I have been coming here for the past year and have never gotten more compliments on my beautiful nails. Everytime I leave I am beyond happy with what they did. Yes they take longer than some places, but thats because they really take their time making sure your fingers and toes look great. They dont seem to be any more expensive than other places Ive been to. Their deluxe pedicures are so relaxing theyll put you to sleep!

Disappointed in my nails. Yes my nails were short coming in but I at least had a good shape to them already. I told the nail tech I wanted a natural shape that I had already. I didnt want them cut down. What I came out with is uneven nails that look like points. She cut the ends off making them like that. I am embarrassed to even look at my nails. My ringer finger has a bubble in it so I know it will crack soon. My thumb you can see where the last coat of polish is missing on half of the nail. I called before coming in and asked for the price. I was quoted $30. When paying it was $32. I did not have anything extra for it to be an extra $2.

I had a lovely spa pedicure so I didnt look like a wildabeast when I arrived at my Hawaii trip I had planned. Nice job, attention to cleanliness, and easy to book. Toes still look amazing a week later after playing in the sand daily. I approve

Usually nail techs hurt my cuticles. The woman who did my acrylic set didnt hurt once while using the dremel. She paid great attention to detail when shaping my nails too. Overall happy with the set and will probably be returning for my fill.

This place is very cheap, so the service and quality you get is really what you pay for. They did do a bad job, but they were very nice. These are the nails just done, they didnt even push my cuticles down it felt like the nails were glued onto the middle of my natural nail.

I’m gonna be very honest- the nail tech was not bad, my nails looked decent BUT it was a TERRIBLE experience so we got there at 5pm and it and left a little AFTER 7pm. They where very unprofessional because when we first got there they made us wait about 15-20 minutes (and we did make an appointment). When they FINALLY started it was a lady she did the basics we had to wait AGAIN for maybe 10-15 minutes the the guy came to put on the tips BUT HIS HANDS WHERE STILL DIRTY FROM THE LAST PERSON! What!? No that is very unprofessional, and rlly unsanitary. After that we had to wait again for about 20-30 minutes for the lady to come back, she was DEFINITELY rushing she could have done much better for $50+The nails are poor quality, they are very unsanitary, definitely not professional, we had over a 1 HOUR wait time even though we made an appointment, and not clean in general. This was my second time here I wanted to give them another chance but sadly I dont think I will be coming back.

I havent had a pedicure in MONTHS and got the deluxe and shellac and she did a fabulous job. I didnt have an appointment but they were able to work me in and I truly appreciated it. The hot stones were amazing 🤤🥰

I was appalled when I checked out to pay my bill here at Rainbow Nails & Spa. We had been regular customers up to this point. Both my daughter and I had 3 services each and the TOTAL bill with included TIP was $224! Can you believe this??????? NEVER once did they tell me their prices had been raised. NEVER once did they say Did you see that we raised our prices? Not only THAT but they convinced my daughter to get SHILAC OVER HER ACRYLICS which is completely unnecessary AND was an additional cost. They LOST 2 amazing customers. If only they would have been honest about raising their prices and not steering my daughter towards a SERVICE that was unnecessary. We will find another place to go from now on. $224 LATER! Yes, they were pleasant and sweet but so would I if you were paying me THAT much!

This is the only nail place I will ever go to! I tried other places and my nails always broke and didnt look very good. My nails never break here because they use high quality products. I always go every 2 weeks for shellac nail polish on my own nails and pedicures here and there. Keeps my nails strong and they grow like crazy. They do such a great job every time! They play relaxing music on tv and the wall has a beautiful ocean scene so decor is perfect. They also have soda and wine. They have a cute kids pedicure chair too. Love their nail color selections one of the best and they can draw cute little designs for the holidays so I have a spider web on a couple of my nails. Everyone at my work always compliments my nails and now they come here too! Thanks to everyone at Rainbow Nails you guys are the best!! See you soon! :)

I would recommend this place to everyone. I walked in pretty close to closing and I needed a full set but the people working there welcomed me and had no issues doing a full set for me even though it was late. They were willing to stay late and didnt even seem to rush. They made genuine conversation and did a great job. I am normally very picky about who does my nails because most of the time there are bumps in the acrylic or parts of the nails will be missing nail polish, but I have no complaints about Rainbow Nails. This is the best acrylic set I have ever had. My natural nails are extremely short so most of the time I get cut or the people that are doing my nails are rough, but when I went to Rainbow Nails they were extremely gentle with my hands and didnt hurt me or cut me a single time. The price is also great. I am used to spending around $60 whenever I get a full set with regular nail polish but I only spent $40 for a full set with shellac which is amazing. I will definitely be going back to Rainbow Nails in the future and anybody else that needs their nails done I would recommend going there too.

TERRIBLE service! I’ve never had such a bad experience at a nail salon..I went with my friend and my sister right when they opened a few months back, we each got a mani/pedi and after the pedi they completely forgot about us and we sat there for almost an hour before they asked if we were going to leave(should’ve just left) when they realized they forgot about us only one guy came over to do all three of our nails..so we had to wait even longer. Total we were there for almost 3 hours!! It was a terrible time with poor quality and a surprisingly huge bill! Just terrible. I’ll never be back..

Jennifer does an outstanding job with manicures & pedicures. I used to see her at Paradise Nails and am so happy she is back on the west side. I have seen lots of technicians over the years and the quality of Jennifer’s work and attention to detail is heads and shoulders above anyone else, plus she is such a kind and caring person! I love everyone at Rainbow Nails. I get shellac manicures and pedicures all the time. They all know my name and I feel very comfortable there. They all are very nice and do a very good job. The prices for services also rock! I think if you feel you have had a bad experience you should try them again and explain to Nicole the owner how you feel and she will make you want to come back.

I needed, an appointment at the last minute before going on vacation and they graciously squeezed me in. When I forgot my nail bag they offered me a new set for $5 with the promise to replace the piece that wear out. It came in this cute back the is breathable so the tools dont get stinky.I should also mention how Awesome my nails look. Plus the offer of green tea or coffee when I entered the shop. My husband and I came in to get deluxe pedicures and it was honestly the best pedicure either of us have ever had! The techs were so friendly and we were offered a variety of sodas, water or wine. My only complaint is that their prices online don’t reflect current prices, however they just changed ownership so it makes sense. Our pedis took an hour or longer, which was so relaxing... most places rush you out in half an hour or less! We especially enjoyed the paraffin wax dip while they massaged our legs.

My husband and my daughter and I have been coming here forever and we love the customer service! They take great care of us EVERY time we visit. They are very efficient and clean and the prices are totally reasonable.

Just went to get our nails done with my cousin for her birthday, and we had a certificate that doesnt expire and they told us that because it was from another owner she cant take it. We had no other way to pay her, we even called ahead of time to make sure the certificate was usable. Bottom line, she wanted to continuously argue with us ND was very rude. They also messed up on our nails to the point that were headed to another salon to fix them. We also have a bunch of cuts on our fingers. I just DO NOT recommend this place unless you wanna waste your time and money.

Nicole and her lovely staff provide a delightful experience. The shop is neat and clean. The staff is very well trained and experienced in a number of techniques. A friendly demeanor and a desire to listen to the client and provide exactly what they desire is the hallmark of this hidden jewel in Hillsboro. Highly recommended.

I got a full set of acrylic nails there for $50 within a few weeks three nails have came off already they did a OK job but the quality is terrible I have not been being rough with my hands one bit so if you want to get your moneys worth don’t go here One last thing when I first got them they weren’t that close to my cuticles and the reason why they did that it’s where I have to get them again sooner

I had a appointment at 3:30 today. Showed them the picture I wanted and they first tried to tell me I needed a full set which I didnt need as my last fill I got a new set. The guy they had do my pedicure did a very, very bad job. It looked as though he globbed the polish on my toenails, and they dried with runners. If you are particular about the $$ you spend and want your moneys worth, I would definitely NOT reccomend this place. He left polish on my skin of my feet, and cut my toenails crooked. Once I saw what a horrible job he did on my feet, I opted out of my fill and paid them and left. Worst place ever especially if your particular about a job well worth the cost.

Liked the pedicure, but I walked away from the shellac manicure with several cuts that are still tender several days later. This is the first nail salon I have been to where they cut the sides of my nails back a ways, and its the first time I have bled while having my nails done. It did seem like cutting people and making them bleed isnt something they do very often, so I was thinking I may not be charged fully for the manicure, but I was.

The experience at Rainbow Nails was horrible. We were there for a shellac manicure. We were rushed in, no soak provided for the hands. We were asked to wash our hands on our own and were constantly badgered to come back and offered discounts/add ons the entire time the tech was working on our nails. The massage was a joke! We went in for a Shellac manicure and it was the worst possible manicure one could have had. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. I see the other reviews and wonder how we could be talking about the same place. Not sure if the management changed. Really disappointed with the service.

I got an AMAZING pedi it was fantastic i wish i could say the same for my eyebrow and lip wax. The wax was so hot it burnt my face so bad i look worse than when i had a unibrow and mustache

DO NOT RECOMMEND. IMPORTANT TO READ!Place reeked of feces, very rude service! And very unsanitary!! The lady was extremely rude, constantly saying my nail beds were too short and that I was getting my nails too long. She asked me if I was going to pay many times and I said yes everytime... she whispered to the lady next to her and told her that she doesnt think Im going to pay. When she was done filing my nails, she didnt let me wash my hands and just painted over the dust left on my nail. She also used a used filer to file my nails! Also they do not switch out water when doing pedicures, I saw two ladies get in the same tub of water. She was very aggressive and when I moved my hand slightly, she yelled at me saying YOU DONT LISTEN! YOU DONT KNOW WHAT I SAID? After all the rudeness I looked at my nails and they were lumpy and uneven. The nails didnt even fill my whole nail. She also charged me extra for long nails when they were very average nails. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

I have only recently moved to the area, but I have worked around here for over a year. I jsut discovered Rainbow Nails last month and I assure you it will be my go to salon! The pedicures here are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. They take so much extra time and care and do an incredible job. The girls that work there are so friendly and accomodating and it seems like just the overall atmosphere is happy and inviting. They always have smiles on their faces and are willing to help wherever they are needed. Its nice to be in a place where they talk to you and seem genuinely intersted in making sure you are comfortable and have a great experience. I also get my nails done here and would recommend them to anyone looking for solar/acrylic/shellac and trust that they will do the best job! This is the ultimate salon for this area, go check it out!

Been seeing katie for almost 3 years she is amazing not only great conversation but shes become a very close friend. Very clean, and they have a 2 week guarantee on their shellac.

My sister and fiancé went there, it was overpriced and service was terrible, it seemed like they were making up their prices as they were going along. The worst part is the polish was uneven and gaps can be seen; they also rush you and are very rude and rough. Do yourself a favor and dont ever go here.

I started coming to this salon in June 2013 & have been going back ever since & couldnt be HAPPIER!!. GREAT SERVICE & GREAT WORK!! I had moved here from Idaho and needed to find a salon that did nails,waxing ect..Lee was who greeted me with a smile & explained what products they used ect.. I Explained to her that Ive had my nails on for over 20yrs and even did my own for a long time....So she took off my old set & put a new 1 on & did my eyebrows. She did an AMAZING job and I LOVED how much time she took to make sure I was happy. Not every nail place is like this but here they are which is GREAT!!. I even brought my daughter in over the summer and had a full set put on her.& she was HAPPY too!! If you want good service and quality work this is the salon to go to. Ive recommended it to my new friends and family here in Oregon & they LOVED their experience as well. I went in and got a fill from Lee today cause Im leaving town to go back home for a visit. I cant even describe how horrible my experience was there at Rainbow Nails. I first got referred by a friend of mine and when I went there it was terrible! My first experience they wouldnt even let me get shellac, they told me to get these powder nails that I couldnt change the color for a month and they were messy and gross, they did a horrible job on my nails and left black coloring all around my nails and laughed when I said I wanted them to clean it off and they said it would come off in the shower and it didnt. They are very rude and will only doing things there way and it is not clean in that salon. They used a used scrubber for my feet! I dont recommend this place to anyone!

I wish I could walk out before my pedicure is over!! The ladies were constantly trying to upsell my pedi to a mani pedi the whole time I was there. I normally go to a different place that only charges $10 more for shellac/gel. They charge $15 more for a pedi this way. And the fumes from the acrylics was overwhelming. Cant leave fast enough. Cant understand all the positive reviews. Very disappointing.

Rainbow Nails has the best pedicure in town! $30 & you get paraffin dip with a hot stone massage soo wonderful! I dont know about the discomfort/pain the other comments were talking about I always just do regular manicure with a buff. When I was doing the Acrylic nails I didnt know about rainbow nails yet, but it was always kinda painful... so take that into consideration. BUT now they do lash extensions! Only $80 (everywhere else is $90+ and its the single lash extensions!

Walked in for a manicure , so rushed . The owner did a horrible job, going back and fourth to 3 different clients. Got my eyebrows waxed in a rush , she burned my skin! Still has not completely healed. That was over 3 years ago.

This place is really great, but be careful what you ask for because their up-charges are expensive and they dont tell you about them until its time to pay.

Don’t go here. I had a manicure done, the women proceeded to ask me if I wanted my eyebrows waxed because they were messy. I don’t go to a nail salon to get judged on my appearance.
