Julie Ann is an awesome mechanic! She is honest and straight up with the customer. My truck was fixed faster than expected and she kept communication with me from start to finish. It was a great experience and I wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years. They recently fixed our car. It took 11 weeks to have the head gasket fixed. And now, it has a new issue it never had before that started the day we got it home. It’s not even able to be driven. They will not return my phone calls. Spent all of my money to “fix” the car, waited 11 weeks, and still have a car we can’t use and no more money to take to a new mechanic to find out what is wrong. A bit heartbroken about this to be honest. I’ve been singing their praises for years to everyone I know.

The management of this business are knowledgeable and friendly. I will always conduct business with this business.

The gal that worked on my car was very communicative and informative. She was able to figure things out that several other mechanics either werent able to fix or didnt even mention were a problem. Very impressed with the knowledge and the prices! Definitely going there again if I have any car issues.

The guy who worked on my car did not communicate with me well. I was told numerous times that I would get a call and never did. Showed up to get my car in the morning and the guy was late. I ended up spending an hour there, and was late for work, because the guy who worked on my car was not prepared. He also lost my keys. I was also told on the phone that he needed to move several cars in the lot so that he could move my car into the shop to tune the carb. When I picked my car up, it was still behind several cars so I am assuming that didnt get done. I looked under the hood when I got home and gas was leaking from the fuel pump.

Great group of people. They make sure you are taken care of for a fare price.

This review is for the Auto Upholstery Department of Auto Clinic (aka AAA Upholstery). I had a headliner in my work truck removed and re-upholstered. The work came back better than factory finish. In addition, I recently had some factory seat cushion foam pieces repaired because they had already failed after only having them installed for a day. Keep in mind these were brand new factory foam replacements for the seats. The shops knowledge and level of customer service in the auto upholstery world is 2nd to non here in Ben, and because of that they were able to figure out a solution to prevent the foam from coming apart in the future. I cant wait to have more done!

Auto Clinic of Bend saved us. This was was the best experience I have ever had with a car breakdown. My car broke down suddenly while I was here out of town with three kids in tow. They heard me pull up and helped me right away. They diagnosed the problem immediately, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I wasnt even charged for the repair, although I probably shouldnt say that in the review:) They were compassionate, efficient, and knowledgeable. They have earned my trust. Ill definitely be returning next time I need help with my car. I recommended them.

GREAT TEAM. Julianne and the crew give excellent (and quick!) service. For our first repair she even went out of her way to give my kids and I a ride back to the shop. The repair cost was the best value compared to the dealership and a couple other national chains. They also kindly put new zip-ties on the bottom of my van to keep the plastic from scraping--same day! If you want great service, great value, and a friendly atmosphere, look no further. Great place to get work done on your vehicle. Every time I have asked for a diagnosis, they respond promptly with the estimate & time when service would be complete. I have noticed some reviews stating otherwise; many of these people dont seem to understand how auto mechanics work.

They know their job & do it well and in a timely manner without charging u a fortune ... will go back .

They are like unicorns - magical - in that they can find things overlooked by other car repair places...important things like a fuel leak that I was told by another place did not exist, but there it was, right in front of obvious eyes. Julius and Julianne are awesome people. Very friendly and straight forward. They have helped me with several problems with my truck and even let me know when they hit a speed bump along the way. Their services are surprisingly affordable. I had been quoted flat rate on a job, but they managed to find an easier way to do it and charged me less than I was quoted, which rarely happens in the business world. If Im not working on my truck they will be and I would recommend them to any friend that needs auto repair.

The only place Ive been happy to take a vehicle. Everywhere Ive tried either takes me to the cleaner or does poor work. They worked with me from a distance and even connected me to a towing service that was nice as well. I cant put it any other way other way than Im stoked when the have my truck. Theyre those mechanics!

Julianne and Dad did a fantastic job, saved me over $500 on replacement of ac compressor. I bought new ac compressor that they replaced, would of saved even more if I bought a rebuilt part or on amazon ! They were right on with estimate and got done earlier than expected ! Auto Zone auto parts recommended them and I’m glad I listened ! Julianne and Dad very friendly too ! Will return again and refer family, friends and others !

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE. We took a car to them and told them to figure out what was wrong. After $1500+ of repairs done for a new clutch and some other things, theyre now telling us that a noise they heard in the beginning (which they thought was a valve) was actually a Rod and we have to pay for a used motor for them to install. They were told to figure out everything that was wrong with the vehicle and now because and I quote: I didnt have time! To check to ensure the noise is what he thought itd be for sure, were going to have to pay for his mistake. DO. NOT. TAKE. YOUR. VEHICLE. HERE.

I experienced terrible service through auto clinic of bend. I got ripped off, I had them replace tie rod ends and a drag link and paid $800 only to find out they only replaced one tie rod end and forgot to put a bolt back in my shock. When we called to ask about it he cursed my dad out and said if he f***in said he did it then he did it. Then proceeded to call my dad white trash from la pine and to come to his shop and say something to his face. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anybody.

Awasome place .. love these guys and gal. . they did awasome job on my breaks and exhaust on the 96 f250. They brought back to life stepdads Nissan titan . And they work on wifs 2009 jeep ..they do it all .. and they are friendly and non intimadating like outher shops can be.. LOVE THE LOCAL FEELING REMINDES ME OF HOME..
