I tried to get my hair cut. All I needed was a quick trim. There was no one there but because someone was supposed to be there they would not take me. I called around while sitting in my car outside the door for about 20 minutes finding somewhere else to get a hair cut. They had a no show and I could have gotten my hair cut. I found another place and got the best hair cut Ive had in years. They lost a loyal customer.

Couldnt keep their own appointment time, didnt even apologize and could care less to lose the business.

The stylist did an amazing job! Asked me questions and really listened to not only me, but my hair, as well!!! She even solved a mystery with my hair!

I gave clear instructions on how I wanted my sons hair to be cut. She just didnt get it or did not agree with the style of haircut I wanted for my son. Got the impression that maybe her age was a factor not knowing what was in style. If I say no do not cut that do not haggle with the parent! Its not up for discussion! I was polite but did not tip well . His bangs are way too short and crooked and I will never go back there as long as shes working. She looks a bit methed out to be honest!

Loved it! I had previously had a balayage color which was growing out to the point it needed refreshed. Jackie refreshed my color with all over highlights and trimmed my hair up. She did a great job, Im very pleased and will continue to have her do my hair.

It seems every year Supercuts gets more and more crowded here in Central Oregon. Despite this, they do a great job. The only reason its not getting a 5 stars is because of the ordinarily long waits (35-50 minutes on a weekday). This is kind of an inconvenience because you have to plan your visit. Yes. Even when you do reserve a spot with the Supercuts app, it still takes awhile due to staffing. If you can forgive the wait this place is great!

Great haircut got low price

After calling multiple times and them hanging up still didn’t even get my question answered.. simple question was just wondering if they only cut hair or if they dye hair too. But kept getting hung up on. Would never go here and do not recommend.

Ive gotten a few good cuts here, but the way they run their business just strikes me as bizaare. You cant call and reserve a time to get a cut, even if its only an hour ahead. Walk-in only is very inconvenient for customers when theyre always backed up anyway. Makes getting in at the right time a very frustrating experience. Wonderful service. Annoying-as-hell business model.

This is the second time that I have visited this location, and will keep going back. I have four children and had a great experience both times. Ashley, who did their cuts, handles kids so well, even better than the local kids cut places.

Place was empty which was cool. But the lady that cut my hair seemed in a bad mood, and was rushing really bad. Asked for an inch in length on top and 7 on the sides. She said they dont do a 7 there so I got a 6 with still an inch on top but she didnt take any time to make sure she actually cut all the top. Very sloppy. Trimmed around my ears like I was going for a mullet. Went hard on the back of my neck with the clippers, which burned, and she didnt ask if I was going for round or straight in back. Felt rushed out and was not a good experienced.

Been here twice. Both times the stylist were lackluster and seemed bored with their jobs. Little to no enthusiasm or concern about earning a repeat customer.

Do not recommend if you have long hair or even want you hair blow-dried. They obviously want to rush you in and out...she was annoyed when I simply wanted the ends round-brushed:(
