This was my first time at this nail salon. I came because it was one of the top google recommended for the Bend area. They were able to squeeze me in and accommodated to a unique nail design I had found online with some personal changes I wanted to add. Kim is amazing! My nails look great and feel so light on my nails. I also like that they offer a variety of services. Ill be making a pedi appointment soon.

Was pretty darn disappointed with my shellac manicure experience. I’m really not great at doing my own nails and feel I could have done a better job... she didn’t shape my nails or ask if/how I would like them shaped, the coloring is extremely uneven and it just looks messy in general. (See in photo how my two thumb nails are different colors and shapes...) Plus she was very rough during both my manicure and pedicure. The ambience of the place is nice though and they do a really good job at keeping the place clean and taking multiple precautionary measures in regards to COVID!

I was so impressed with my dip manicure, my technician did an exceptional job. I also want to note that during my visit it was clear that Pro Solar does a tremendous job of taking care to be sure that stations are cleaned regularly after each customer use, including large plastic shields between customers and employees at nail and pedicure stations...on top of other safety measure (hand washing, masks, temperature check, social distancing measures ect).The technician assured me my manicure would hold up well for three or more weeks.Three weeks later, it was still beautiful! I just went in again for a dip manicure and spa pedicure- same amazing, quality, and kind service. I highly recommend Pro Solar Nails.

We were seated quickly. My toenails turned out great. The deluxe pedicure includes a really great massage. For $40, it’s a great deal for an hour of relaxation.

We were 4 mins late to our appt which we had made the previous day. We called to say we were running late. Unfortunately we did not feel comfortable or welcome. Our pedicures were rushed, the foot/leg massages mediocre. They seemed to just go thru the motions. The actual polish looks great-but the path there was disappointing.

I am so disappointed that my guy Mike is leaving this week but I will still continue to go to this nail salon. The owner, Kim, is such a nice and personable person and they keep safe and clean work stations during COVID

Ben did my nails and he was very knowledgeable and friendly! I came in April and they did everything in their power to follow Covid precautions and keep clean.Their prices are affordable and I’d recommend them to anyone!

I love this place and went here for years! Very clean fast and efficient! I moved to the other side of town a few years ago so I was trying new salons but since the pandemic hit this is the only place I feel comfortable and safe going to (especially being pregnant). Kim is amazing! You won’t regret it I promise !!

I was charged $62 for a gel full set. The white he did for my tips were uneven. One side would be longer then the other or some nails looked crooked and he sculpt them himself, it wasn’t a white tip he glued on. The pink was WAY to pink. My nails didn’t even look close to natural. They were super thick to where it hurt. They started lifting within a week. I went to a completely different salon. She told me they didn’t even use gel they used acrylic and charged me for gel. She’s fixing my nails as they grow. I couldn’t get in for a fill 3 weeks later and the grow out is hardly noticeable and there is no lifting. Call around to other salons before you pay that much for a poorly job.

My friend brought me to Pro Solar Nails and I was very satisfied with the experience. All the seats are in a line near each other so you dont have to look back or anything when you go with a friend. My nails turned out amazing. I exclusively get solar nails, and they did a great job and when I got my fill, you cant see the overlap. (Ive had issues with this at other nail salons)

I told the lady what I wanted and she didnt listen to me she did what ever she wanted the lady was looking at the clock and did not pay any attention, the other ladys where so good and so sweet but the older one was not they just let there dog walk around and I keep getting hair in my nail polish and they didnt get it out 0/10

Everyone working at Pro Solar Nails is very Very nice , professional do a super job. They go to great lengths to be sure everything is sanitized !

Great cleaning protocols during Covid and they have you fill out a form for contact tracing, check your temp and hand sanitizer. I saw them cleaning after people left every time very thoroughly too. Also they’ve got a plexi glass in between you and them. They’re super nice. I got a spa pedicure and the service was great and my feet look way better! Go try them out for yourself!

Anna was great! She gave me a great pedi sure, taking of layers of calluses on my heels. Her foot and calf massage was just what I needed, and my toes look amazing!

I went for a manicure and pedicure. The person I had that did both did not speak English so I did not get a name. Any conversation was assisted by another associate. That’s not the problem but this older lady kept looking at the clock during the pedicure even though no one else was waiting. She missed taking all the nail politisch off before putting new on so I had to stop and correct her to do so. She miss filing a toe so I had to call her on that. Let’s say it was a rush job. Now for the nails, I had gel put on, she was in hurry, like she was being timed or something. She filed my nails in such a weird way where the nail was higher on one side. So I had to fix when I got home.The rest of the crew there may be great but this person was not. If you can’t speak any English.... sorry stay home since all the ladies there were local English speaking.

The staff was super helpful when i called to make reservations for 6 ppl. They even stayed late to work us in! The shop is clean and comfortable. With plenty of room for large parties. The pedis were top notch, great message and looked beautiful. Every thing you could want when splurging on pampering yourself!

I really wanted to like this nail salon after reading the reviews but unfortunately after my last visit, the poor quality service I received is not okay. When I scheduled my appointment by phone i told the receptionist i want a regular color change on my acrylics as well as for pedi. Again, when i got there i told her the service i wanted for clarification. Once i was receiving my pedi I asked the gal if the colors i had chosen were regular nail polish because it said ‘dip nails and gel polish’ i asked not once, not twice... but 3x to be sure it was regular nail polish! BOTH of the ladies said “yes it’s regular nail polish.” Now what really bothered me was right before I was choosing my color she kept insisting I get gel nails and I said no I only want REGULAR nail polish. I get that its a business but i also think that when a costumer says no more than once, that should be enough. After i got my nail color changed on my acrylic nails i waited 30mins so my ‘regular’ nail polish could fully dry under a nail fan. No one checked on me. At this point my toe nails had been done well over an hour (enough time for them to dry). As soon as i stepped in my car, 4 of my nails were completely screwed up and my toes were a disaster!!!! They had used gel polish on me. I am NEVER the type of person to complain nor less write a bad review but after that i was completely livid because not only did i just spend $78 but the the older guy who did my color change was completely rude and felt like i was being rushed out. I hope the people at this nail salon take more time on their costumers instead of rushing at their job and trying to get ppl in and out as quickly as possible. If i could give them 0 stars i would. I do not recommend this nail salon. Highly disappointed

I have been a loyal customer to them since they opened. My mom had a bad accident that deformed her thumbs. I told them her situation and they said they could make her hands beautiful! And they did! That was 7 years ago and my mother has gone 2 times a month since. Thank you Ben and Kim we ❤ you guys!

I called on a Friday morning, got in right away. It was very busy and loud not very relaxing. I think they squeezed me in because the technician was also working on someone else. I HATE it when they do not give me their full attention! I was put in a chair and she filled the foot bath up with HOT water and let me put my feet into it without her checking it. OUCH! She never asked my name or told me hers. I dont think she spoke English. Thats OK a lot of the nail salon techs do not speak English. She gave me a quick massage, took off the polish, scraped my feet like she was shredding cheese and threw a HOT towel on my legs, put new polish on and walked away, maybe not in that order, but that was what I remembered. It was $25.00, for that I should have bought a bottle of polish and just changed my color. I left a $5 tip, but wondered why?? The owner Kim is very nice and I enjoyed chatting with her.

Angel gives me the best pedicure along with the best massage of my calves and my overall foot well being, including less itching and burning and less smell. She truly is my angel of my feet!

Mediocre pedicure. All nails are left with sharp corners. Manicurists do not speak English, except for 2, that I noticed. The one that I had seemed pleasant, but did not.understand what I was saying to her. Salon is crowded and noisy and acrylic nails are being done, which makes the air rather acrid. Price is good. $25 for regular pedicure.Not sure if I will return.

We just moved to Bend and my wife needed her nails done quickly for an interview. An did an excellent job and he was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. My wife is already asking if she can have her nails done regularly now because it was such an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this salon.

I checked out several mail salons in Bend and found my,home with Pro Solar Nails! Kim,Ben,and all their employees treat you,like family. They always do a wonderful job. Highly recommend!!

They squeezed me in on a busy day which was nice. My pedicurist gave a great massage, one of the best Ive had in a while. But her painting skills left something to be desired. After I left I noticed in the sunlight that the clear coat on my toes had something in it on both toes. It had a pattern that almost looked like there was a big piece of fuzz in it. So weird and so disappointing because now they look ridiculous. Did I leave the salon looking better than I did when I went in? Yes. Was it worth $38 plus tip? No.

Went in for my first time yesterday for eyebrow and upper lip wax. I explained to them how the last place I went ignored my request to not be so harsh on my lip. So I asked the lady to be as gentle as possible on my lip and she respected my wishes and did an excellent job. The wax wasnt extremely hot like at most places and it actually didnt hurt at all. She really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect and all the unwanted hair was gone. This will be my go to place from now on.

Amazing job! Always love how my nails turn out when I go to them. I live across town but I still rather go to them than to try somewhere new. Very creative.

The owner is a lady named Kim who is extremely friendly and knows exactly what she’s doing to keep the place running just like a clock I have gone there several times for pedicures and Angel is the lady who takes care of me she’s also a joy very sweet fun to talk to you and treats you like a king or a queen

Although the staff was friendly, the prices were inconsistent and very expensive. My friend had a cast on 1 foot and her pedi was $50. I would give them another chance though. I would just be very stern with what I wanted out of my pedi and not allow an upsale

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!! Have been coming here for many years. Have had a couple of problems in the past nothing major. UNTIL TODAY! I not a mean person still gave a tip because that is how I am but when I get upset I just have to leave before I loose it. My finger nails I take pride in with the work I do. One of the guys that work there did the worst job ever. I had crooked finger nails had to point that out then filed them so pointed and skinny on 1 hand round on the other tried pointing that out he was getting frustrated as I was to. If he were to file them down to make nails even I wouldnt have any fingernails left and would have to get fake ones. Shop was busy didnt cause a scene. But will probably look for a new place to go. I know I made a same day appointment but atleast take the time to do it right.

I should never have come back!!! Had a bad experience the last 2 times I went there, but went back because went out of town and came back & needed nails done as I would not be able to due to work. Read on-line that walk-ins are welcome. Owner (woman) recognized me & said they couldnt take me till next week!!!! She is rude and unprofessional. Not the first time 3xs you are out. NEVER TO COME BACK and will let neighbors, friends and everyone I know how badly I was treated.

I have been going to Kims nail salon since shortly after they first opened 3 years ago. From the moment I stepped in the door and from each day after that I felt welcomed and appreciated. They always do a professional job, are on time and complete the work in a timely manner. Kim has done a remarkable job building their business and is one of the most professional business women I have met. As her business grew she hired more people and everyone who works there offers the same excellent service.Kim and Ben have become our friends since we started going there and we value that as well. It is a pleasure going there for my nails and counting them as friends.

I should’ve trusted the one star reviews. Paid $50 for a gel mani and the manicurist put so much gel on my tips that they didn’t cure at all. The gel popped and now I have a huge gaping hole in my nail. No two are the same length or shape, and now I get black gel on everything I touch. Seriously; DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

My partner and I came in to both get pedicures and we both left very disappointed. I had to stop the gentlemen who was doing mine because when I tried to tell him the nail polish was too thick he kept gooping it on. My partner wasn’t very happy with his either, they just didn’t look the best as if they were done in half effort. I was supposed to get my nails done, but left without them done because if the pedicure wasn’t going right I assumed the nails would be worse. He also was throwing a fit and swearing the F word when I told him please can I have someone else do my nails. Yes a lady fixed them after but I was shooken up that he would get mad and swear. So leaving with a bad pedi and nails not done I was offered no apology like the owner did not really care. After two phone convos, she’s only willing to give $10 off which seems not right based on our experience. A refund probably would’ve been better or more understanding or better pedis in full. Never coming back after the bad customer service

Not a drop in salon. Regardless of what they tell you appointment required. Cant just call ahead either. Great job on my acrylics. Ok pedicure. Encouraged to pay cash so be prepared. Like my end results but the other things only annoyed me. Too bad too since service results were better then most.

I went in for an eyebrow tint that I had made an appointment for before hand. The woman thought I was there for an eyebrow wax and without warning started applying wax to my eyebrows and was about to start removing hair. I quickly clarified with her I was there for a tinting service and luckily she was able to wipe the wax off She then started applying the dye to one eyebrow when another woman who was working came running in and said my eyebrows were already too dark and that they would look bad on me. She ordered the woman working on me to stop. They then started wiping the dye off of the ONE eyebrow it was applied to. I now have one eyebrow much darker than the other. I will not be returning here. My experience was bad and very unprofessional.
