Very disappointed in the owner. We had three winter storms back to back and I did let them know 72 hours a head of time that I may not be able to make it due to the weather. Last night everything froze here at my house. Our driveway is 1/4 mile down hill. (at the bottom of my driveway is steelhead falls, canyon!) She is now charging me 100.00 because I can not leave my driveway. I do understand people that just don’t show up. But this is to the Extreme...... I feel the owner is just after your pocket book and not a care as to our well-being in these very rare Extreme circumstances. I will not go back. So disappointed in her. I’ve been going there for three years now
