hesitant at first but Im glad I made the call to them now. Mason was very professional in his service and everything was done in a timely manner. Im definitely going to be using these guys again next time I need them, hopefully that wont be for a while though.

The tow took about 45 min to arrive and the price seemed standard ($75 to get my car on the trailer then $4 a mile) and however I have contacted them three times attemping to get a copy of my receipt for my insurance and they have yet to email it to me. I would be more than happy to change my rating when I receive my receipt.

Middle aged african american women at the desk was very short and rude. I already had to fork out $320 then I was told to wait outside in the hot & waited Abt 15 mins before returning inside to be told that they were having to jump my car off (wouldve been nice if someone came out & let me know) and then had to wait another 20 mins for someone at a freaking wrecker yard to find jumper cables. So sorry to have bothered your staff

Well we used them to tow one of our uab trucks and they ripped off the muffler when they dropped it off and didnt tell anyone like they messed up and ran from the problem but I think they paid to have it fixed so its all good I guess

James Harless, the driver, was professional and i was impressed with how secure he chained and secured my service truck to his wrecker. No way it could have come off! He took me back to my shop and his wrecker was very clean and nice. I have used a lot of tow services over the years for my customers and Weil was my best experience by far

CEDRIC WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE TOWED MY TANKER SEMI ALL THE WAY FROM EAST BIRMINGHAM TO TUSCALOOSA WITHOUT ANY ISSUE. IT WAS A DIFFICULT TRIP TOO WITH TIGHT TURNS AND STEEP GRADES. A++

Ive used this company many times,never had an issue until today,they took over 2 hours to arrive and dispatch kept saying they were almost here the whole time,car didnt arrive on time to the mechanics and costed in multiple aspects.the tow guy was great,dispatch is their issue,not reliable

There seemed to have been some miscommunication between the office staff and driver resulting in me having to wait longer than I was told. The customer service and the drivers knowledge completely made up for it. Being stranded on I65 at 8 pm is never ideal, but the courteousness of the staff made the experience much less painful. Nathan, the driver, was very helpful and apologetic. He even diagnosed my truck, and I was lucky that it was a small issue that I could fix myself for $5. I hope this never happens again, but if it does I will be giving these nice folks a call.

I just witnessed a guy in truck #51 help an old couple on HWY 280 in this busy traffic. I never used their service but I will call them if I ever need help because morals and values are imperative during these times. May I mention this trucker was not asked to help or anything he was in a totally different lane. Everyone passed and blew their horn at this elder couple but he ran out to assist them. I really thought this was BEAUTIFUL you have the right kind of people in this company .

My son had a wreck in Mtn Brook 6-18-20 and Weil charged me $302 to tow car 13 miles!!! Are you serious? That’s absolutely outrageous. NEVER USE WEIL.

He arrived promptly, treated me respectfully, and truly showed that he cared about helping me get out of the situation I was in. He used the wench on his truck (#75) to help pull my SUV out of a ditch that I had slid into on a rainy night and promptly got me on my way home. Many, many, many thanks to Joel and Weil Wrecker...he was such a blessing when I needed him!!
