We hired Driftwood to deep clean our apartment after we moved out. tl;dr: they were unreliable, late to appointments, and their cleaning wasnt sufficient to prevent us from getting hit with a cleaning charge after all.Initial communication was pretty spotty, but we decided to move forward with them.We originally scheduled for a 6-hour time slot on a Monday, but the cleaner didnt even show up to our apartment until the end of the slot, so we had to reschedule to the next day. They showed up late to that appointment as well, but said theyd gotten the job done. We were busy with our move and took their word for it - we didnt personally inspect the apartment after the cleaning. In retrospect, this was a poor decision on our part.Unfortunately, we were later charged a cleaning fee out of our security deposit. The property manager sent us the inspection with many photos detailing obvious lack of cleaning - e.g. dirt on the stovetop, top of refrigerator, inside of cabinets, etc. Ive attached some examples from the inspection of surfaces that clearly werent even wiped down.

Our rental agency contracted through Driftwood Holdings to fix our leaking kitchen faucet this afternoon. They were on site later that day. The job was more difficult than expected, but they stayed late so that we could use our sink for dinner. Thank you for the fix!

We have good and dependable cleaning services with these folks. They are responsive and friendly and desire to please. They keep things in an orderly fashion. They are also very helpful with repair projects and have been very helpful with emergency snow removal.

Markie and his crew take wonderful care of our building. Among the things I appreciate are: attention to detail and initiative, as well as frequent communication. So far so better-than-good!
