This was my first time there (received highly recommendations from a friend). They were very knowledgeable, took what I said seriously and was able to fix the problem easily. They are very honest not like some auto chain businesses are.

Manager is easily upset about anything. Expect things done his way or take your car somewhere else.

Ralph Is a top notch manager that when a bof and beyond his pay grade to fix without a doubt the most problem some Air conditioning repair On my 1998 Cadillac. Who would have known since it was a Florida car that the rubber hoses were rotting from the inside out..... These people that to I highly highly recommend them for any automotive repairs....Ray E

This shop has great service, and are always patient with me. I have dropped off a total of 8 new tires now to have them road forced balanced on their fancy Hunter balancing machine, which most shops do NOT have. The tire guy (Dave) has been EXCELLENT. He is very friendly, and he even let me watch him work mounting and balancing my tires this last time around when I showed up. Needless to say, this solved all my vibration issues due to poor balancing at other shops (Bruce Brothers and Five Star Tire). I will definitely continue to go here, and have already been recommending to others. THANK YOU!

Friendly staff and fair pricing. I have been going for years and have no plans of going anywhere else. Oil changes to transmission work. Always call before doing any unplanned work. Highly recommend.

This place is a joke! We were recommended to come here, so we tried them out. They had our car for 3 months! We took our vehicle there for new tires, oil change, new battery, and inspection. They said that the alternator was bad also, so we agreed to change that. We never got any update calls from them. We had to repeatedly call them again and again to get any information on the car and at what stage in the process it was. One of the times I called, they stated that the alternator in the Mazda was very rare and could only be bought at one place in the entire United States and that it would take a while to arrive. Never heard from them again after that. When I finally called to check up, they kept saying it wasn’t here yet. When I spoke with a friend who used to work there and is still friends with them, he said that the part did come in and it was just sitting, and they said to the friend that they didn’t have time for it. I had to keep calling to check up. They would always say whoever was working on my car wasn’t in or wasn’t available. I never got to speak to the owner like I had asked to repeatedly. Then they told me that the car was all put together, but that for it to pass inspection the battery had to run through certain cycles. They said they would get the car to where they needed it to be so they could pass it. Every time I would call, they would state that it wasn’t cycled all the way through yet. Then one day when I called to check up, they stated that they actually don’t offer that service and that we have to drive it ourselves. So we still had to pay a little over $1,300 and the car still needed to be taken to another mechanic in the area to be completed, it’s a shame. Linda and Ralph in the office play games and lie to the owner of the company.Overall, we would never recommend this business. The front desk staff is extremely rude and they lie. I consider this company to be dishonest and not trustworthy. Don’t take your vehicle here, you’re honestly better off at any other mechanic in the area!

I brought my car with over 100,000 in with a shake in the front end. I figured it needed an alignment since it has never had one.They put it in the rack and said it was spot on. They suggested balancing the front wheels. I was only charged me for a wheel balancing. The next day I drove from Pittsburgh to New York and back without a vibration.👍

They always fix it right the first time. I have brought 3 of our cars this week to be worked on and have the state inspections done. Every time I got the bill I was very pleased with the pricing. Finally a place that takes care of me.

Last two visits were a complete fail-Front and Back brakes and rotors done and several months later the squealing started- took it back and was told ok-covered under warranty for brake work but-lost two days of vehicle and brakes are still talking. Timing belt replacement with water pump-charged almost $800.00-nope-never going back!!
