Incredibly helpful staff, fast service, and great communication. We went to Goodyear to have the brakes on my husbands truck fixed. When I called they were able to get us in very quickly. They inspected the brakes and gave us a quote one day, and had it fixed and back to us by the next. We were really pleased with the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. We really got our moneys worth going to this Goodyear.

They did a great job I was about 20 minutes early and they got me in out fast they do good work I have tire sensors and they work good every time I leave there shop

This is some the best, most genuinely helpful service I have ever received.I am about 6 hours from home and guess what, check engine light comes on and starts making a horrible noise.I called and they were booked up but Travis said to bring it in and he’d check it out for me. They ran the code and put it up on the rack to double check it. Turns out it I can make it home. They didn’t even charge me.If I lived in Bend or was in town and needed anything, I would jump at the opportunity to do business with such a helpful and high integrity establishment.Thank you Travis and team, you saved vacation!

I knew I wanted Goodyear tires on my horse trailer so I looked up where to get them in Central Oregon. These guys came up on the list, they were never on my radar at all, never been there. Then I saw the non stop glowing reviews of these guys. Well, add one more. Price was what I expected, they actually had them in stock and they got them put on in half an hour the very next day after I called them. I worked with Travis at the front desk but this entire crew must be on finely oiled machine. I was truly impressed and very thankful. Will tell many others about them for sure.

My daughter took her car in because it wouldnt start. They did their inspection and found that the starter was bad and quoted her a bit over $400 for the job. Her car was fixed in short order and is back on the road There were some billing issues that were promptly addressed by the owner and staff, and I greatly appreciated their attention on it. Often times when businesses are confronted by these things, they just dont care but I am glad it was not so in this case. Thanks for taking care of things for us!

Ezra is so helpful and amazing at what he does. I was wheel and tire shopping today and he went out of his way to explain everything in terms that I understood. Ezra lights up when he shows different options and you can tell that he is extremely passionate as well as knowledgable about what he does. Not only was the service great, the price and time frame were also reasonable. Highly recommend stopping to see him.

Weve been using Goodyear Auto Care for years and they never disappoint. Tires are reasonably priced and they are able to get our fleet vehicles in and out of their shop quickly, so we have virtually no downtime. They make changing out tires from summer to winter and vice versa an easy process. Great Service!

Got stranded during a snow storm without snow tires with the entire family in Bend. Because we were in a Tesla Model 3, no one in the entire town had the correct size snow tires in stock.I called a bunch of shops and out of all of all the people that I spoke to, Steve at Goodyear was the most helpful. He really went out of his way to help us out including looking up sizing, making extra phone calls for inventory checks, and providing information on different types of snow chain devices.If you ever are in need of tire services, I would highly recommend visiting Goodyear in Bend OR.

So I got a new battery and alternator back in January of this year. My battery light goes on from time to time.I took it in to have it checked out and the Goodyear employees couldnt figure out what why the battery light keeps going on.Doesnt seem like they know what they are doing or how to figure things out. So I was disappointed because both are under warranty and they didnt offer to put in new ones.

I have taken all of my cars here for years. These people are professional trustworthy and get the job done right. Excellent service.

Went in for a single tire swap, and they ended up putting someone elses tires (all 4) on mine. Called me 5 hours later to let me know their mistake and to collect payment for the other 3 tires I never ordered...

I came here after my car broke down during my long drive back from Idaho. At first they weren’t able to fix the problem with my car that day but after they found out I had two more hours till I got to my destination, one of the mechanics was amazing and offered to stay after work and fix it for me. The owner is a great man and has hired incredible workers! Definitely would recommend coming here!

I had a great experience at Goodyear yesterday. When I called Friday I spoke to Travis, he was so nice on the phone and set up an appointment for me for yesterday. When I went in I saw Ezra, he was super informative and explained everything to me about the tires. The customer service and knowledge at this store was great. I will definitely go there for any of my future needs for my car. I have never been so impressed ! It’s nice to see that taking care of a customer, still exists.

I, being from out of town, was having power steering troubles in Bend on a Saturday. This was a problem. Mark came to the rescue and squeezed me in and quickly solved my issue (for now) with a pour of power steering fluid. No charge. Thanks a bunch!

You know I really got a feeling of trust from these guys! I just got my 17 yr. old daughter a car, used and was a little uneasy about a couple of issues. The car lot was kind enough to set us up with 2 new tires at Goodyear, well needed, for her 2010 Camaro. It was then I noticed a couple of issues. Even though they are recommended through the car lot, they were very honest about the issues I noticed and gave me great insight on what to do. Enough insight that I now know without a doubt I can trust them. They probably dont even realize how much their integrity and honesty makes a difference. It just seems like who they are and I appreciate that so much. Highly recommend this particular shop in Bend, Oregon.

Super fast and efficient. Went over to buy a light at harbor freight and my tires were changed before I was done checking out.

We were displaced by fires and due to the road conditions our front two tires were about to shred (showing metal). The people at Goodyear went above and beyond to help us out with the cost and they got the tires changed out in record time. I cant tell you what a blessing it was to have my familys safety put first by a business. Speechless, simple speechless.

Had a check engine light come on in the middle of a road trip,. These guys were the only ones open on the weekend and went out of their way to help me out. Other shops basically told me I was SOL, the shop told me to come in and they did everything they could. Bend area and need work done on your car I recommend Auto Care Inc.

I have nothing but great things to say about this Goodyear store. Travis and Ezra are both great to work with and very knowledgeable. I will now be equipping my third vehicle with Goodyears tires through this store. Goodyear makes amazing tires and Duratracs sell themselves; however, the staffs willingness to assist me and find the best options for what I can afford or to complete a project is invaluable and why I get my tires through this store rather than other places like online even if it means I spend a few extra bucks.

Replaced our OE tires on our 2015 Mazda CX-5... they had 47k miles on them and it was time. Spoke with Steve, very helpful and friendly... unfortunately due to covid, the mfg and supplies of tires is limited and we were not able to get the Goodyear tires that we wanted... we are only in town visiting family so didn’t have the option of waiting ....Steve made a recommendation of another brand Cooper tire and was able to have it in stock in a couple of days... they followed up when they arrived and installed in about a 1/2 hour....great price for a great tire.... Very quiet and smooth ride, less expensive than another tire shop in town.... we won’t need tires for about 70k miles, but would definitely come back to this shop!ps.... very good with following masks, sanitizer and distancing

They seem to do good work at a price I can afford. I recently had a timing belt replaced. The dealership wanted $1,200 but Goodyear charged $806. I will definitely bring my car back to them for more work.Later: Honda told me I had several leaks. I took it in to Goodyear. Travis took me into the shop had me look under the car with him. Honestly told me work could be done but not urgent like Honda said. I very much appreciate his time. Thank you!

Great service! We were driving our little beetle from Washington to California and our wheel bearing was at the end, They kindly fixed it and we were back on the road in no time! ✌️

My friend took his car there for tire changeover & NONE of the employees were following safety protocols for Covid-19. There were no masks & no gloves on anyone at Goodyear. This is not only reckless & irresponsible, it is thoughtless. If any of the employees have Covid-19, but no symptoms, they are putting not only their fellow employees but anyone who brings their car in at risk. I hope the Dept of Health either fines this business or shuts them down. Shame on them for endangering people in Bend!

I waited until the last day possible to swap my season tires and the friendly staff at Goodyear made the swap easy and stress free. I first went to Les Schwab and none of the 3 in town would be able to swap my tires until the next day. Goodyear got my car in that morning and was done before noon!
