Honest guys. Better deals than a bigger, franchise tire store. Quick work changing out tires as well. Will be recommending them.

Ramon is amazing!!! On the way to Bend my vehicle was having coolant issues. I called On Track Auto Truck & Tire at 3pm on a Saturday and asked if they could look at the vehicle when I arrived In town about 4:15pm. Ramon offered to stay open past 4pm, closing time on a Saturday. Upon arriving he immediately found the issue, a loose hose, tightened it and pressure tested the system. Within an hour I was back on the road.

Had some issues with a previous Tire shop that did not know how to balance tires properly and had vibrating issues. Couldn’t get ahold of them and finally called Ontrack and Ramone was very helpful and professional with his work. He was quick and showed me the issues and solved the problem immediately. I will not be using big tire shop/franchises again. I will be using my tire/service with these local guys in the future! Thanks guys!

Needed a tire replaced on my Jeep in a pinch, busy day. The owner himself was working and he stopped what he was doing and almost immediately started helping me when I showed up. He had his floor jack out withtin 7 minutes and had my rig jacked up and they rim removed. Very fast service and appears to have done a good job. Recommend them and good to help local business versus the big chain tire stores. Total experience was just about 30-45 minutes. Definitely not long enough to where I was watching the clock just enough time to catch up on emails.

Ramon and Jr have always treated me right. You will not find a better place to take your automobile for repairs. Its the only place I will take my vehicles anymore.

Called and got an appointment the same day, brought in wheels, tires and TPMS sensors for instillation. Junior and Ramon were professional and friendly. Its a quality shop that does quality work at a price you cant beat. 10/10 will be back for future tire needs with my other vehicles.

I was curious how a place could have ONLY 5 star reviews. Now I know why. I live 3hrs away my radiator went out on me on a Friday evening, I was able to find a radiator at a parts store. The guy gave me the name of this place, only mechanic place open on a Saturday, and I showed up at their shop and JR was more than happy to help me with my small problem. Even though he had other work to do, he made it a priority to look over all the items I had in question, he was honest showed me the fluids showed me the pressure testing he was fantastic. Thank you I will return

I needed some help at the last minute for a brake light switch. These guys were amazing at getting me taken care of and quickly! If you are looking for honest work and fair prices this is the place to go.

They were very friendly and explained everything clearly. Not being too experience with cars it was nice for a change to talk to someone who was happy to explain everything for you so you felt more knowledgeable of what you paid for. All in all a great place recommending to our friends and family.

If I could give them -5 stars I would. They offered me 40 for some rims and tires I went to think about it and when I got back they say they wont buy them. So in my opinion they are punks.

My husband had an appointment on Friday at 9:00am and I took work off to pick him up. We waited until 9:30am..NO SHOW, no answer on phone, no email return. So once we spoke to him later that morning. He apologized and said there was an emergency he was dealing with and he could get him in on Monday at 9:00am. So again I took work off to meet my husband there for his ride and Now again a NO SHOW!!! NO Call, not answering phone. This is terrible customer service and not to let us know is very rude. I do not recommend this shop

A big shoutout to the guys at On Track! Ramon diagnosed a faulty brake booster in my Ford Edge. At a very reasonable fee I might add. Turned out that it was covered under an extended warranty. These guys treated us great! I live in Redmond and have some crappy custom wheels that no one in Redmond could get my new tires on. I found On Track online and was glad I did. They went above and beyond to get them done for me, saved me from having to buy new rims. I will go out of my way to take our vehicles here from now on. Thanks again guys!

Junior is the most honorable, honest mechanic I have ever met. He will do the job right and not tell you that you need work done that doesnt need to be done. Junior will bend over backwards to help you. His customers always come first. My husband has a disablity and doesnt understand how other mechanics have explained things. Junior will break it down into a language anybody can understand. Please bring your vehicles here. In my opinion Never, I repeat never go to Midas the theives.

These guys used to be solid.. Then for some reason they became super flaky.. If you make an appointment, there is a good chance that they wont even be there.. Super frustrating

Today these guys were my heros!6 days into the winter tire change over season, that big name tire place had stopped taking in people at 7:30am, today.The guys at On Track were able to schedule me for a same day appointment. I arrived a bit early, and I was still in and out in under 45minutes!Not to mention it was $30 cheaper than that other place.I will be coming here in April to buy my new spring tires.
