We have brought our personal and service vehicles to Bend Automotive for the last few years. Bend Automotive has always taken good care of us. The owner Jeff has even built a custom motor for our classic car. These guys are straight shooters and to the point. If you are looking for an honest mechanic in Central Oregon, this is the place to come.

40 years of service. Wow has it changed. It used to be communication face to face, then phone to phone, now text text text text. I hope the next generation is happy like we all grew up with values and morals. You used to have to work for everything and appreciate it.

The customer service was awesome, Jeff was very helpful and didn’t try and pressure me on any services. They kept me updated on the progress and were accurate on the timing of when the work would be completed. I have found my new shop.. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs they are awesome! Especially if you need a Pre-inspection for used car!

My mother always said,,,,,make sure you have a good mechanic. Jeff is the best. We have entrusted all our families vehicles to his shop, and if I am on the road and have issues, he will always take the time to talk me thru them to get my vehicle safely home.

I feel robbed. Overpriced, and never will go back there. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I were visiting Bend for our honeymoon, about to make the drive back to Portland when our SUV dumped all of its radiator fluid in the Wendys parking lot (because Murphys Law, right?). I was in a panic, we had to work the next day, and it was already about 2 pm. I called a few shops and they were the only ones who seemed to understand the urgency of the situation. Within minutes of me pulling in 2 gentlemen began working on the vehicle. And within about an hour the broken hose was repaired for a very fair price. I cant thank these guys enough, they really saved the day. Id give 10 stars if I could.-Manny

Great shop treated me fair unlike the scammer duke across the street at yota imports.

I’m lost for words. Took truck in got it back worst. $1500 later still not fixed? I got robbed for sure. No shop should do work unless authorized and goes over price. Not professional.

I called for a quote on a repair and the owner was super rude and condescending. I didnt even get the quote because he was so rude, I just hung up.

Wont give a quote over the phone very fishy! Rather drive to the valley
