Everyone who works here has great customer service. I love coming in and seeing their smiles. They always help me choose the best way to ship my packages and keep my addresses in the computer. If you dont like standing in line at the post office save yourself time and come here. Fast and efficient service.

Why wait at the USPS a block away when you can get all the same service at this place with usually no line.

Last year my mailbox was automatically transferred here when my long-time Mail Center closed, along with several months of pre-payment. This new location didnt work for me and I was promised a refund for the prepaid months. Despite emailing, calling, and stopping in for months I never saw that promised refund. I was continuously promised a refund check next month. 1.5 years went by and still havent seen it! I would not recommend if you want a dependable mailbox with owners that can communicate decently.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGRACEFUL business, if I were you thinking about using this service, think again and head to the post office less then 500 yards away. They tried to charge me $20.75 to ship 2 first class packages that cost me $10.30 at the post office. This does not include any packing services or tape. If they packed them up and used there boxes I am scared to even think what the total would be I brought my packages ready to go ( already boxed, taped and labeled) They had very little work to accomplish and the wanted more than double then the post office!!!! These crooks are a disgrace to honest hard working people around the country. BTW I have been to many shipping stores and they only charge a few dollars on top of what the post office charges. NOT DOUBLE. SORRY Sunset Postal you need to actually work for you $$$$. The post office is visible from this store and I would recommend anyone wanting to ship something to just go there. They would be more helpful anyway. BTW the women working at the counter were awesome. The way this business is setup and run THAT IS THE PROBLEM. How can this business stay afloat with these charges anyway. PEOPLE STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE.

Ive been using their services for approximately 10 years. They offer a nice variety of shipping options using various couriers. I also received parcels here. They email me whenever a parcel arrives. Very convenient.

I recently started a new business and have to do alot of shipping and buying of supplies. The ladies that work here are extremely nice, helpful, and patient & their customer service is excellent. After antique shopping in Bellingham, I needed my new treasure shipped to my home in Portland. I went into Sunset Postal to see what options were available and they really came through for me! They gave me a great price to freight ship the new(old) China hutch. It arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Sunset Postal for any freight shipping you may need done. They are professional and economical. A+++!

Be careful to consider their low cost mailbox service. Because they will nail you on their shipping charges and additional fees. A package to ship via their service was $24. Down the road another business shipped it for $15.What shocked me the most is that the owner is insecure. He tries too hard to be a Macho Man in front of other men . Yet does not care about women who carry loads of packages out of his business while he is doing his paperwork. I happened to run and open/hold front doors for too many women, as I was checking my mailbox, while this Sean guy is chilling with his paperwork. Witnessing his interactions with women was one of the least favorite activities of mine. No Please, Thank You did I ever hear from this mans mouth...If they receive a rather large package for you - they will call you the same day saying in commanding voice - you got a HUGE package - take it out, as it takes too much space here! Otherwise, one does not even hear from them - no notifications of new packages, etc.Not impressed.p.s. Interesting point by another reviewer - most 5-star reviews are from men...

I went here during the worst time possible, Christmas shopping season. From the second I walked in the front lady(with beautiful dark blue hair) was happy and courteous, knew her stuff and knocked down a big line very quickly all by herself. I will add she must’ve been training someone because the gal kept interrupting her, not once did she lose her patience or become unfriendly. She was beyond professional! I’ll definitely come back there again for future shipping needs!! You’ve got a great employee!Merry Christmas!

Have been a customer for years, with both the old owners and the new.The new owners are great as well as their team.They greet me by name when I walk in, and 8 times out of 10 they usually know that I have a package waiting for pick up before I do and proceeded to go ahead and get it for me.Unless they are busy they will take the time to carry on a conversation with you like you are a person and not just another Joe off the street that they are trying to make money off of.That is what the feeling of a small business is supposed to be when they take time to get to know their customers and their customers are able to get to know the staff.I highly recommend getting to know them and doing business with them.

Sean at sunset postal was amazing. He helped me out of a bind when he didnt even have to. I didnt pick up my UPS package in time. It was marked as being sent back that morning when I called to inquire. After I hung up he searched around and found my package and called me back. Saved me time and money. Very helpful. I have had a mail box here for 5 years. I have always had good interactions with the staff. They are friendly and always helpful. They never complain when I get the occasional really big box in :)Today I am somewhat anxiously awaiting a paycheck that is late and when I phoned to ask what time the mail would arrive today Julie offered to call me when it arrived. That really takes some of the stress out of my day. Thanks!

I have used Sunset Postal with some regularity the past couple of years. I have always experienced flawless/quick transactions and friendly customer service. I recently ran into a postage mistake that resulted in a lost package and consequently, a lost refund I had been expecting on the merchandised shipped. Sunset postal was very professional in making this mistake right and refunded me the amount of the merchandise lost, as well as the shipping fees. They were very apologetic and accommodating. Needless to say, I understand mistakes happen, my only concern is how willing a business is to make it right. Sunset Postal gets a gold star! I will continue to use them for my shipping services.

Terrible customer service very rude and unwilling to help. Too pricey as well... We had a mail box there several years was happy that they opened UPS not too far away.

The owner of the business is always Moody. He comes across chauvinistic. He will let an older woman carry a 50lb package of big size to her vehicle with no offer of a dolly and not even offer to hold the front door. Everything with Sean is $1.00! To tape a simple package, if you did not do so, its $1.00. To drop off a UPS package? $1.00! Notice all the prior reviews that gave him 5 stars, almost all of them are from Men - so, if you want to be a part of a boys club then I recommend, but I am a woman of principals and choose not to give him my business. Better yet, try to close your mailbox to see if you will get a refund? No, you are not going to get a refund - sadly enough.

Not impressed they actually gave my parcel to someone else. Didnt let me know and know say they will try and get the person to bring it back and I should have it in 1-2 weeks. Yeah really they handed my delivery to someone else.

The owners never paid out a refund from when they moved from Kentucky St. I have months of emails saying “yeah, we’ll have that waiting at the store.” Check next week...check next week...check next week. Poor manager got sick of me showing up asking for my money. Its been 9 months. I would go elsewhere for any shipping needs.

Went in to ship UPS and had the shipping label on a flash drive. They tried to charge me a $5 internet fee to print the label out for me because apparently you need the internet to use a flash drive... The worker said it was for the time, what time? The 20 seconds it takes to print?!Save your time and go to the actually UPS or other shipping company store, theyll print those for free and will even tape up your box for free. No $10 tape fees. Wont go again.

Very poor customer service and very pricey. Had numerous problems and they were unwilling to work with me to resolve them. Very poor attitude for a business that is providing customer service or rather should be providing customer service. Do not recommend on any level for any services.

New owner doesnt comprehend customer service. He nickle and dimes pieces of tape, complaines about opening your box for you...what are you paying extra for? Bad vibes is all Ive witnessed.

The employee at this store is rude and arrogant. After having problems with her - she didnt want to package our item - I asked for her manager. Her response was, Shes my mom. She flatly stated that she didnt believe in the customer is always right and didnt have to serve us.
