Maureen and Shane are total gems and made living at Cambridge Square really enjoyable. Every time we needed something fixed, Shane was extremely responsive, left us hand-written notes with updates, and even gave us his phone number for a quicker response time. I loved that Maureen also lived on site and was always friendly and available during business hours.WC Smith is the property management company and their website was well set up. They even have a phone app, so it was extremely easy to set up autopay for rent, even when splitting with roommates. You can also use the app to request repairs.The property itself was well-managed, but definitely showed its age (built in the 50s). We had a few pests, but Shane always addressed it quickly. I enjoy living in no-frills garden-style apartments (vs. fancy high-rises) and the affordable rent, included parking spot & utilities, and convenient location made this a great place to live. Plus, my neighbors were really friendly too. There are a lot of long-term tenants (families + retirees).We only decided to leave because we wanted to get a dog and Cambridge Square only allows cats.

I have lived at Cambridge Square now for over one year and can confidently say that Ive been overall very pleased with my experience. The value for the downtown Bethesda area is really quite excellent. The property manager, Maureen, is very kind and always willing to answer any of my questions promptly. Ive found the maintenance team very nice and quick to handle any issues that arise.The building itself is in pretty good shape, considering the age. They have done a decent job with upkeep, but some items show some real wear (tiles in bathroom/tub, paint on walls and in hallways, etc). However, I have to say that the pros have definitely outweighed the cons for me so far. This complex is a great value for what you pay.

I loved my time at Cambridge Square when I had first moved to the area. Utilities being included made my life a little less stressful. For the price, I do wish they had in unit Washer and Dryers, but was glad for the Dishwasher and amount of space. I often think back to my time here and recently considered moving back down (from Rockville) in part because of how nice the apartments were in addition to the couple who managed the property - they were extremely kind and hard working to meet my needs.

I have lived here since 2001. Wonderful management. Wonderful neighbors. Close to restaurants, public transportation, METRO with free shuttle bus. Great schools. You will not be dissapointed if U choose to live here. I welcome U as my neighbor . I have been so happy here, as a parent, a single and a grandparent. We have a place for all. And we are in a very short walking distance to NIH and NAVY. MEDICAL. Welcome.
