Highly recommend!! I had questions about a broken screen repair. The person I spoke with was honest about my best option NOT being a repair due to my specific type of phone. He even explained the best way to work with my phone insurance to replace my phone in the least expensive way. Fantastic customer service!

I received exceptional service regarding a problem. Even though the system/software damage was too great to recover, they spent the time to help me reset and check for hacking and malware, free of charge. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back with any other issues.

Zero star service.After 3 months of doing nothing with my ipad they wouldnt give me a full refund for $85 labor that never happened. I was told owner lives in Canada and couldnt be reached by phone to authorize full refund. Later, the owner called but did not refund the labor. Since I paid with a credit card, I was able to the ask the bank for a chargeback for services not rendered. the end.

Had an iPad in there to be repaired for a disabled client of mine and they kept it for over 3 months. Multiple attempts to contact them with no luck. Even going to their store, no one was ever there during their listed business hours. I finally got ahold of them and Scooter, their iPad repair tech, had only just started working on it. I was given many excuses as to why it had taken so long to even open the iPad up. I was told it would take at least a month to fix and there was no guarantee when Scooter would be in next. I went by the next today to pick it up and will be taking it to a different repair shop asap. Fully reccomend you DO NOT go there. Was refused a refund for the over $140 that was spent initially to bring the iPad in. Honestly some of the worst service Ive ever seen. The guy at the front counter, Brennan, was very unprofessional and told me multiple contradictory things about why the repair was taking so long. The iPad tech is out often for personal problems but also told me that they dont even repair iPad there.....WORST REPAIR SHOP EVER. Do not go there. They will take your device and hold it hostage for months without repairing it and then keep your money.

They don’t actually open at the advertised hours even if you have an appointment. I have used this service twice and both visits involved me waiting in front of a locked door for an hour.If you need fast and reliable device repair go somewhere else because these people don’t value your time.

Had an email confirmed appointment using their website information. I went to my appointment only to find the shop was closed. No one was there. What a poor way to run a business. I suspect the business will fail, only to reopen under a different name.

Definitely don’t recommend at all. I had them fix my phone not even a year ago and the same thing they fixed already broke! Told me to plug it in a certain way and it only made it worse. I’d go to cellairis way cheaper and way more professional!

Came to see about fixing charge on my Kindle. It is 3 pm on Sunday and the website says it is open until 5 pm. Store closed. Called number on website but it only rings no option for voicemail. Would have been nice if they updated their website to show closed. Two other customers were here too. They came yesterday after 5 and they came today before 5 but still closed.

Possibly the worst service Ive ever had! Terrible communication that was always instigated by me and never them. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. I highly recommend going somewhere else!I needed to have my drone fixed recently and CPR Cell Phone Repair popped up during my search for repair services. What a mistake that was. They seemed to have a good understanding of what needed to be done at first so I paid the initial labor fee and waited to hear back about how much parts were going to cost. They didnt call when they said they would, so I contacted them and was told they had ordered the parts they needed to repair my drone and they were hoping to be done by the end of that week and that they would call me when it was complete. Friday rolls around and no call so once again I called them to find out what was up. They said the technician working on it was out sick. Same thing the next week. I was pretty frustrated at the lack of communication on their part. I got a hold of someone that knew something about my drone finally and they said it was going to take more time to figure out what was wrong with it... After three weeks and after I was told they had already ordered the parts. So after being lied to and wasting all that time, I said I was done and needed my drone back. They said they would give me a refund so I went in and took care of everything... so I thought. I checked my bank account later and saw I was only refunded half the amount. So I went back in to the store and asked for clarification after I was told I was going to be refunded. The technician had the audacity to tell me he thought he explained to me why I was only getting half back. Just absolutely the worst service Ive ever had DONT GO HERE!

Tried selling me a galaxy s 9 for 400 dollars after putting me on hold for 20 kins and hanging up on me...

I took my phone in to get a screen repair. My phone had been restarting on and off and was frustrating. They repaired my screen but my phone kept restarting. I had already gone home for the summer when it got really bad to the point when there were times I couldnt even use my phone. I had to travel back to get it fixed. I spent the whole day up in Bellingham and right before closing they told me i would have to use my lap top to fix it. They said they would call when it got fixed. I had my laptop and could have done something but they never called me. I ended up taking it to another place in Seattle and paying another $150.00 to get the screen replaced and a diagnostic.

Phone broke paid to get it fixed wich to a week. Only for it to turn out it was still broken after they charged a boat load and to make matter worse charged extra labor 100 labor to take the parts back. The phone booth in the mall is better than this yall trash!

Took my phone in because it wouldnt turn on and i needed to get the photos off of it. They diagnosed it as a bad LCD screen and said they could order a new one and install it. Two weeks later I called to check on the status, and the person who was working on it no longer worked there and nobody else knew anything about it. They said they would check it out and get back to me. A week later no call, so I called again same story. Another week without a call, so I go in the store this time, it took the employee a long time to even find my phone, they got it to turn on but the battery quickly died. The charge port is bad. They had another battery laying around and put that one in and it turned on and worked but again died, I asked if they had another phone they could charge one of those batteries in as I only needed enough time to get the photos off, they said they would work on it and get back to me. Again a week goes by without a call. So I go in again, I ask about my phone and again they have to look around for my phone. I hear the employees in the back complaining about the time they have spent working on my phone. And everytime I talk to them they give the excuse that it sat in pieces on the desk for weeks because the employee who was working on got fired and they didnt have any info on it. That is not my fault nor an excuse, your company hired the employee who was fired, your company took the job that I paid for. It appears that your company does not have processes in place so that if the person working on a project leaves or is sick that that job could still get done. Had you handled this better from the start I would have paid for you to replace the charge port also, instead I took my phone back and will take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service was exactly as expected and cheaper than apple offered for my older iPhone (SE). Under the circumstances the hours have changed so be sure to take note. Online quotes are accurate and helpful too.

Scooter went above and beyond for me yesterday. We have the Covid-19 restrictions and he was still able to get my phone done in a few hours. I had never had my phone repaired before and he walked me through it-without over explaining things for an amateur expert. He was willing to work with my time frames, and my phone is perfect again. Couldnt be happier!

Awful experience. Go somewhere else.Paid in advance to fix a cracked screen, they somehow broke the motherboard, and took two months of calling to get them to tell me what happened and replace the phone. Always a different excuse for why they couldnt give me any updates at all, and never returned my calls.

My IPhone XR got a cracked back camera lens, and I initially thought I might be able to remove and replace it on my own. Very carefully I removed what I could, but couldn’t go any further on my own once I encountered the lens adhesive to the body. I covered my open lens, contacted CPR, tried to contact City Mac (without success), and Bad Apple in Skagit. I went with CPR because they’re closer to me.The camera was clear and working just fine when I brought it in, and before I picked up my phone CPR said that my camera was blurry and gave a price to replace it on top of the $80 I already paid in advance. I declined, and took it to Bad Apple in Skagit who I have used in the past and should have gone to for this. Upon opening the case they found a lot of glass behind the camera, and the camera looked like it had been wrenched - likely causing the blurry imaging.Disappointing. I will not recommend this company, and it cost me more than double in the end for using them. I have also let the local Verizon know my experience, since they had put a good word in for them.

Unfortunately broke my S10+ camera glass somehow (always have my phone in a case), called Assurant & was directed to come to CPR; super cool staff, knowledgeable, & had my phone fixed the same day. Cant even tell it happened in the 1st place. Hopefully wont have to come back, but if I do, I know Ill be pleased with the repair.

Amazing job! Pretty much thought my iPhone was a goner with it’s crazy damaged screen, charging port was loose so it wouldn’t charge unless I wiggled it to the right spot, microphone was messed up & no one could hear me talk on the phone, camera would freeze and screen would go black.After trying out cell phone repair, I feel like I just picked up a brand new phone. Fixed in less then 2 days. Everything works from head to toe & customer service was on point. Highly recommend.

Id gone to Best Buy looking for our cell phone provider and was told by their staff they didnt carry them. I happened by CPR and popped in to see if they had any idea where to get one. Scooter the manager said that Best Buy did have the one I need and even where I could find it in the store. Went back and sure enough it was there! Thanks again Scooter!!

They messed up my cousins camera and he paid $125 for them to fix a camera on a Samsung Galaxy s9+ and they said it would be 30 min he got there 3 days later some person came out and said it would take 3hrs we waited and got his phone back and it worked perfectly that day and on the next day it didnt work. I suggest you guys to go somewhere else!

Terrible service. iPod was left for over 50 days and still unfixed, and multiple lies were told about why a 7 day job turned into nearly 3 months. 0 communication from the staff either. Had to fight for a full refund, and a nasty note was left on the refund memo. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I highly recommend this repair shop and store. The store manager was very friendly and helpful. I was having a battery issue with my phone and he I was able to figure it out clean my phone and sell me I cord and charger that was high speed and just perfect for what I needed! I thank my lucky stars for him that I didnt have to buy a new phone!

My laptop died while I was on vacation. This machine is a non-standard device, cobbled together from leftover parts. Scooter took it on as a personal mission, and got the thing up and running, and shipped it to me back home in Alaska. I appreciate the quick work and ingenuity and low cost. Total: $184.79.

When I could find no one else (except MS) to replace the battery in my 2 yr old Surface Book, these guys took on the job, and they were helpful and pleasant throughout the entire process. Even after the cost of the replacement and their shipping it to me was added up, it was still less than half of what Microsoft wanted. So, the value they provide is just as top-notch as their execution of my repair. If I could give them a higher rating, I would. If only every business were this efficient, pleasant and had great value!

Im going to say this. They were in charge of fixing my laptop. I put it in back in March and I got it back today. The problem is still there! I would have hoped that the problem would be fixed after that amount of time!

These folks have been SO helpful! Their knowledge is broad, deep, and specific. Ive never felt like they were trying to sell me anything. They have tried to help me find the best and least expensive solution to whatever problem Ive brought them. And when theyve been aware of potential problems down the line, theyve let me know that, and how to head it off as well. My absolute first choice in Bellingham!

CPR in Vancouver (BC, Canada) told me initially (after holding my phone for a week) that they could not get the part in to fix my phone; when I brought it in they then told me they did not do soldering jobs.CPR in Bellingham, WA, gave me a quote over email, and let me know they could get the part in themselves; repair took about a week (which they warned me about beforehand, along with any other risks to the phone - screen, mic, etc.) Repair worked wonderfully, phone is working great, Im extremely happy.

They told me it would be $260 to replace my phone screen. I called to confirm the price later that night and to set up an appointment. Went in, and the guy told me Im pretty sure I told you $360. I just walked out. I dont have time for price fixing.

The guys made multiple attempts to upgrade my phone only to discover that it had been frozen by some previous owner who ditched his contract with Sprint and flashed ATT software onto the device before it was sold to me. A great job of sleuthing for which I really wasnt charged. Everyone was cheerful and accommodating. High marks all around!!

Not only did they not fix my phone, it came back to me in worse shape than when I brought it to them. I later brought my phone to another repair shop and they were able to fix it, no problem... for $100 cheaper than at CPR.

Got lower estimate over phone. Took time off work, waited 45 minutes for them to open and no one showed up. Had to go another day for them to tell me the screen would be over $300 to fix

Would LOVE to find out how their services are but no seems to ever be working. No one ever returns phone calls or emails. And no one answers the phone. Dont know how you guys are in business when customers cant get ahold of you.

Absolutely worthless. I went in, explained in detail what needed to be fixed, and was told it would probably cost amount x. After not hearing from them called only to be told that it would cost more than double. They still charged me for “labor” even though they clearly didn’t do anything.

5 Stars!! Clean Space, professional, courteous, staff. Quick service - just over an hour to repair a cracked iphone screen May 2017. After the repair the next day the phone died unexpectedly. We returned to the store, they quickly diagnosed that their repair had caused it, and fixed it again, no hassle or questioning. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Got my screen fixed pretty quickly, except the guy told me to come back at 2 and I ended up having to wait another 30 minutes with no phone to occupy myself. It was nice to have my screen fixed but I noticed it was acting up and the left side was popped out like a millimeter. My friend says stores do this intentionally so that the screen will break again more easily and that the same thing happened to him.

Replacement screen protector was installed quicker than Putting gas in an empty tank. Centered exactly on the screen the first time.Better than getting the replacement in the mail and taking a chance on messing it up yourself.

Although it took a little longer than expected for the battery for my phone to arrive, I was impressed with the GREAT customer service I received. I dropped off my phone explained my problems and returned a week later to have all problems resolved with a new battery which took just a little over an hour to be installed. Do not use these guys! When installing a new screen, they broke the home button. They were pretty nice and they replaced it very quickly, however, when I picked it up, I immediately noticed the home button thumbprint unlock did not work and the home button was actually loose (you could hear it move when pressing).I told them it worked when I brought it in and the person just shrugged and said that is the original home button I just put it on the new screen. Dont know what to tell you. I said, but it worked when I brought it in.He didnt so much as offer to look at the phone again. Just shrugged.I know from watching the replacement videos that they say it is very easy to mess up the home button when replacing it.I called 5 different shops in town and they were the most expensive, but I went with them as they seemed the most reputable. Obviously they do not care about their reputation

I brought in my sons iPhone 5 with a badly damaged screen. I was given a price for the repair up front and the repair was completed within a few hours. We went back, picked up the phone and now, a few days later, we are still happy with the outcome. The repair was completed on time and for the quoted price. The customer service we received was knowledgeable and friendly as well.

Went in to have my charger port looked at due to inconsistent connection. Had a bit of a wait to talk to someone (please play some type of music in there just for white noise if anything), BUT the service that I received was great and the price was very fair.

These folks were friendly, quick, really expensive, and, as it turns out, not as competent as Id hoped. I spent over $250 to get the screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S7. The only thing wrong with it was a cracked screen. Initially it looked like they had done a beautiful job, but I later determined that they had left out at least one key seal. My repaired phone gave every incoming caller an annoying echo when used as a handset. Further, the phone had been water resistant before I took it in: it had been wet several times with no problem. I discovered to my chagrin a few months after they replaced the screen that one quick dip was all it took to brick my phone. I now have a new phone, but it would have been far more cost effective and less hassle to have gotten it a few months ago instead of spending hundreds of dollars on a temporary fix.

Did an awesome job repairing my device, the part I mentioned was ordered and received in a satisfactory amount of time, the repair took 2 days which is understandable for newer devices.The only problem I had was with the owner being slightly unprofessional, there was a time frame that we agreed upon in the preliminary phases of the device repair, I had sent in an email that gave a strict time frame that was agreed upon by the owner, when the part was received I was asked if I could bring the device in early in the morning when they opened, which wasnt possible and that was expressed in the emails that were sent between the owner and myself, after some conversation the owner got defensive and said that I was screwing with the time frame when I was not, I had never changed the time frame of drop off and pick up of the device at all. I had to reread my emails between the owner and myself to make sure that nothing was misconstrued after the fact and I had not lead him to believe that I was changing the time frame at all in the emails and had stuck with the original time frame that was mentioned. This could have been handled much better by the owner.That being said however once the device was in their hands it was taken care of and it now looks as good as new. I would suggest this place to friends if they need their devices repaired.

I have been to CPR a few times for different IPHONE issues. They are really good and a lot less expensive than the Apple store!

Thought my phone charger port was dead. Phone company said there wasnt anything that could be done and told me to get a new phone. Michael with CellPhoneRepair was very helpful and simply cleaned out the port and it works like brand new now. Saved me from buying a new phone. Will definately be coming back here for future phone repairs.

These guys are great. They were very knowledgeable about a known issue with my iPhone and gave me a clear description of options that were available, which even included going to Apple directly for the repair because of the potential for 2 different things causing the problem. In the end I opted to go to Apple who replaced my cell phone. Thus it turned out to be a considerable savings for me. I value the integrity they showed by not trying to line their own pockets and helping the consumer find a cost effective solution. Ill be back the next time I have any cell phone issues. And I certainly will NOT go to the Verizon store in Bellis Fair Mall.

Had an iPhone 6 replacement and actually about two months later the screen go fuzzy, came back and they replaced a capacitor for free covered in the warranty 100 percent. Great customer serviceOf course its a pain and not cheap to replace a cracked screen but if you got to do it I strongly recommend this store.

Strange business practices. Wanted to have a battery replacement for my cell phone. If he was successful he would charge $80 for battery and labor. If he broke the screen while replacing the battery he would return the battery for credit and charge me $75 for breaking my screen. I decided to go elsewhere.

They gave me a poor quality screen and battery I took the phone back after they “repaired” it and they told me they couldn’t replace their faulty screen. I couldn’t text or answer calls a lot of the time.

I had an issue with my MacBook battery or so I thought. After a brief conversation Scooter was able to resolve my issue in less than an hour. Love that guy!

Great experience! Had some questions over email, got quick responses. When I went in to buy a phone, they were very polite while I plugged in my APN configuration (as I use a 3rd party carrier) and let me test various functionalities, such as verifying data worked with the APN configuration and picture messages sent and received properly. Excellent personalities, as well. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the market, as well as referring people to CPR. Thanks again!

I walked in today to get my Iphone 7 fixed. The customer ahead of me was grumping on about how the company screwed up his phone; proceeding to blame one of their employees ( the guy in glasses!). I was never really worried, but they ended up exceeding my expectations anyways.. Brian was at the front desk and did a great job. I would highly recommend the company and will be using them in the future. Thanks for your quick and precise work folks!by the way, I think it makes sense they have to charge people upfront since the have to keep an inventory of tools and replacement pieces for the phones.. its not a good reason to leave a negative review about the company.

This place COMPLETELY screwed me over!! WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND! Took my phone in because my screen had become super dark and was frozen, still had sound and everything else. Paid them $60 to fix it, and had to come back the next day because it quit working again. They suggested a new screen (even though mine wasnt cracked or damaged at all), so I paid $92 to have the screen swapped out. When I picked the phone up from the shop I didnt even make it to my car before the phone stopped working, AGAIN. So I took it back, and they explained I needed a new battery. So I tell them I dont want this new screen that I didnt need since it didnt fix the problem, and he explained he couldnt put my old screen back on or refund me for the new one because he had broken my screen while removing it. After the battery & screen replacement (all in the same day), my phone starts acting up again, but theres a new issue. I can CONSTANTLY see an iPhone keyboard lit up on my screen in the background no matter what Im doing. So I take it back and explain that they havent fixed anything, and theyve just caused more problems. He claims hes never seen that happen before, but my old screen DID NOT EVER do that. He finally refunded me for the screen I bought after I raised my voice. So I basically paid them to NOT fix my phone, but cause yet ANOTHER ISSUE, and then tell me theres nothing else they can do to help me. I will never return here, horrible customer service!

I had a tablet that would not recognize when a SIM card was inserted, so I took it to CPR to have it repaired. They called me the next day to let me know that it was done. When I went in to pick it up I asked them what they did to fix it and how much it would cost. They said that the SIM card was just not making contact with the reader and that they just stuck a piece of paper in behind the SIM card which fixed it. They said that they werent going to charge me, but I was welcome to tip if I would like. Pretty awesome that they fixed it and didnt charge me anything! To me this says to me that they are not in it only for the money and are actually a fair and reasonable repair shop. I will always recommend these guys if you need a tablet or a computer repaired.

Do NOT go here. They make you pay for the service before they look at your device. If they are unable to help you they still make you pay for labor. Just left with a broken phone for $92. If you have a Mac or iPhone just go straight to CityMac where they recommended I go after charging me.

Awful service. Took my almost new iPhone 6 here to get a simple volume button repair and a week later the phone wouldnt work at all, all buttons and screen lost function. Took it to another much superior shop who explained to me they accidentally switched two screws and ended up frying some circuits. When I called CPR back they denied all responsibility.Terrible service, avoid at all costs.

Previously we needed CPR to replace a battery in out Samsung tablet. They spent a lot of time - and 3 battery changes - to get one to work right. Very satisfied with result. Yesterday my phone blew with a corrupted SD card. Thought I needed a file recovery but CPR set me up with FREE advice to get new card and USB reader for computer and directions to recover and reload. Simple. Again, good advice with no thought about ripping a computer dummy like me off.

They did a great job on my P8 MAX. Very happy! Highly recommend them if you live in the county.

I took two iPads in and the kid that checked me in not only took over twenty minutes but he’s also took a personal phone call in the middle of us talking. I was bugged, but I let it go. I’m gifting an iPad to a child that needs one so I just need it fixed. He said they would be ready on January 29. I purposely gave them an extra day due to this kids lackluster service. When I went in to pick them up on the 30th the guy was almost mad at me for coming in. He said they wouldn’t be ready till Friday February 1st.Here’s my thing- please just be upfront and honest. And don’t waste my time coming all the way to town for nothing. And then treating me poorly when I get there.And honestly had you guys been nice and seemed to care about my business I wouldn’t care about wasting my time. But for crying out loud at least be nice if you can’t be honest.

Great service, price was better than any other place that quoted us and the young fella that helped us was super friendly and helpful. We will be bringing our business back!

My screen was done for & I took it to them to fix. Yes they fixed the screen. But the dude totally knew my phone was screwed up, all said “I’d back up your pictures cause it looks like it’s not on your phone & you wouldn’t want anything to happen ya know”Than literally 5 hours later my phone over heats and is done for. Paid 145 bucks and he could have told me it’s not worth fixing and could have bought a new phone for that.. smh won’t be going back. Totally took advantage of the situation.

These guys are fantastic! Jasper worked overtime to fix a bricked tablet I had almost given up on. Wonderfully friendly service, good price and--best of all--they know what theyre doing.

Called to ask about a repair, and he immediately redirected me to an Apple recall, so I could get it repaired free of charge. Awesome!!

This place is very professional. Very pleased with the service I received.

This place overcharges and uses low quality parts. The screens they for their replacements are made of tissue paper and they charge $100 for them. If you want bad low quality parts you can get a screen replacement other places for $50. They were also understaffed when I came in.

Great turn around. I was prepared to use an old phone for a few days though they made the effort to have it back to me in just a couple of hours! This was a more complex repair to replace the main camera on my Samsung S5.
