Adam was amazing. He came to our house and asked several questions about how the rugs had been used. He gave us a detailed description of one rug we are hoping to sell. He quoted us 2 weeks for the turnaround, but he brought them back cleaned in about a week and a half. Could not appreciate more the job Art and company did for us in cleaning 2 - 9 x 12 oriental wool rugs. Fabulous job. The older - about 75 year old rug was so bright and vibrant we changed where wed had it before, in a bedroom, to the living room, where it had been years ago, and the other bedroom rug is every bit as fresh and vibrant as when we bought it. Art took time to talk about my rugs and explain to me what kind of rugs that I owned, and how to care for them (I found the knowledge that he shared fascinating). The Steam Sweepers Company cleaned and put protection on eleven large to medium sized rugs that I sent in two batches, May and June 2015. They all have come back with great color and pile. We had four, large, very nice rugs cleaned. The guys there are great, gave us some options for the service that were helpful. The rugs, including one especially dirty one, were cleaned excellently, and they were ready sooner than expected. Awesome!

This is the second time I have used Steam Sweepers because I was so pleased with their work. Both were rental houses that had stains that had lasted from other carpet cleaning companies and they got almost all of them out.Im sorry to have forgotten their names but a team of two cheerful men swept (😊) into the house and worked very quickly and efficiently. Carpet looked great, smelled clean and dried by late afternoon. We will definitely use Steam Sweepers next time.

I brought in six oriental wool rugs that had been in my family for many years. I knew the rugs were very expensive. They had been exposed to years of smoking and had a very powerful smell to them. They had been vacuumed over the years but had some staining on most of them by being used in dining room, entry way and main living areas. Once I got them home from Steam Sweepers and opened them I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect they turned out and absolutely no smell or stains left in them. A rug I have had for so long I am not even sure how I acquired it, came back so clean and lovely, best it has looked in decades. It is light colored with a thick nap and has seen its share of spills. It looks new, and Steam Sweepers even rebraided the fringe that the vacuum cleaner had undone.

I had dirty 8 rugs from my boat which needed to be cleaned. How? I didnt have the space to clean them. Most rug cleaners are only mobile and clean the rugs in your home. I was able to take my 8 rugs to their space and they did a great job.

I would highly recommend Steam Sweepers to clean your rugs. We hadnt cleaned our rugs for quite awhile so I was worried that the stains would not come out when cleaned, particularly by the entrance to our house. It looked like a new rug when they finished. i needed my rugs cleaned by a certain date and the owner tentavily scheduled me in even though we hadnt yet agreed to his estimate. When they finished they left a couple of commercial blowers to help the rugs dry and within 24 hours they were dry and looking great. The two workers were friendly and efficient and the pricing was very reasonable. My only criticism would be that there was no discussion of scotch guarding the rugs at estimate but the workers suggested it and that added almost $100 to the cost.
