Charged me to tell me what I already knew and told them what was broken. Then quotes me a price to do the work. Tells me after all this that they don’t want to make the repair to it even after offering to sign a waiver. Being a mechanic myself I found this shop to be unprofessional and would not recommend them for service

Switched to Kudlas after many years going to Bruce Brothers. Last straw was a grinding noise that BB couldnt even hear or diagnose. Took it to Kudlas for something else entirely and they informed me of the issue. Great customer service and prices are ALWAYS less than I expected...usually even lower than what they quoted. I needed a left rear tail light replaced and was able to receive one the very day I called. There was an extra problem with water seeping into my tail light, so the technician drilled two small holes to keep it from reoccurring.I have been a customer for years and the expert service, without the over inflated price, is one of the many reasons I go here.

My right rear tire seemed very low, so I pulled into Kudlas. It was a cold and snowy day. Henry himself came out, brought the portable jack out, then removed the tire right there in the lot. Sure enough Id picked up a big nail somewhere. The tire replaced, the bill amazingly low, a handshake and be careful from Henry sent me on my way.I know many other stations would have said, Come back tomorrow. or Wait til we can get you into a bay and charge a fee for that.Kudlas is one more reason we moved back to Bethel after 38 years away. The staff is excellent and courteous. They explain everything without any attitude or condescending nature because I am a female. Their prices are fair & reasonable too. My fave part is the sheer convenience: i drop off the car in the morning, the T stop is footsteps away & I get to work as usual then return (up to 10p) to pick up at the gas station/convenience mart next door. I am proud to recommend Kudlas when someone needs a recommendation for auto service. I started using them for auto service when my former mechanic retired and closed his shop. He recommended Kudlas since I needed a service center with Saturday hours. It is a match made in heaven. I could spend a lot of time extoling all of their virtues, but other reviews have already done that. In a nutshell, I like their extended hours for service, drop off, and pickup. The gas pumps and mini-market are very convenient, too. And the shop, parking lot, and the area around the pumps is CLEAN. As a nurse, I prefer and appreciate a clean business, no matter what that business is and Kudlas meets that preference. Oh, and they are the only shop that provides full service at the gas pump in the area. I will continue to use them for any and all auto repair.

Kudlas Service Station is the only one I trust with our car and truck. You can take your vehicle here and know that it will be fixed correctly. Nothing is done without your knowledge and permission. Henry Kudlas prices are quite fair and reasonable. Several times we have had an unexpected problem with one of the vehicles and Henry always manages to fit is in for repair either that day or the next. I have even had to call him up with a problem while on the road, and Henry would actually walked me through a repair! Love this station and would recommend it whole heartedly.

Had my truck here for inspection and a suspected leaking front axle seal. Turns out that the shock was leaking and needed replaced. They could have soaked me for an expensive repair but didnt. I have been taking my vehicles here for years and can recommend them absolutely!

I took my car to Henry for an oil change, and also asked him to determine the cause of a groaning noise coming from the front end of the car. After he identified the cause of the noise, I learned that the repair was covered by my extended manufacturers warranty. I offered to pay Henry for diagnosing the problem, but he wouldnt accept payment for that. Hes an honest and knowledgeable mechanic.
