This is a family owned business that is local to the Pittsburgh area. I bought tires from them in the past and recently had a tire plugged. Both experiences were positive. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and professional. Having my tire plugged was only 36 dollars and they got me in immediately, where other tire places were telling me they couldnt do it for a few days. Saved me from having to put a spare on. Their prices are very reasonable. They dont use stupid gimmicks like buy 3 tires, get one free (but by the way you have to pay for an alignment even if your car doesnt need one to get the free tire). Ill be going there again when i need new tires. They had my tire plugged and back on the road in under 45 minutes. Plus, nice lounge areas while you wait. Highly recommend.

I came in with a nail in my tire. I was able to speak with a friendly associate who addressed my concerns right away. They were able to pull out the nail and patch the hole. This was done in under 20minutes and at an affordable cost.

Wow what a fabulous place. All the front end staff are extremely knowledgeable. My wife and her best friend have been going to Bruce Brothers for 3 years now and swear their service is excellent. And I have to agree. The mechanics are on point every time. The service is fast and top notch. Shawn and staff are up front about all the work that you need done. Absolute professionals! They had the exact tires I needed in stock. I called late Friday and was able to get an appointment for Saturday. They said it would take about an hour. I was in and out in 52 minutes. Fantastic service. Ill absolutely be returning.

I was very impressed with the whole process from getting the quote online to making my appointment. The process was quite easy and the price couldnt be beat. The fact that my appointment was for 930 and that is what time they took my vehicle back. Like I said I couldnt be happier

Id been having them mount and remove my Winter tires for about five years. I went there for State inspection and they reported to me that my rear brakes could use pads. I told them to go ahead and perform that work. A few days later I discovered that they cross-threaded all the lugs on my rear wheels. It only took a few days to find out because I had to get a recall done at the dealership and their shop found the lugs cross-threaded. I needed to have the dealership fix in order to get the other work done. It was a pain and it cost me money. I emailed the proof to Bruce Bros. The manager called and said he would address it upon my next visit but Im afraid to go back. No way should a tire store ever cross-thread wheel lugs. Never happened to me before and I have had hundreds of tire rotations, brake jobs, inspections, etc. at dozens of different shops in the many cities where I have lived and worked.

They were honest and transparent. Let me know if something I had booked but ended up not needing saving me $650. And - remedied the issue I was having.

25 year customer that cant say enough good things about Scott and his employees. Top notch service, low pricing coupled with excellent advice is hard to find these days. A local business over the national chains is the way to go and Bruce Brothers proves that everyday.

They have a better selection of tires than MOST places, its true. But I can never get friendly or good service there. It seems they always give me the most cranky or busiest person who couldnt care less about answering my questions. (My questions take like 30 seconds too folks. Not like Im asking alot). I only went because they had the tires I wanted and included a free alignment. But Im really sad about the service end of things.

Took me in last minute before close to remove valve stems from rear tires do to caps fusing. (Never use aluminum caps without using an anti seize goop, or stick with plastic🤦🏼‍♂️) I was a first time customer and after the service provided I will definitely be a returning!! The service tech was super nice, I only gave 4 stars , my situation was I had a crack in my rim, went to a junk yard and got another rim, brought new tire and rim to Bruce bro , to install tire on rim . explained to employee what happened, next day my tire pressure light came on, I kinda wish the guy would have told me that there was a monitor in the old rim I needed to take out, my fault yes ,but It would have been nice if he would have said something , Im sure they know these things. With tire pressure monitors . Now I have to pay again.

Just went for an alignment for my truck. They hardly had to do anything so the nice service writer didnt even charge me but when I went out to get into my truck there were 3 grease spots on my seat. 2020 with 1700 miles. Thankfully they came right out but they service guys gotta check their behinds

Great first impression and visit. Friendly customer service, got an appointment that fit my schedule. Large lobby area too. From end alignment done and adjusted to specs on my Sienna minivan within an hour. It’s been out of whack for quite some time now, glad they took care of it. Amazing and quick service. I was shocked at the curtesy inspection and the fact that it was texted to me. I didnt have to get an annoying call. Im sure they would call if the issue deemed it to be necessary. My appointment was for tires, but they went above and beyond. They even cleaned the car a bit. I was a first time customer at the new location. I had not been back since before their move. I wasnt overly impressed then. Now, Im definitely a repeat customer. Hopefully they wont let me down in the future.

They are efficient with a comfortable waiting environment. I was able to set up at a work station with my computer and work while I waited. Car was done when promised. The free alignment with the purchase of 4 tires is so worth it.

Great service! Reliable and honest

My experience today motivated me to write this review. I have an Audi Q7 with run-flat tires. I had a screw inside my right front tire and it created a slow leak. One tire company wanted me to buy 4 new tires at a price of about $1,700 because run-flats cant be repaired. Another company told me I needed to buy 2 new tires because run-flats cant be repaired. I stopped into Bruce Brothers last week (for the first time in my life) and spoke with Mark Chaves and he told me We can probably fix that tire and if not, you can get away with just 1 new tire at around $400. When I went to pick up my car this morning, I was pleasantly surprised that my bill came to $35.67 as they were ABLE to fix my run-flat. The told me they would simply return the special tire that they had ordered for me in case they couldnt repair it. I am a small business owner, and I know a good and honest business when I see one. They have earned my respect and I will be a returning customer when I am ready buy new ones. Thank you Mark for your time and patience in dealing with my situation.

It’s always a good experience at Bruce Brothers. They’re very well organized, the service is great, and the people are friendly and helpful, even if the visit is only to have tires checked or air added. We’ve bought tires from them for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

On multiple occasions I have found Bruce Brothers to be very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. One time they didn’t even charge me to plug a tire that had a leak.

Super Service!! This is a nice place when you have to wait for your car. There are heated massage chairs in the media room! Laptop work stations, free phone charging and coffee as well as a quiet sitting area. Not many place are this nice to wait around in and still give superb service. I would give more than 5 stars if possible.

These guys not only lost my tires valued at nearly 1000 dollars but then they accused me of stealing my own tires. I called many times over and over with promise that a manager would call me back. After calling for months with no return phone call I finally went in and the tattooed manager accused me of stealing my own tires from them. Un believable....STAY AWAY AT ALL COST . I PLAN ON FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB , ATTORNEY GENERAL CONSUMER PROTECTION AND FILING SUIT AT LOCAL MAGISTRATEResponse...I was in a car accident on my way home from bruce brothers tires. I called 2 days later. My first call was not 7 months later every time I called in I was promised a call back from the manager . In fact I never even spoke to a manager until I got tired of dealing with months of delays and went in to speak with the manager directly. I called so many times that I lost count.

All-around great experience! Loved the complimentary 16-point inspection that they sent to my phone where can you review the details (and even a picture of your vehicle - nice touch!). Great, friendly customer service, nice facility, comfy reclining massage chairs and TV in the waiting lounge, cubby holes with desks and other comfy chairs throughout the facility, and the best prices, hands down, of the 6 companies I researched for the same 4 tires and an alignment. They will definitely be my tire place from now on!

Very satisfied, never thought when i took our car in that the problem would have been diagnosed and ready within hours. After another place told me they cant look at it until Tuesday. I got a flat tire early in the evening. I had completely ruined my tire and it needed to replaced. After calling a few places, Bruce Brothers had the one I needed. I called them at 5:10 pm and they closed at 6pm. They let me come in that night to get it fixed without any problems. I greatly appreciated this as I had to work at the hospital at 7am the next day. They got me in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I would love to give Bruce Brothers a 5 star rating but they have a chronic problem of over-scheduling.First the good: These are true professionals. But also friendly and helpful. From my phone call to schedule an appointment, to the front desk staff that checked me in, to the various technicians, buzzing busily around moving cars, everyone was super friendly. I have never had anyone try to “up sell” me on services, or be anything other than honest with me on repairs. The repairs have always been done perfectly, and everything explained to me thoroughly.But the bad.I had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I pulled in there were literally no parking spaces available. So I parked right outside the front door. Granted I asked them to also check one of the tires for a slow leak and the woman said I needed to allow for an hour for a flat tire repair. But an hour later, my car hadn’t even yet been moved from in front of the door. All in all, an oil change, tire rotation, and tire patch (it had a screw in it) left me sitting and waiting for almost 3 hours. I did not expect to spend half my day waiting for my car to be serviced.I do appreciate the excellent job they did with it, and I would not hesitate to have them work on my vehicle. But they really really need to rein in the time it takes. Or at least give people a realistic time frame. I could have dropped it off and had someone pick me up had I known.

Hadn’t heard of Bruce Bros. before, but stumbled upon them when we were in a bind after realizing my wife’s tire was leaking air on her way to work. They were incredibly helpful and figured out a way to work us in even though we didn’t have an appointment. Quick, nice and incredibly affordable. Will be coming back for all our tire needs moving forward.

I had a flat tire and every place I called tried making me replace both tires due to equal wear even though my tires were brand new. I was recommended to Bruce Brothers by my boss who told me they would replace just one. They didn’t have the type of tire I needed in stock but they were able to order it for me and received it within only a few hours. They also were able to take me on very short notice and get me in the same day. The building itself was immaculate and the staff was very nice. After dropping my car off they had called me back within about 45 minutes telling me they were finished. I would definitely recommend them and will be going to them in the future.

Might be OK for tires. Dropped off vehicle night before to have window looked at. Never looked at.got call before closing saying they had to tear apart to see whats going on. ☹

I called in the morning after receiving aftermarket wheels and tires and expecting to be told that they were unable to install them for me that day but to my surprise they said sure bring it in at 2:30pm today. I ask the guy to repeat what he said and he said bring it in at 2:30pm today I was elated! Whenever I got there I asked for tech to make sure that I ordered the right wheels and tires and he walked out with me and explained everything to me. I was also very happy with the VISUAL INSPECTION that they did for no charge the was sent via text to my phone! I will recommend my friends and family to get their tires done there for sure!!! VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING THEY DID!!!

Got my brakes done elsewhere, I was told to get my tires balanced. Took my car to Bruce Brothers asked if they could check the balance on my tires and check my brakes. Got a text alert which was awesome and they gave me a grade on my car, called me when the car was done. Went to pay for my car said everything was fine with brakes and did the balance to my tires for no charge. I was shocked and will be doing all my tire needs here from now on.

They are honest and have always been able to diagnose my car even when others have not been able to figure out what was wrong. They are reasonably priced and also given me a courtesy vehicle while mine was getting done which is fabulous because I always have a problem with that every time I need something done!!! And have awesome customer service which is hard to find these days I would absolutely take my car here for anybody looking!!
