I cant say enough good things about Julianne who is far better with managing my property than the previous management company. She and her staff are responsive and have access to repair people who are fair in pricing. I am so thrilled and lucky I found this company. I highly recommend.

Julianne has been very helpful with managing my house in Chevy Chase. She is always very responsive and happy to take time to answer any questions I may have. She is great about keeping me informed with all the maintenance items that come up, and also keeping up with the required rental license, lead paint inspections, etc. I would recommend her services, and, I promise, you wont be disappointed!
