Patty was super nice and helpful when I was choosing my new deck. Tras was very nice and helped by checking the fluids in my car before I left. Im not sure who installed my deck but it looks and works great. Super friendly super helpful. I would recommend them for sure.

Waited a few months to write this review to see if there would be any glitches with the sound system. There are not. This shop has excellent customer service and good prices. The main lady you see up front is really nice and will give you a good deal.

I just left the store after having my new Sony in dash installed. I provided all the parts, and it was installed at a price that Im very happy with. The professional job took less than a half hour, without a wait, I pulled right in to the work area. The owner and the technician were very nice people, and I will be going back again soon.

The service was excellent and was able to save money by purchasing wires and Amp directly from them. The stuff I bought from Best Buy was garbage. She hooked me up with a great deal same day installation and will always come back. William the Gentleman who installed my system was professional and clean.

Ive gotten many things done by these people. New cabin speakers, head unit, sub, matted the whole car, and it is fantastic. They are excellent, fast, nice, and take care of their people. I will always come back. Excellent.

Ive been dealing with this store over 23 years, Perrie was surprised i knew how long shed been there. Very pleasant. And great work.

My car alarm was going nuts up to the point making my car died for no reason and it wont turned on at all. So I took it to Best Audio Berkeley and tried to figure it out between dysfungtional Car alarm or wiring. Patty work with me in term of how much it will cost me, I dont have much and I need the car to work and not died on me when I need it the most. William checked it and with in 1 hour its done and fixed the problem. Its the car alarm.Thank you Patty and William.
