Cracked the glass on my screen but the screen was functional. The cost to replace a screen was $4 more than insurance but didnt want to use it. Customer service was excellent. Tech very knowledgeable and friendly. My repair took 45 minutes including time used while dealing with walk-up customers.

Cracked my iPhone XS screen while backpacking. Got in at 1100 this morning. Returned around 1145 and it was fixed. Cost $250 before tip. Wasn’t looking to get a new phone mostly because mine is still in great shape and didn’t want to spend a grand-ish. Quick and easy. These crack addicts can fix any screen crack! We brought our iPhone 8s and they swapped out the battery in about 40 mins and fixed an iPhone X that we thought was beyond salvage. Very friendly and helpful duo!

Greg was able to repair my cracked screen in just over 30 minutes. He was kind, efficient, and polite. It send up being $160 before tax/tip. Id definitely recommend them to someone whos looking to get their screen fixed quickly.

In less then 30 minutes, my iPhone Battery was replaced. It was like magic. I went to Best Buy… their prices were at least 30% higher than the prices at Cellairis. Plus, their wait time is around 1-2 hours of waiting. I say Cellairis win from all standpoint and perspectives.

I originally went here to get my phone screen fixed but ended up asking if they fix MacBooks (my cute two year old dropped ours and broke the screen). He was super responsive and let me know that they could handle the MacBook and made the process WAY simpler and faster than some other businesses in town I was reaching out to. Within one day he had ordered the part I needed (others said this would take a week) and fixed my computer the next day. I originally went to cpr where I would have been charged more than double here. At cpr I waited a week for the guy to tell me he didnt know what part he was ordering. Here he has a properly stocked inventory and then received the part the next day. It was installed in less than 30 minutes while I walked with my little one at the mall.Thats a pretty good business model if you ask me. Dont make the mistake I did. Go straight to cellairis. My phone had a crack in it, I went here to get it fixed as I was a student on a budget. After the owner order the part and worked on it I realized he had broken my pixles and back button after I got home. Its so convenient to have a repair service with seven day service. Not only that, they know what theyre doing, they do it well and they do it in a timely fashion. A screen repair on my iPhone only took a half hour!! Before that, I had a bad charging port on an old iPad. It took two days for the part to arrive and then I was back in business! Price was reasonable for both.

Our dog sat on our Switch and broke the screen. Greg was very professional in replacing the screen on our Nintendo Switch. He communicated about the process taking a bit longer than he had initially thought, and the cost to fix the screen was WAY less than replacing the unit. This was the 2nd repair they had done for me. The first was a simple cell phone screen replacement.The Switch repair takes between 2-3 hours, and they have to order the parts. A partial payment was due at the time of the order, with the remainder due at pickup. If you ever need a Switch screen replaced or a joy con joystick fixed, Greg is the best in town!

They were ½ the price of several competitors, took ½ the time to repair, actually had the replacement part I needed in-stock, & I didnt even have to schedule an appointment. My S10+ camera lens cracked & was fixed in less than 30 min (once the technician got to my device, there were several other customers present which goes to show their professionalism). Not only did she repair the issue but also went the extra mile & replaced all the adhesive, something a previous repair shop did not... Whats more important, at least to me, is that the entire process is done in plain sight for you to observe if you wish; no back-lab sketchiness. You can see *exactly whats being done & they have a 30 day warranty period. I plan on relying on them for any future unfortunates.

So I never lose my phone but not only do I lose it, but it gets run over twice. I go to haywire and wait 2 hours for me to be told it’s done done.I go to the mall to buy a new phone and as I’m walking out, I see Cellairis. Now let me tell you that I did not go there to fix my phone, just a case for the new phone.Greg takes one look at my phone and says he could fix it, I told him it’s done, another technician looked at it. Instead of 2 hours, it took 15 or 20 mins max and the phone was working again. He has people skills and I was so grateful. Greg and Melody worked extra hard to help me out! The initial screen replacement they did on my iPhone was having issues with the 3D Touch. They tried several other screens, and when those didnt work either, Greg did a special order for a higher end screen at no extra cost. He said if that one didnt work he would give me a full refund, even though they had spent a lot of time trying to solve the problem. Thankfully, the screen he ordered has worked perfectly. Phone is like brand new. Great customer service and a satisfying result!

When all these places closed down, I unfortunately dropped my phone and shattered my phone screen. I decided to call anyway and Greg said they would come to customers for repairs.He drove to my house, I handed him my phone, he repaired my phone in his car in like 20 minutes and my phone looked and worked like brand new. I was in serious need of a new iphone 7+ being fixed asap. I believe I met with I think the owner. He waited patiently for me to get there was so kind and fixed my phone fast and cheap. I dont think I would go anywhere else if I needed a phone fixed again. He made great conversation and not only had my screen replaced but a brand new battery in so quick, most places I go to get a phone fixed have me leave my phone with them and come back in a couple hours, I think he had this all done within 30 minutes maybe less, and that was bringing a completey shattered phone to him with no idea why it wouldnt turn on. They even provided me a free glass screen protector because it ended up with a tiny air bubble after installation. Much appreciated!Edit: my GPS was mysteriously broken after the screen fix. When I brought the phone back a week later, Greg worked with me for free for about an hour to fix it. Greg is an absolute genius. Being a millennial digital native, and having done this for 8 years already (basically since the advent of smartphones) he must be one of the worlds foremost experts in phone repair--Im not even kidding.
