Eric & Steve were very friendly, and knowledgeable. They were honest, and did quality work at a fair price.

I personally did not have a good experience with this place, I came to them for break service last month but they just fixed the back ones and never check the front breaks. Later , my front breaks start to make noises and when I explained the problem to them, the guy who is at the front desk was rude and told me I’m hinting that I want them to do it for free ? By the way he said he is the manger. I won’t come to this place again.

I trust the staff at this Monro to do quality work at a fair price. The work and price are always discussed with me up front so there are no surprises. The work is done in a timely manner.

Eric gave me the best deal on a full set of tires.Ive used them in the past, and will use them in the future.I appreciate the hours, and their ability to meet my schedule. Called up that morning, dropped off that evening, work was completed well under an hour!

Got a quick oil change sunday morning. 2 guys were top-notch and fast. JiffyLube across the street are 2× as much and slow as molasses. Monro is the spot to go to.

When I went in there for the inspection both my license plate lights worked but somehow or other as soon as you got it into the garage they didnt work anymore then he charged me to replace them funny thing is I took the two bad ones out and put them in my pocket so he couldnt reuse them as this game goes on he put my old lights back in there and charged me for doing nothing whatsoever

I turned my vehicle in at 7:50 AM for an oil inspection without an appointment so I wasnt expecting service to begin right away. I explained that I work right next door til 4:30 and to please call when ready for pickup. Lunch time rolls around with no update so I call and find out my vehicle hasnt been serviced yet which is fine - Im still working so not like Im going anywhere. 3:30 comes with no update so I call and find out my vehicle has been ready for pick up. This is frustrating as I was expecting to receive a call and do some errands during an afternoon break but by the time I decided to check in the work day was about done.I had a coupon for an Oil Change and More for 9.99 if dropped off before 11 AM. The total for everything came to 17.31 and when I asked about the final price the manager was quick to say the discount was given and that theyve been doing this for years. I did have to read the fine print on the coupon, and the manager was correct, but I would have appreciated walking through the total due. It is also advertised that I receive additional services as part of the oil inspection but I see nowhere on the customer copy that these services where actually performed. My mileage In and Out on the customer copy was 500+ miles short my actual mileage for some reason.I had to return to the store to request a window sticker for a reminder of my next oil change. Youd think the sticker would be pretty standard but this scenario happened here before when my wife had her state inspection and oil change months earlier.The little things added up with my experience today. In the future I will just go to Valvoline where the oil change is instant and I know all the advertised services are being performed.

I came here to have a tire put on. Although the receipt said the lug nuts were torqued to 80 lbs, they were clearly WAY over tightened with an air wrench. It took everything to get those suckers loose and luckily none of the studs broke. I redid the job myself with the correct torque but shouldnt have had to.

I have used Monro Muffler and Brake twice. The first time the person at the desk was rude, gave few details, even when asked. So, I thought, maybe the person was having a bad day, no problem.Now, for the second visit... Same as the first with the bad attitude spread wider throughout the shop. Walked in at 8:15 am, again, rude, little information, little effort explaining. Also, the person at the desk had no mask during this COVID outbreak and the general cleanliness of the lobby was not good. Even with this, I had faith, maybe this was again, just a glitch in customer service, so I left my vehicle and headed home.A few hours later, I get a call from the service technician, with a list of items required for repair. Ok, at this point I am still patient, listening no problem. However, I would say, based on my experience building custom cars and race cars that some of the suggestions made by the technician were questionable. Anyway, knowing that I can do the work on my own, I thank the tech and do not agree to the work, instead deciding to pick up my car and complete the work on my own. Again, no problem. Now, heading down to the shop to pick up my car, still not bothered as the tech seemed at least friendly. But, back in the lobby to collect my car, now another person at the desk, this time wearing a mask, thankfully; but same bad attitude, not friendly, no answers to friendly questions, just short answers with a quick push to payment. No problem, but getting annoyed by now, but still I am trying to be positive. Car now moved out of the shop, I should note that I have seen less organized auto shops, but not many; tech again, friendly, but no mask, not even a wipe of the steering wheel, again COVID and few precautions in place .I dont dispute that possibly some have had good experiences, but I never have, and wont go back. There are many other quality automotive shops in Bethel Park, I would suggest avoiding Monro Muffler and Brake, my two cents. Thank You.

Good service, way cheaper than everywhere around. The dude that works the desk can be a little short sometimes but it seems hes just busy. Always does good work and they top off and check things even when brought in for other simple stuff like oil changes.

After stopping at 4 different shops in the area and being told they could not do a flat repair, I stopped at Monro. The manager immediately took my keys and got me in right away. These guys went above and beyond to help me out, Im so appreciative. They took the time and fixed my tire on a Saturday afternoon and got me and my daughter back on the road. Definitely will be back.

Needed a quick tire repair. They had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Perfect job and reasonable price.

Had a set of wheels & tires mounted and balanced here. They scheduled me first thing in the morning and it was done by noon. Employees were friendly and helpful. Personally think they did an awesome job. Highly reccomend.

Eric Smith the store manager was awesome. Had a flat tire after work and he took a look at it right away and was able to place a plug in the tire and did not even charge me. He had the tire fixed and me out of the place within 5 minutes. Great service. Thank you Eric.

Steve, the Asst. Mgr., reassured me that they could handle the issue with my smelling gas and seeing a drip. I was prepared for the worst and VERY PLEASANTLY surprised when he called to say it was my fuel filter and provided an estimate below what my mind had envisioned. And, the repair was completed as indicated and within just a couple hours that the disruption to MY day was absolutely minimized. Got me in and done in the same day, knowing I needed it done fast to make it home for my baby brother’s graduation! Literally called the day before, made an appointment. There are also so many good stores and shops around so waiting was not an issue!

I changed my oil and done wheel balancing. I have to say it was the fastest service ever done as he changed the oil instantly without any appointment. I would recommend this place.

They never tightened the calipers on my car after completing the work. Thank God I had an appointment at Firestone the next morning to finish my inspection and they caught it, and fixed it. I drive my kids in this car, it could have been very bad.

Correction-state law does not give a mandatory grace period,it is something a reputable shop does as a courtesy.Personally I have never had to pay for a re-inspection after I have fixed the issue.Eric,the manager,double charged me for a failed inspection.State law gives a grace period to fix the issue and have it re-inspected, it wasnt worth the arguement to me.I wont be back.

Made an appt to get a specific tire at a specific time. Appt got approved and I got the confirmation email. When I arrived with my toddler they THEN told me they didnt have the tire, they could give me a more expensive one. Bait and switch?? It would be HOURS before the tire I selected online could arrive at the shop. Didnt want to wait HOURS with a toddler. Shop couldnt explain how my appt got approved for that time (and I selected Ill wait while the work is done) when they didnt have the product to fulfill my order. Went to Bruce brothers up the street and sat in their massage chairs while I got my new tire

Awful customer service. I went in for an oil change which was quick but then the next morning my remote start didnt work. I went back because it had worked before I took it in and the guy was extremely rude. I was visibly upset and the guy yelled at me saying there was nothing that he could have done that would have caused it which made me almost start crying. He figured out what the issue was and it was in fact his fault. Awful experience and I wont be back.

Trustworthy and professional. Very happy with the work thats been done on our cars, and we also use this location for inspections and tires.

Dont waste your time getting an inspection where they cant change a light bulb. Registering an out of state vehicle for PA, you get 10 days to complete your inspection. On day 2, I tried to schedule an appointment for Saturday (day 3). I was told the earlier the better, only to get there at 9:30am on a Saturday and was told that the next available slot was 3:30pm. Already wasting my time with miscommunications. Come back at 3:30 and am told that the only things wrong is the catalytic converter needs replacement and a light in the gauge cluster needs replacement and it should then pass inspection. Of course, the earliest a cat will be in is Monday (day 5) and it will then need to be driven 100 miles and get returned to replace the light and retry the inspection. I do that, spend $500 on a cat, and more importantly 7 days, only to come back and be told that I cant pass inspection because Monro cant replace a burned out engine light. 7 days later, 500 in the hole, and Im back to looking for a mechanic for a light bulb and an inspection having wasted my time with Monro because they were not up front about what they can and cant do here before I started.

Dont ever go here even if your life depends on it.I went to get an inspection and asked them change out two tires as well.Driving home two days later the wheel starts to shake violently.Pulled over to see whats up and noticed two lug nuts are missing, and the other 3 are finger tight.Thats right they couldnt handle the simplest task possible.F these idiots.
