BAD COVID PRACTICES My friend and I went in for our first mani pedi since the pandemic started hoping for a relaxing time chat while we indulged in manicures. Unfortunately the 5 women working proceeded to chat loudly and laugh with each other while they worked - which normally I would celebrate in a workplace, but my friend and I couldn’t hear each other. In addition speaking loudly is not safe behavior during a pandemic even with masks on. There were no shields between us and they did not practice distancing when they could have. And they were so impatient and rude with us while we were paying (using the ATM). But the manicure and pedicure

Tina and her staff are wonderful and do fantastic work always. They take social distancing and cleanliness seriously. Expect a thermometer check and contact tracing form.

LOVE this Nail Salon, very Clean, Professional and detailed. Tiffany did my Solar Fill and polishing application and was very detailed.Have Scheduled a Pedicure for today as well because I liked the quality so much. The space is nicely colored, they have relaxing music and images that play on monitors. Very nice SPA, environment. Their prices are very good as well.

Unlike most nail salons, this place never feels like a factory where theyre shuttling you in and out. The techs there get to know you and remember you. I love Moda. :)

It was Mothers Day, and they were more interested in getting as many people in and out as possible instead of offering theyre full services. The services were minimized. It wasnt good. I believe it may be a female owner who was cutting the corners. And she was also telling the man on the phone what to say. So her concentration was not on me. She didnt do a full massage to my arms and she didnt offer to add a flower or anything like that. She was more interested in finishing me to put me under the dryer at the end of the room so she could begin the next customer. It was busy, but only one person waiting. It was totally uncalled for.

Love this salon! They do great work & everyone is so nice. I love that its by appointment (mostly) so when you go in you know youre gonna get service that isnt rushed because theyre busy! Best prices for amazing work! Totally recommend.*Bring cash for tip

I’ve given this salon several opportunities and have been disappointed every time. The owner Tina rushes clients through like cattle taking away any dream of having a relaxing experience. My last visit was with my two daughters to get pedicures for my oldest’s wedding. We were separated and rushed and left feeling cheated out of not only a relaxing experience but what could have been a happy memory.

This place is not the place to be going too. I got my nails done here on the 28th Feb. By the 3rd 2 of my nails fell off. I asked for coffin shaped and they said square was better, but I told them I like coffin shaped the best. But they did a square shape. On top of all that the nails are too small, uneven, and bumpy. Oh almost forgot.. They DIDNT ask me to wash my hands first they just started on me as soon as I walked in. They didnt ask the other lady who came in and didnt listen to her either. I wouldnt go back to a place that didnt ask me to wash my hands. Dont come here.

Highly recommend Moda! I have never been to a nails place so clean in my life. No matter how busy the place gets, the cuticle cutters, clippers, and whatever equipment are always being washed and sanitized. Pedicure chairs are always washed after each client. I love coming here to get my nails done and quality is AWESOME!

Inconsiderate, rude and they lack business etiquette. My personal experience with salon was alarming!The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is a part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, and right to petition.I will not be threatened or bullied because I spoke up. I was treated badly, and thats the truth.

Called and made an appointment late Saturday and they fit my family in. Very friendly and cordial. My pedicure was very thorough and not rushed. Loved it!!

They do a great job. The people are friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing. They have soothing music and beautiful pictures scrolling on large screen TVs.

Best nail salon ever! They are all so friendly and work hard to accommodate last minute walk ins (which I always am! ). I have only had to come back to get my nail fixed once and they were embarrassed about the quality. They can tell when I go to other places to get my nails done by the poor quality when removing the shellac. Today they are very busy. They brought me a glad of wine while I waited in the midst of their business. I love these guys!

Not pleased. I waited for 30 minutes then I was rushed through my visit. I asked the tech to file my nails slightly round, she did them square and none of my nails where filed to the same length nor was all the dead skin or hang nails removed during my manicure. I ended up cleaning them up more when I got home. The shellac polish was not super shiny like other gel manicures. Over all I will not be back, maybe this is why thier prices are less than competitors, you get what you pay for. On a positive note they do offer you tea.

I never write reviews unless the service is absolute perfect, apon arrival everyone made us feel welcome 😁 then lisa and Ann gave me and my lady an amazing 7 course pedicure which felt so good, then the manicure was so perfectly executed this is now our nail place it only took 3 yrs to find a good place and this is it!!!👍🏼👍🏼🙏🙏

The last few times Ive been here, I have left disappointed. We made reservations for pedis and they tried to separate us (it was 3 people). Then they told me they didnt have time to do the pedicure I asked for (shellac french). They also did not give me their service menu or tell me there would be a $20 upcharge (which I still would have paid for, its just not nice to have that surprise at the end of the visit). Then, my pedicure was rushed and I didnt even receive all of the services that came with my pedicure (despite paying almost double what my friends paid). Overall, an unpleasant experience....and its starting to become a habit.

They are really nice and make a real attempt to not speak to much native tongue, but rather the common one (Vietnamese vs. English). This is something that really irritates me about other salons, and Ive actually caught them talking about me before in Vietnamese, or Laos. This doesnt happen here. They are clean, polite, and do a really good job! Definitely love the shellac and pedis!

Worst manicure Ive ever had. The lady cut my skin 3 different times making me bleed and leaving scabs. I got French acrylics and they do not even cover my nail which looks stupid. My previous nude nail polish was not completely taken off so it looks like the sides of my nails are orange. Horrible job I will never recommend

Clean Calm and Capable! This is the best place in town. I highly recommend this salon. The tvs dont blair, the music is gentle and the place is always spotless. Although I have a regular technician I have used almost every person there when my person is on vacation and each of them has been very capable. I have to give particular shout outs to Lisa and Anna they are my faves. Lisa does a great job and your nails will be perfect. Anna gives the absolute best massage ever, I highly recommend the extra-long pedicure with her. Like most salons they do get crowded at holidays like Mothers day, Christmas, just before a three day weekend etc. If you have the freedom to go on Monday or Wednesday they are the best because its slower but dont go crowding it up because those are my favorite days ;-). Over all this is really the best place around, with wonderful people and lovely service.

Worst decision of the day. Would give zero stars or even negative stars if I could. They tore off a cuticle with the dremel and I bled. No apology was offered. I got up and left and they threatened to call the police on ME

This is my go- to place for a mani and or pedi. Its clean, reasonably priced and the staff are great. They always do any excellent job.

I have been a customer of this salon since it opened, and their service has always been okay. A few things have happened over the years but nothing major until yesterday. I went in for a shellac manicure, and during the massage, the owner squirted oil all over my shirt I had just bought at Nordstroms, and was wearing for the first time. She assured me it would come out and I said it was fine as long is it did. The fabric is extremely expensive and I took it home and promptly washed it with my go-to stain removers. The stain is still there two washes later, so I took the shirt in and asked for a replacement shirt or for a gift card. I spoke to Tina, the owner, who damaged the shirt, and she completely refused to replace it or compensate me. She said I could leave it there for someone to wash, which I am not willing to leave my Nordstrom shirt to be further ruined. The refusal to provide a discount the day it happened, and the refusal to replace my shirt has lost her a long-term customer. I really wish they would just own up to their mistake and correct it, but this sort of customer service is unacceptable and sadly I wont be going there again.

Normally I am not the type to give a bad review but these were honestly the worst set of nails I have ever gotten! The lady didn’t even cut my cuticles down, my nails are all uneven, and if you look at my nails they have a huge divet in them and they are so thin they look like they are going to break! Sadly, I will not be returning and unfortunately only went here because they had such good reviews..

I made a reservation for a wedding shower for 12 ladies to get mani and pedis and only 10 were able to make it. The wife of the owner actually scolded me in front of all of the other ladies after I spent a ton of money at the salon. Customer Service is Horrible at this establishment. Never again!

Got a shellac manicure today, and the woman tore off part of my cuticle. My finger is throbbing, and all she said was sorry.

Pedicures are $35 not $25 like the website suggests. Polish was so gummy an hour later to smudged. Very disappointing!
