Servicemaster Bellingham is awesome. Everyone I talk to there are friendly and very helpful. Tom came out to look at my wet bathroom floor and was very professional. I didnt have to wait for them, they came immediately. I would definitely recommend Servicemaster to anyone. Id give them more stars if I could.

This was handled through insurance, so we cant address value. The leak was in our crawl space.

I couldnt be more pleased with EVERYTHING that was accomplished with my flood damage, ALL the workers were professional to the ants degree, arrived on time during the time required to remove water from my home. There was an issue with getting into my home, one of the guys installed a lock box with a key to the home, saving time on my end. Thinking outside of the box was something beyond the call of duty, all the more reason I will use this company again, and again, job well done, well beyond what I expected.

Rob, Sam, and their team at ServiceMaster are absolutely amazing. I had a tree fall on my house, and they worked hand in hand with my insurance company, USAA, to help clean up the mess + provide expert advice. I really cant thank them enough.

We had a bad septic backup so we called Servicemaster and Rob and his team were there within an hour. They were absolutely amazing and so thorough, cleaning every carpet, flooring, tub, etc.–anything the sewage got to was cleaned. They set up dehumidifiers and fans for a few days to keep it drying, and checked in with us the next day to see if they needed to do anything else. I cannot recommend them enough, great team, very attentive and overall just a great experience from something that couldve been so much worse.

I had a water leak inside a bathroom wall. I only have one bathroom in my house. They were ready to go the week I made my claim. But, I wasnt ready as I had to organize a place to stay. Once I was out, they were in and out and the drying process started. They were in once a day to check on how things were going. When I was home, they were courteous and very professional. Prompt, courteous, and professional, with an eye for detail. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding Service in all areas! We unfortunately Lost 80% of our home this last February due to a broken water pipe. I googled Water Damage Services in our area and thankfully I chose Service Master. It was an extremely busy time due to the winter weather we were having at that time. I got right through to Sam Roth and he responded immediately to my need for help. I could not have asked for a better man for the job. He and his team worked hard and were extremely professional and there services to our home to repair the damage was excellent. Their knowledge in the water damage arena was amazing...they really know their stuff! Not only were they all professional and kind, the compassion towards our fragile state after losing so much was priceless. We feel so blessed to have had their team do the dry out, tear out and moving our items into storage. As a whole, they were all outstanding. Sam and his team did an excellent job handling the assessment, demolition and moisture removal in our bedroom after we experienced water damage. Sam showed up quickly, explained the process clearly and handled all the issues with our insurance company. He was a terrific resource in dealing with my insurance company and my tenants. He is reliable, knowledgable, and very responsive. He helped make this challenging situation go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend working with Sam and ServiceMaster.

Sam and the team are amazing!! We had a major mold issue and Sam showed up, assessed the situation, provided a quick estimate and then started within a week. They got everything taken care of very professionally and the finished product exceeded our expectations! I had some water damage from my wash machine overflowing and ServiceMaster came out and dried me out. They even did assessment on the damage for the insurance company and recommended the construction company to do the repairs. I highly recommend them for water or smoke damage.

The carpet part: Brilliant, nice, professional. Not an easy cleaning job and looked great when it was done.The fungus remidiation part : Brilliant, nice, professional, understanding (I was very distressed).If I could rate them higher, I would.

The crew at Service Master was amazing! Sam was here quickly to access the damage and get his crew to work immediately so that more extensive damage did not occur. He answered every question I had never making me feel rushed or that he didn’t have time for me. I know their company is slammed in our area currently but not once did he or his crew make us feel any less important! Nick and his partner were here first thing and went to work tearing out the water damage and mold to ensure our family was safe. Excellent customer service! Mario B is a proactive business professional that has helped us create a disaster recovery plan for our business. Luckily we havent had to use their disaster recovery service, but its nice to know that if we ever have a flood, fire, or natural disaster, we have a local Bellingham company to call.

Sam came out the next day and evaluated our moisture issue. Because we had rot but little mold issues, he recommended that we get a contractor or handyman to do the work. He did not charge us for the visit.

I called this company only for them to answer the phone then in 2 seconds hang up. They had my business, all they had to do was answer my call and make an appointment. My only complaint, nothing too serious, just disappointing.

On November 13th, 2017 we awoke at 6:30am to find the first and second story of our 3 story home flooded. A water connection to the kitchen sink on the second story had ruptured sometime during the night.We called our insurance company and they notified Servicemaster. Their response team was on site with equipment within one hour. The crew removed all the standing water from both floors and installed a huge array of fans, heaters and dehumidifiers on both levels. Then a crew of 7 people spent 2 full days removing furniture, packing all of our belongings from the first story.A total of 300 moving boxes were very carefully packed, labeled transported to offsite storage. All of the vinyl tile and carpet and some sheetrock from the first level was removed for disposal.The first increment of our belongings were brought back when our kitchen renovation was completed. The second increment was brought back a month later and every item very carefully unpacked and put back in the exact where it had been originally.After the renovation contractor failed to properly deep clean our home (we had drywall dust throughout all 3 levels), we arranged through our insurance company to have Servicemaster return to perform that task. As with everything they did in our home, it was done to perfection. So well that we hired them to perform carpet cleaning in the upper floor which had not been affected by the water incident.Throughout this process we had close contact with many Servicemaster employees and supervisors. Each was exceptionally courteous and professional, diligent, and willing to go out of their way to be helpful.Our entire experience with Servicemaster could not have been better and was in stark contrast to what we experienced with a competitor 12 years ago. Servicemaster of Whatcom and Skagit is locally owned and operated, clearly dedicated to excellence, and we highly recommend them.
