This is a long but honest review,I spent nearly 2 weeks trying to figure out which carpet cleaner service to use. I’ve never hired this type of service so I was unsure of what to ask, or even what it would cost. I also found that there are way to many carpet cleaner services in Bellingham, over 20 so I took the top 3 with the best reviews and I called 2 of them and no answer. So I called Gavin. I was impressed he picked up the phone. We chatted for a few mins and I went and booked an appointment on his website as I needed to figure out the time with my wife and didn’t want to waste his time with more phone calls. The website is easy to use and has his prices listed for normal/basic services so we knew what to expect before he showed up, which for me is a huge plus.I was not home when he showed up but my wife was. My wife had nothing but great things to say Gavin even went above and beyond what we paid for. Did some extra hallways.Now for the dirt! Our carpets were horrible. Even when we moved in they had stains but we have kids and had a dog prior so we said oh well. Well we had enough and wanted it cleaned man the carpets look brand effing new. He was unable to get all the stains out but like 99% of them are gone. It was like coming home to a new house.I’ve already gave his contact number to a few people

I was a bit defensive in my initial call to them because of a bad job done by another local company, and then a terrible bid/appointment/follow-up by another company. I also asked questions about things like difference between steam/hot water extraction, or dust mite control. He was patient, thorough, and honest in his responses. I then went to his website, which was wonderful, and the book/schedule online option is fantastic. Prices are competitive. Crew showed up on time; neat, courteous, friendly. Oh, and yes, they did a great job cleaning the carpets! Highly recommend them!

We had a great experience. The tech guy was here early and friendly. I felt very comfortable leaving him in my home while I took my kiddo to the park. He did 4 rooms and stairs and was in and out in about an hour! It would have taken me forever if I did it myself. Will be using them in the future and would recommend to friends and family if they need this service. Also the carpets dried quickly and had a great fresh lemon smell!

Jay arrived a few minutes early and hit the floor running! We have area rug that are much loved by our fur-children, and they smelled like it also. Jay did a fantastic job cleaning them. Carpets looked and smelled fresh. They dried within a few hours so we were able to put furniture back quickly. Best thing, it was a holiday! Now my spring cleaning is complete. Never been a fan of online booking but Gavins is easy to use and has great follow up emails to confirm and remind. I highly recommend Carpet Care Cleaners!

Easy to schedule. Gentleman arrived on time and was courteous.I am TOTALLY disappointed with the results. Very little dirt was removed and a couple of stains actually seem larger.follow up.the morning after i posted this review, Gavin was on the phone to us to see what he can do to make the situation better. i appreciate this customer service and that he cares and i concerned that we become happier customers. this is a professional8/25Gavin returned and worked on the areas we were most dissatisfied about.I am happy to report those areas now look sooo much better.He followed up a couple days later to make sure we were happy customers. we are.

Gavin was happy to come clean our carpets on a Saturday and arrived right on time. Although not initially requested, I asked if he was able to clean our oriental rugs and dining room chairs. We were planning on just reupholstering or replacing the chairs. Instead he used a furniture tool which cleaned very well and they dried in minutes. The service effectively removed the cat urine issues with the unexpected bonus of saving us from buying new furniture. Thanks Gavin!

It was so easy. I booked online through their and website and they showed up on time. My dogs had some accidents during our vacation, and the cleaner was able to remove all the odors and stains out of the white carpet. Price is very reasonable as well.

I recently moved into a new home and all the carpets were stained and filthy, I dont think they have ever been cleaned! I didnt have high hopes for the carpets with all the stains and such, but wanted a clean fresh start for moving in. I called up Carpet Care Cleaners and they were able to come early on a Saturday morning to accommodate my move-in schedule :-) I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and use of green cleaners. The end results were amazing, not only did ALL the stains and dirt come out, but the carpets actually looked new! I did not notice any cleaning odors and could work in the house afterwards without being bothered by my allergies or asthma. I would definitely recommend Carpet Care Cleaners for others!

I had just bought 2 Karastan wool carpets on Craigs list that were in good condition but definitely needed a thorough cleaning. I looked around online and found a place that specializes in just Oriental carpets and am sure they do a superb job, but the thought of paying more to get them cleaned than I even paid to buy them didnt feel like the investment I wanted to make right off the bat. So I called CCC instead and was very pleased with the results. The other nice thing is that the agent and very nice gentleman, Bryan was able to come right to my house instead of me dropping them off and picking them up as I would have for the other service. He used this special machine that shot water into them and then sucked it back out so no soap wasnt even used. They look amazing now and they dried really fast (in a warm room). That machine got all the dirt out! The only thing it wasnt able to do was clean the fringes that well, but thats something I can easily do myself anyway. I know many people gawk at paying $1 a sq. foot to clean an area rug, but seriously, this is a third of the price youd pay elsewhere. I know I wouldnt want the same machines that work on synthetic carpets used on my wool rugs, so it makes since why its more expensive than normal carpet cleaning. Anyway, I definitely recommend these guys!!
