Ive been living at Pooks Hill for 7 years. Ive seen good changes throughout. The property is kept cleaned and the Management is great. I love my apartment and Maintenace is great as well. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone.

I am pleased to express that the Pool Hill tower and court community is really great, it has a very good environment to live safe and in harmony. The team that manages the office is human and they are very well trained, especially their manager, Ms. Rozalia, is very efficient and capable as well as the rest of the team.

I love the community here and recommend it to everyone. The manager is very effective, she and her staff members are positive about helping the residents here; the service is great.

I have lived here for more than one year. Car theft happened here one month ago. my car air bag was stolen and window is broken. I contacted the manager in Pooks Hill and asked what they will do to avoid the accident. They didn’t provide any good solutions at all. I’m very disappointed with the management team here in this community.

Throughout my life I have lived in many countries hence apartment communities and this is defiantly one of my favorite. I love this community because its a very peaceful neighborhood and wonderful place to live specially for children. I must say Im very impressed with Pooks Hill Tower and Court. All together and on and off Ive been living here for about 4 1/2 years and the leasing office and maintenance staff are indeed attentive, very professional, pleasant and helpful. Maintenance is on top of everything and responds to work orders promptly. I am very pleased and satisfied with residing at Pooks Hill Tower and Court and will always recommend it to others.

I have been living to this place for 2 years now. I am in front of the parking lot and I really love the place. its quite, well placed from my job. The management is really great. Every single time I have an issue. Someone is here to help me out. I recommend the place if you want to live in bethesda and your work is close to where you live. Just love it.

I love the place i call home. The office staff and the maintenance crew are super friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time in pookhills and i will always recommend it to others. Lovely place to live, plenty of parking space, the rooms are very spacious, brand new washing machines. This place is calm and quietly , that make me relax and forget about being distracted, my sleep has improved since i moved here. Also there is a lot of paved walkways if you like to walk or walking the dog.

I have been living in Bethesda area for quite a bit already, but the management at Pooks Hill goes always above my expectations. The staff is friendly and very helpful, whenever I need something to be fixed in my unit is quick and clean. The maintenance man is always very professional and seems that he knows what he is doing. I have been treated like a family since day one when I moved here. I am happy with the location and the comfort they offer. I have a laundry in my unit, everything is clean and organized- What else would I need :)!

I love the neighborhood! The staff and the neighbors are pleasant. This is definitely the place to live, if youre looking for your first apartment, for starting newlyweds, or if you have children. Suburban Hospital is around the corner. You will be in the center of DC and VA and the surrounding beaches. I hope to see you as my new neighbor!

Pooks Hill Tower & Courts meets all of my needs. It’s clean, quiet, affordable & the members of staff are extremely professional & friendly. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment and the metro is less than 10 minutes away!I would highly recommend this apartment!

Of all the buildings I lived in, there is no doubt that Pooks Hill Towers is the most successful. The place is always clean, the residents are pleasant, the staff are always there to help and offer solutions to any problem. There was not one time when I asked for anything and I did not receive a response that day. There is just everything you need. Warmly recommended!!!

One minute away from I-270, I-495 inner loop and outer loop. A bus stop is located just in front of the apartment building to metro stations. A perfect place to commute anywhere.

I stayed here for most of 2017. The walls are pretty thick, never really heard my neighbors to the side or above. Might have just been lucky with quiet neighbors, but overall I had a really good time in this building. Never any issues with pests, and the ac/heat work pretty well. Im actually trying to go back!

Great place to live, I wish it could’ve last longer apartment building kept in great condition and for a good price. For it to be over 500 ppl living here everyone knows everyone. But here some important things: neighbors are worried about everything but there home. The Spanish lady that cleans in the morning super noisy, she’s ask a lot of questions. One big problem I had was the community manger gave one of my neighbors personal information about my lease. Maintenance came in my house to fix some things bit decided to report to the community manger that my daughter mom was in MY apartment. Then I get a call from her (community manger) asking me who do I have living in my apartment. SMH OMG

I love it here The staff is really good an helpful an the complex is really nice an the area is good too I would refer everyone to come live here its nice an peaceful an quite and I have no complaints thank you to the staff that work here for everything they are very helpful when I need something done THANK YOU.

Pro:- Affordable rent near the District.- Nearby many transit routes (495, 270, etc.)Cons:- Upper management (Vantage) is not helpful. They only seem to care about timely rental payments and holding tenants to their leases. Bugs in your apartment? Laundry not working? Disorderly neighbors? Advance notice about out-of-service elevators or water being shut off? Frequent fire alarms? Forget about it!

There are a lot of bugs, bed bugs, cockroaches and mice in our room apartment at Pooks Hill Court apartment but after we reported it to the office they do not taking care of right away and look like the staffs didn’t care what happened to the apartment.It’s such bad experience.

Newly renovated very clean. however its very noisy in the hallways and walls dont seem very thick... you can hear your neighbor talking or walking around upstairs...

Worst management company ever! They discriminate against the disabled and their service pets. The fridge here has leaked a river across my kitchen floor since they replaced the ice machine (which didnt work when I moved in). Theyve still refused to replace said fridge or dishwasher that contains black mold. Ill be going way over their heads to the building owners in Monday.
