Ive been shopping around for a good nail saloon since moving to Oregon (three summers worth) and I finally found it! Everyone here is extremely nice and professional, and Ive never had an issue. Ive never felt rushed out the door, they take their time on you. I really enjoy/needed that. Great place!

Really had a wonderful experience. The owner is an amazing person. She made us feel so welcomed. I took my daughter and a dear friend for their birthdays. I can honestly say that the ladies who worked on our nails were attentive and engaging. Im naturally shy but we had such wonderful conversations. I havent been to a nail salon that made me feel so at home like Zen Nail Spa made me feel. This is definitely our favorite nail place and we will absolutely keep coming back. The prices are just right, the quality is top notch, and the experience is amazing.

I love zen nails!! everyone there is super sweet and accommodating. prices are good as well! i’ve messed up my nails after leaving the salon twice now and came back the next day to get them fixed and they’ve fixed them free of charge even though it was my fault. they also send out coupons constantly by text if you’re signed up with their rewards systems!

My nails look great! So relaxing with pedicure massage and comfortable massage chairs. I will be back and I recommend this business.

Both nail techs in the shop wore their masks under their noses. The woman was unkind and rushed through all of our nails. my nails came out uneven and lumpy. my partner, her little sister and I were both unsatisfied with our nails and they were not done well. and normally we would never say anything but the fact that they wore their masks under their noses during a pandemic is unprofessional and a danger to everyone that comes into the shop.

Everyone there was incredibly friendly. I enjoyed learning that the staff treat each other like family, and as such that feeling is extended to their clients. I was happy with the service and would go back anytime! (I have really short nails, so this was perfect for me.😁)

This place is so bad. The nail tech is extremely rude. She didn’t care about what I wanted. I tried to explain what I wanted and she yelled at me and said “ YOU ARE RUSHING ME I CANT DO THAT” in front of everyone which is extremely unprofessional. my nails are terrible. she was wearing her mask under her nose even once i asked her to put it up. such a waste and a danger.Update: I was never lying. I never once spoke to them about time but instead asked my partner who was also there- who also hated her nails and who felt the nail tech was rude, what time it was. This store also texted my personal number to complain about my review. That’s not okay. That is my personal phone number. To call your customers a liar is extremely unprofessional.

All my nails are crooked, theres a bunch of bumps im the color. They are lumpy. She didn’t take care of my lifting so my nails will pop off... really wish I waited to go to my normal place.. these nails are so pretty when you glance at them then I got my pedicure and saw how my middle nail was curving to the right. I had 5 crooked nails. The color is so bad its pretty till you get close. Ugh.

I had been trying to find the right nail salon for me, and had bad past experiences elsewhere. I decided to come to Zen Nails and they were GREAT! They seated me right away. The one gentleman did my nails and was amazing. He took his time, was very detailed and gentle. I get complements on my nails all the time and I’m recommending Zen to all the girls I know. This is absolutely my favorite local nail salon! With wonderful service, friendly team, great shellac and polish selection along with offering acrylic and real gel nails. I get my real gel nails and pedicures done by Kevin and I couldn’t be happier every time I walk in and leave with glam new nails! I have recommended Zen Nails to many friends who now have Zen as their main salon because they were so happy with the services. It is a very relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable environment. Absolutely worth your time to get them a try!

A good friend of mine told me about Zen nail on Murray Scholls so i decided to check it out after many nail salon in the area. The salon is very clean, very nice decoration make me feel very pleasant. But most importantly I am so happy i did and met a wonderful tech named Becky. I would dare to say by far she is the best in liquid gel that i known of.. So glad i have found you Becky.I love elegance, natural looking that Becky did on my nails.The good thing about liquid gel is that is has less chemical than acrylic and that is another thing i love liquid gel.Highly recommend this salon .

Mai and her manager manicurist (forgive me! I don’t remember her name) did an amazing job on my mani/pedi😊 They were very nice throughout, gave me room and time to choose my polish and Mai paid particular attention to my ankle injury and made sure I was comfortable.Small shop, but clean and comfortable. Had very soft, nice music to listen to during my treatments. They also do facials in a private environment.Thank you for a great experience ladies🎄

I wanted to try out a place closer to my job since it takes me awhile to get home. First I thought the powder dip was 35 by the picture on their website but they now charge 40 okay not a big deal I pay that at the nail place near my home. My nail technician was nice and my nails came out great BUT not even a week like maybe 2 days later the clear coat of paint started to peel. After paying 40 and giving a tip I was not happy about it but I said to myself I will give them a second chance and just tell them about the peeling but one of my nails cracked at the tip, the powder dip part came off and my nail at the unprotected part broke today so nope no second chance. I dont know if it the product but I wont waste my money going back. My nails are chipping and peeling and I never had this happen and Ive been using powder dip for months at other salons. I will stick with the one by my place. They will never touch my nails again.

Being in vacation out of state, I went in for a much needed manicure and pedicure. The sweet lady name Becky greeted me with a big and warm smile. She took her time and it end up with a beyond expecting results! Thank you so much for an amazing experience! Ill definitely come back when in town...

Ive been to this salon twice, once for my initial french acrylics and then I came back when it was time to have them filled. Both times I went, the nail technician was very nice and very efficient. They really knew what they were doing; my nails turned out lovely and Im very happy with my experiences there and will be returning once its time to get a new set put on. =)

I loved it there! They did a pretty new color on my nails with a nude then a darker pink color❤ after they were done they put a cute little feather design on each of my ring fingers. For the shape they did it coffin shaped and the didnt curve it so they looked real❤ I loved it and for sure will be back again😊

I went in for a pedicure on my birthday. I got excellent service. The technician listened to what I wanted and didnt want. The pedicure is still going strong 3 weeks out. I will definitely be back!

I was very disappointed in them. The first time I went they did an amazing job. This time they did not listen to what I wanted and my grandma didnt even get hers done because they messed up and then didnt have the time but were still taking other customers. I told them I wanted long nails and got short he kept burning me with the files and nearly cut my finger. That is the last time they ever get business from me.

I always love coming here! Kevin and Vivian are the two I have had the most experience with and always leave happy. I most recently tried the SNS powder and am still loving my beautiful nails even a week after my visit! And with the warm weather here I get to show off my pedicure too!

First time experiencing Zen and enjoyed the experience tremendously. Friendly, clean, efficient and a classic pedi is the standard $25 with hot stones, no wax (unfortunate). They are quite proud that they have two white gals that work there to avoid language barriers that exist at other salons. Would highly recommend.

Went to this place to get a shellac fill french tips. She didnt listen when I asked numerous times to cut my nail short. The white tips started peeling the same day.. sent text and got no response. Two days later several of my nails were peeling and looked horrible. She charged $40.00 for an unprofessional fill.

I never write bad reviews but I was Very disappointed with service today! This is the second time I went to this salon, first time - everything was great but today is complete disappointment. I got gel nails, after I left I had gel all over the skin. I had to spend 10 minutes to get that gel from my skin. On top it I found a black hair on one of my nails - possibly that it got on the nail between layers and the gentleman that worked with me didnt notice it. Also, that gentleman that worked with me couldnt do the simple heart design. I had it done before, so I dont understand why was it so hard for him. I felt bad not to tip, however, I doubt that Im returning to this place again.

I came into zen nail spa with a full set of acrylics. All but 2 nails were missing. When I came in they told me they were going to charge me for a fill, because i obviously didn’t need a full set. When I went to pay they tried charging me $45!!!! When that’s more than the cost of the full set!? The place seems super un sanitary as there were someone’s nail clippings under my feet and she barely sprayed the table after the person before me and NONE of the equiptment was cleaned. On top of that, my nails literally were an inch thick, and he got paint all over the outside of my nails. I’m extremely disappointed as they usually do a good job which is why I returned but I will not be coming back again. I feel like this is a health violation!

I had been a customer of Zen Nails and Spa since Dec. 2017. I always liked the staff and the end result was always consistent. I had a recent bad experience that forced me to update my past review from AWESOME to down right, just “awful”. I get my nails filled every two weeks, like clockwork. The last month or so I noticed with the management change the service, quality of work and environment had completely taken a turn for the worst. Last week, Saturday July 28th. I was in for a trim down, fill, and pedicure. The Tech rushed through the fill, not all the nails where the same length and she forgot which nails she had not applied clear polish or acrylic; I had to remind her. The polish was uneven and I was left with streaks.Old polish from my last color was left of my toes AFTER a full pedicure. How?I returned today (after one week) for repairs and a polish change. Once the Tech was done, she asked for $10. Shocked and surprised was my feeling!I questioned why the charge for THEIR mistakes or shortcomings? She claimed that she had not charged me for the “repair” but for the nail polish and an “adjustment” because I have long nails. I don’t have long nails; they’d just been cut down the week prior. I’d asked if this new “up” charge was due to the new management, for which she didn’t answer. Reluctantly, I paid my bill but advised them that I would not be returning and that I would be updating my reviews. She said she was good with that, so I felt compelled to share my experience.Lesson learned; Zen Nails & Spa does not guarantee their work and they are looking to squeeze every dollar out of their customers for subpar work.

Made an appointment for three people, they only ended up doing two of us and told my daughter to come back after making her wait almost two hours! They kept taking tons of pedicures and wouldnt do hers.The guy told my friend that they didnt have the pink acrylic powder but they did cause mine were pink. We werent given time to find a color. Was pretty much forced to get white tips. The nails are uneven and super short on the thumbs. My pinky nail tip was so low that I asked if she could move it higher. So instead of soaking it off real quick, she ripped it off and made me bleed.The acrylic is so think in spots that as soon as I do dishes, Im sure they will come off. She didnt putting the alcohol or bonding on my nails to help prevent lifting. I asked for square oval and got very ugly squares that are super sharp. I had to file them myself and they are still catching on everything.Im beyond mad. This is the worst place. I thought Tinas was bad cause the product there was bad. It made my hands feel like they were on fire! But this place takes the cake on bad!Never ever ever, will I go back. I will go back to Ninas or mademoisel in the next few days!

The last time I was at this location it was to get the SNS dipping nails. Which I highly recommend as an alternative to gel nails; however, The guy that did my nails literally cut my finger with the file. I yanked my hand away from him once out of pain. I want to go back there because they are so close to my house but I cant believe I got cut!!

I chose the $55 pedicure, while my co-worker got the detox one. The people who were doing our pedicures were John, and Tran, I think thats how you spelled her name. They were amazing. John was doing mine, and he has very good sense of humor. We were talking about the future renovations for this place one minute, then I found myself captivated by Johns travel stories the next. Meanwhile, Tran was very humble and focus on doing my co-workers pedicure.In the mid of doing my pedicure, one of the nail clipper fell on the floor. John immediately picked it up, sanitize it in a nearby sink and got a new one. I was very impressed. Because I didnt want a contaminated tool continue to be use on me.At the end of our pedicures, my co-worker gave me a nod of approval and I gave her mine. We were soo relaxed. The atmosphere was very solemn and meditative that I couldve fall asleep. From the temperature to the playlist that was on, they all played their parts.All in all, our visit was amazing. We love the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. And I was glad that I didnt turn-around and left. Despite the drive from Portland, I will--for sure--be a frequent client here. I recommend this place if you are willing to wait for QUALITY services.

Elanor and I came last weekend and we had the best experience and services.We got off of our shifts last weekend, and I thought it was a perfect time to tryout a new salon. So, we got our pedicures done at Zen Nail Spa. I loved the service soo much that I came back! I got in the door and the receptionist greeted me warmly like family. She told me that John was gonna do my nails. I didn’t even hesitate at the idea, because of the quality of the service that he provided to my co-worker last weekend. He was sooo funny! The full set took about an hour because I wanted a design, but time seem to flew by. John stories were very amusing and captivating. I thought that I made a right choice going here.And I was right, the result was stunning! I love, love, and love my nails! If only I could show you ‘em, but I messed up my phone—I’m typing this on a laptop right now.I used to go to my girl in Portland for my nails, but recently I was treated horribly. So, I wanted to find a new salon to go to. Zen Nail Spa will now be a second home to me. The manager was very cute. Even though English wasn’t her first language she tried to ask if the service was okay. Sometimes they talked in Vietnamese. I asked them if they were gossiping about me, but they were just giving each other advices on how to perfect the service that they were doing. I love this most about Zen Nail Spa. This place makes you feel like you’re apart of their family. I asked if John and the manager was related, they weren’t. But they seemed act like they’re a family. Everyone is link together to form a little welcoming community at Zen Nail Spa. Maybe that’s why they function soo well together.I will for sure recommend this to my friends and family!

Friendly technicians, nicely done nails!

I came in to get a manicure. I choose a color but when she went to get it she told me that i needed to choose a different one because they didnt have the one i wanted.I was a little disappointed, but i had no other options so i quickly picked a new color.Part of the way through I noticed that the new color was a bit thin and not covering well. She laught and said this color is almost gone.At this point I asked if i should pick a new color because i was worried that she wouldnt be able to finish the mani before she ran out.When I said somthing again, she went and grabbed the Polish Thinner. She put a whole dropper of the thinner into the polish. She laught, and pretty much said that normally they only use a few drops not a whole dropper full of thinner.She shook it and then continued to paint my nails. It was so thin and inconsistent that 3 coats had to be applied.I let them know i was disappointed with my manicure.The end result looks uneven, gloppy, and unprofessional and took over a hour and fifteen min.1 simple shellac manicure.Nothing was done, she didnt try and make me feel better. Nothing!Merry Christmas to you too.

I got a shellac manicure on Thursday. Sunday 2 were peeling, Monday i had 2 nails left and note that ours Wednesday, they are both looking like today is their last day.

The girl that did my nails messed up so bad, and they only lasted a week. I will NEVER go to this place again.

Felt rushed and then my nails cracked and split open about a week later.

I went inthe lady was so nicei went in later to get the acrylic taken offshe did not soak the nails at allshe pulled the acrylic off not caring at all that she was hurting me.. the pain was excruciating. she used a file to scrape and dig the acrylic off. she damaged my real nails badlyi now have cracks in my real nails. the cracks go to the skini have since then soaked my real nails in hydrogen peroxide to help with the damage
