Nothing but problems since I moved in. Management failed to disclosed issues with plumbing and sewer lines. Unit has flooded several times. Also I have to deal with the bathroom smelling like a sewer so bad that I keep the window open all the time, and close the bathroom door. It’s a shame that I was not told the truth before I moved in, had they told me the truth I would not have chosen Maple Road Townes. I’m at a loss of words and disheartened by the experience. I understand wanting to make money but you should at least be honest.

Horrible experience from start to finish in my 2 years living here. I feel the owner bullied me to move out after falsely accusing me of parking in other residents assigned spots, when Ive never received a warning or caused a problem. I also feel he bullied other neighbors to move out. When paying over $1000/month you should be treated well. Instead, the leasing agent was unprofessional, maintenance would come in without my knowledge, and they require letters upon letters for proof of high income. Lease anywhere other than this property that is owned by The Beneicke Group / Doriad Properties!
