I’ve lived in a different apartment almost every year I’ve lived in Birmingham, it it wasn’t until living with Dwell that I found a management company that actually cares about tenants and property. Fast and responsive maintenance and management, friendly, and great affordable spaces to live in that are convenient to down town.

12/2020 update: still love it here. Moved in 8/2020 and haven’t had a single problem besides tiny maintenance needs (expected with old buildings) and they are SO FAST to fix anything. Not sure I would rent from anyone else really. Rent from these people!!8/2020 : This has been my first rental experience ever - and I’m SO happy we decided to go with Dwell. I have friends who use them as well and I have heard nothing but good news. Such a relief after touring multiple other properties in the area with no luck. They are super quick to try to resolve maintenance issues, they’ve even reached out to me to make sure things were resolved before I even had the chance to contact someone. We moved in 3 weeks ago and are so in love with the place. The entire process was pretty simple, our neighbors are great, the neighborhood is wonderful and really haven’t had any trouble with parking. And they’re pet friendly! I love coming home from work and seeing everyone’s cute puppies and cats lounging in the windows 🥰🥰

We lived in Haven a little over 2 years; it was a great price and location. Joseph was extremely helpful, accommodating, and kind. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and professionally. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend their apartments to anyone!

Dwell Properties is a rare gem in apartment leasing. The staff are quick to respond. The property and amenities are top notch and affordable. A+

The 1st visit: vacancies posted inside windows - now each visit afterwards with no information. I wish I could get a 2br apartment to rent from one of their buildings.

Ive lived at one of their apartments for 2.5 years, Joseph is great and always super accomodative and understanding. He actively took steps to get out of a contract with a terrible ISP during the first year of my stay, very open to you making your apartment your own with aesthetic changes, and he is always very easy to get in touch with.The apartments are great. They are older so expect higher utility bills and some noise, but they are kept in good shape and Ive never had any problems that werent immediately addressed. In these 2.5 years, Ive also seen the fewest pests/bugs inside than anywhere else Ive ever lived.

Have been renting for almost a year now. Joseph and all the staff have been great and easy to deal with. Quick to solve repair or maintenance issues. What more can you ask for.
