My business has been a customer of Action Cleaning for several years and we’re very happy with their service. Management has been extremely helpful in getting just the right people for our needs, and is quick to respond and make things right any time we’ve had an issue. During COVID the have kept our facility sparkling and sanitary. We’ve used several other janitorial services in the county over the years, and find Action Cleaning Services to be the best! And a huge hat tip to the office manager Lindsey, who is always a pleasure to deal with!

I worked at Alcoa (Aluminum Smelter) and Action Cleaning Services cleaned our buildings. Their workers were always friendly and willing to do anything asked of them during their shift. Alcoa is a dirty, industrial site and I could see how hard the crew worked everyday to keep our site clean. I would recommend their services.

They do a terrible job cleaning. They consistently fail to do the floors in the bathrooms, or clean the toilets thoroughly. The managers say theyll take care of it and ensure my space is cleaned, yet time and time again they fail to do the basics.

Action Cleaning has been performing custodial and maintenance services for our building for some time now. Their employees are professional, courteous, and discreet. Their customer service team and manager have been exceptionally helpful in getting a plan and schedule that worked for our budget. Cant say enough. Top notch team. Highly recommended!

Because our company was moving out of leased premises, we wanted to hire a professional cleaning service to perform a deep cleaning. I am giving Action Cleaning Services a poor review not because their job performance was poor but because at the last minute I received an e-mail message from the person in charge of scheduling our job in which he acknowledged he had made a mistake and had mistakenly scheduled the service for the wrong day and he hoped that was okay. It was NOT okay. Luckily and by way of extenuating circumstances, I was able to find a way to work around this, but the bottom line is that this is no way to run a business and I would never recommend them as a result.

The management of this company is extremely unprofessional. They have 0 communication skills, and can not keep a staff up. They do not train employees and put blame on their employees, that work extremely hard, when they themselves mess up. This company is a joke.
