Eddie at Mac and Mac was great to work with. The pump I brought him was 30 years old and was told youd be amazed what we can do with rusted corroded pumps. I have no doubt he wouldve been able to repair it but in the end they suggested a new pump as there would be enough time in repair costs to justify purchasing a new one. The only reason no five star is after a couple of days of tear down they gave up repair and started looking for a new pump with no notice causing further delay for us. I do appreciate the effort and would be happy to bring them future business. Thank you Eddie

Excellent service with kind and knowledgeable staff! We just picked up our electric pallet jack, the staff not only showed us how to care for the machine and what we can do to extend its life and longevity, but he also helped us operate our lift gate to get it safely inside. I’m going to say 6 stars because he went above and beyond :)

I was faced with having a contractor redo my 60 yr old kitchen vent, but Mac and Mac found the right motor, very inexpensively, very willing to work around my complicated schedule and I couldnt be happier. What might have cost thousands, was less than $60. If I had a tail I would wag it!
